Roses are Red, Violets are Blue

Roses come in reds, violets, in blues.
Yet, my love, you always refuse.
Ants come in reds, blacks, and other hues,
and lest I forget,
I hope you enjoy them in chocolate.

I like this wonderful gutsy poem that points out the virtues of protein (by any other name). Is praise in order for the scorpion lollipops?

Wow, I just googled that, and found scorpion lollipops is a thing! Well, I've been a vegetarian since 1999, so I guess I'll never get a chance to try either, but for chocolate without the insects (and crustaceans), I'm first in line. A peanut or almond would work.
