I Paused It And Now Joey Cora Is Staring At Me
Ruffling the feathers
Of your expectations.
Rilke to the left.
The portrait of Alf
The back of my left ear.
What unconscionable theives,
These Time Czars,
Where we live with the scars,
As joy bounces on the crevices.
I see you in the dark in some cave.
Let me be your bombastic populist.
The Strong Arm of the Soul.
Play in the light of least resistance.

Feeling Sorry for Joey Lee
She is prissy, stuck up, arrogant, I imagine said Joey Lee.
Have you met her in person though? How can this prediction be?
I can tell because I have met others like her, some are on my blog.
He also threw this in. Have you seen her arrogant stuck up dog?
But have you talked to her? What is

Joey In Wonderland
A Joey was spotted in wonderland
shaking hands with the invisible man
while "knees" just cackled and snorted
as the border was aborted
the Easter bunny took total command

Joey Tribiani
JOEY TRIBIANI
A young man called Joey in “Friends”
Has a line on which he depends.
When he feels romance brewin’
He says, “Hey, how you doin’
And that’s where it normally ends.

Joey the Stuffed Koala
Joey the Stuffed Koala is sitting high in the tree
All cuddly and warm, fuzzy as he can be.
He got trapped by Jimmy Vee, his neighbor’s hound.
When it goes away, he might just come down.
Up high like this, he can smell Mrs. Trotter’s apple pie.
He hears Mr. Double’s shouting, and he wonders why.
He has a good

Joey Was Way Too Intense
Joey was way too intense.
He chased me on the playground when I was in first grade.
He caught me too; and I remember how intense he was.
He told the teacher he was going to marry me.
I was angry as hops! How dare this second grade stranger.
I could not believe it!
The nerve! The audacity! The ridiculousness!
What an

Joey and the Midnight Fall Out Three Hundred Words
Maybe this is all just me, and the quirky way that I view all of this life, sometimes, especially now. Just as quickly as life can grab hold of us, tackling us right down tickling us until we pee!
"Oh, did I just write that out loud?"
Oh well, whatever a person thinks about me,

Little Joey
Little Roo is bendin' low; body in a crouch
Just an itty bitty joey sitting in Mum's pouch
Still learning how to hop
But all he does is flop
I guess that's why he's always such a grouch

Joey From Friends
Joey from Friends was my favorite of all
He was the guy who made me on the floor sprawl
He had a real knack
His humor he'd crack
Usually making me bounce off the wall

Your Beloved Joey
May these words I write
Upon your loss
Inspire hope
The kind he brought
His light that shone
For you and me
Became brighter
For us to see
But then his
Childlike innocence
Was needed in Heaven
Therefore he went
So now whenever
His love is embraced
We’ll see
Your beloved Joey’s face

Love the Sad Story of Joey and Rory Feek of Gaither Fame
I
What a twisting tide is cervical cancer
Gospel, poetry, family ... remain one answer
II
Sewed into the tapestry of God and family
Their arling with Down Syndrome now (2) with Rory
III
It was a long goodbye; it was a short goodbye ...
I was ushered unto Jesus with "Gaither-songs" by Rory&Joey

Joey Fatone
You don’t wanna meet Joey Fatone
He’s a Jersey Devil
with a Tasmanian attitude
Street whispers say,
“Baby” is a notch below
asylum certifiable
A wise guy, gator gait bad to the bone
Known to go postal ... jungle level
Joey loves giving dirt naps,
so don’t keep the short talk

Pink Joey Oh My
The Pink Joey or Dwarf Pink Kangaroo Paw
when cataloged made botanists quiver.
For it's a rare native Australian plant
first found along the Margaret River.
A clumping evergreen, it loves the sun
however, it’s content to stay quite small.
And unlike the larger Kangaroo Paw
it’s a perennial that don’t grow tall.
It bristles with copious strap-shaped leaves
flaunting flowers
