Call it love

Hug me, praise me, like me
Slap me, curse me, kill me
Destroy me so thoroughly I won’t have room left for pride
Open me up until I have nothing left to hide

Just tell me it’s love
And I’ll be your pure little dove

When I Die

Roses are red, violets are blue,
The world feels brighter, it's true.
A lighter burden, a peaceful release,
Everyone is happier, when I die.

No more worries, no more strife,
Just rest, a different life.
A gentle silence, a calm, deep sigh,
Everyone is happier, when I die.

The sun will shine, the birds will sing,
Joyful feelings, they will bring.
A lifted spirit, reaching for the sky,
Everyone is happier when I die.

I Move On

Rose petals pinching my skin,
Bruised brain beaten and defeated,
Hollow heart haunted by melancholic memories,
I move on, I move on and I move on.
Life longing for my will to live,
I float along,
Following my rhythm,
Singing my song.

My song of life and my absurd behaviour,
Crying, laughter, anger, love and fervour.
Kindness clinging closer in my veins,
Peace palpating through my heart.
I move on, I move on and I move on.
I float along,
Following my rhythm,
Singing my song.

Carrying my wounds like a winning warrior,
I move on, I move on and I move on,
I float along,
Following my rhythm,
Singing my song.

Sesor

Wisdom alone, or foolish together?
A simple blunder, setting the tone.

Where is the sun in the night sky?
Where is the flower in the dark?

Take a walk with me and bloom and grow—
It is meant to be.

My heart whispering softly

Nothing is better beneath the heavens
There are no words to describe
How beautiful her little dress is
With tiny red roses
Just over the knees .... silk
And gently just as... my hand touches her skin
Fluttering, by a gentle breeze
Dear God! The way it fills my heart with love
Oh, my! How it fills my soul with happiness
Holding her around the waist ...
Brings me ... I think that my arm is
And I hope that my right hand...
That thought makes me blush
And brings me a million wishes
My heart whispering softly to Heavens
Making a promise in his ear saying: I love her ...
And I cannot wait for her to come to me
With a smile on her face and
To bring joy
In the heartbeats of my heart
And stay there forever

Where goes red rose
when fall's come soft,
hued birds aloft?

Missing fragrance
when rich leaves fly.
Bittersweet sky!

Red rose recalled
orange sun queen.
Fades summer green!

Velvet petals
that touched my heart,
won't soon depart.

My love for you

With dawn engulfing the morning, bringing light
When the birds wake the day with sounds of greetings.
When the sparkle of the stars disappear from the early sky's.

So is my love for you lighting, inviting always there and never fading
Just the thought of you gives me hope and joy
Knowing that I am not alone in my journey of life and love.

With the gifts of life given freely to us
Just as the ocean cooles me from the burning sun.
So to is your embrace wrapped around me when life burns with confusion.
Not just When your are around, even when being separated.

So is my love for you lighting, inviting always there and never fading
Just the thought of you gives me hope and joy
Knowing that I am not alone in my journey of life and love.

With the beauty of the majestic mountainside
And the aromas of the Lilly's, covering the plains
So to is our love engulfed with sweet smelling, beautiful memories of our encounter's throughout our journeys of life

So is my love for you lighting, inviting always there and never fading
Just the thought of you gives me hope and joy
Knowing that I am not alone in my journey of life and love.

Premium Member Roses are Red, Violets are Blue

Roses come in reds, violets, in blues.
Yet, my love, you always refuse.
Ants come in reds, blacks, and other hues,
and lest I forget,
I hope you enjoy them in chocolate.

To Rose

Here from heaven, I see you fulfilling the promise you made to me—
of living and taking care of our child, whom we made in the ship of dreams,
crossing the water slowly on a dark night at sea.

I get why you are pissed at me,
and I'm sorry for leaving you on your own.
I was hoping you'd somehow find someone—just my clone.
But since you could see me even with a blindfold on your eyes,
you loved only me, me, and me—
despite knowing I couldn't offer a home like paradise.

It's because it was me with whom you wanted to grow old.
You went to all those places, carrying me in your heart—
places where "we will go together," you once told.

Your faith in me is deep like the ocean,
yet even the weight of our love would reach its bottom.

The day I drew you was the last time my hands moved beautifully.
That night was the last time I listened to the serene ocean,
with the person I loved truly.

Bouquet of chance

After wedding in our church,
Valentine was left in the lurch,
Cupid offered red flower,
Wifey from abuse did cower,
It was a bouquet of chance,
Horror from romance,
Yes, any rat can turn,
None wept over his urn,
Cupid flitted away,
Battered wife now okay,
And he had been turning back,
Global chicks cut his slack,
He was no gal's kind of guy,
Lover he did not personify,
Little women beware,
Keep safe when dating there!

The cynical truth about valentines day

Valentine’s Day is just a gimmick
It could be me as I’m a cynic
Partners shouldn’t be treated nice on one day of the year
That relationship would be critical and severe
Should show appreciation all year round
Everyday, every week like your interwound
Show and voice your love
Not annually going beyond and above
A small token of appreciation is more than enough
Filling their heart with kind words and stuff
Treat your lover with affection every day
Your heart on a sleeve to avoid the decay
It’s nice you are filling the pockets of a shop owner
Once a year is not enough to keep her

ROSES ARE RED

“Roses are red, violets are blue.
This is to tell you I fancy you.”
Her reply, somewhat terse,
Said, “Thanks for the verse
But you’re very far back in the queue”

Roses are red, before and ever,
violets, too, are blue, forever,
but given the pain you have sowed,
I'll pack up and hit the road
