A Joey was spotted in wonderland
shaking hands with the invisible man
while "knees" just cackled and snorted
as the border was aborted
the Easter bunny took total command
Joey from Friends was my favorite of all
He was the guy who made me on the floor sprawl
He had a real knack
His humor he'd crack
Usually making me bounce off the wall
Little Roo is bendin' low; body in a crouch
Just an itty bitty joey sitting in Mum's pouch
Still learning how to hop
But all he does is flop
I guess that's why he's always such a grouch
My son runs like a deer;
Not the skittering evasiveness
Of a doe in danger;
Nor frantic frightened flight.
He runs like an alpha,
Prancing in perfect posture pride;
Like the ballet dancer he once was.
JOEY TRIBIANI
A young man called Joey in “Friends”
Has a line on which he depends.
When he feels romance brewin’
He says, “Hey, how you doin’
And that’s where it normally ends.

Joey went bowlin
Dropped the ball his foot, now swollen
Only pinky and big toe broken
His best friend Fred
Said
Why? ya bleedin man!
Joey hop and jump
Still bowled a strike
Then Joel fell on the floor went thump!!!

Flashing unto myself a photo advertising, his bates motel
Peering inside these eyes thinking, no, not the entire kingdom
Of hell shall escape what is coming, their way ? So save your breath....
Tell them Belial, exactly what you do know: perhaps they shall escape a fateful day.

You never changed, the love you'd bring,
To home or center stage
Your music flowed and the afterglow,
Still brightens up our days
Sweet child of His, you will be missed
But in our hearts... we know
You now sing for your great King
You always loved Him so

It was a long goodbye; it was a short goodbye ...

This was a showcase for Kim Novak and Rita Hayworth.
If you saw this in the theater, you got your money’s worth.
What a fine example of fifties cinema.
This film seemed tailor made for Frank Sinatra.
With a fine story, and chock full of music galore,
"Pal Joey" is a movie just about anyone will adore.
May these words I write
Upon your loss
Inspire hope
The kind he brought
His light that shone
For you and me
Became brighter
For us to see
But then his
Childlike innocence
Was needed in Heaven
Therefore he went
So now whenever
His love is embraced
We'll see
Your beloved Joey's face

Happy Birthday Joey
I hope this will get to my wife
Your gone but never from my life
A birthday poem to you my dear
I wish you will always be near
Just a few words I want to say
I love you so much only everyday
I will send you a message on a balloon
Watch for it, look towards the moon
One day you will come for me
Until then happy birthday Joey
Sixteen years he’s graced this Earth,
many challenges, but also mirth,
so frigging smart, like off the charts,
I know he’ll capture many hearts,
but troubled still, with many pains,
hope he’ll shed those invisible chains,
and march out into this great world,
band a-playing and flags unfurled,
ready to take his place in line,
I love this eldest child of mine.
The multiverse
Of his unquiet mind
Screaming for all of us
To be quiet
He needs to put on
A space suit
Assimilating our nuances
So he can
Walk on the surface
Of our emotions
An alien being
Trying to find a way
To fit in
Not attracting attention
To his brilliance
Of communicating
In a sensory way
Logically disertating
A higher plane
To be one
In this vast universe
Traversing with the gods
And understanding their ways
Ruffling the feathers
Of your expectations.

What unconscionable theives,
These Time Czars,
Where we live with the scars,
As joy bounces on the crevices.
I see you in the dark in some cave.
Let me be your bombastic populist.
The Strong Arm of the Soul.
Play in the light of least resistance.
My garden grows in the garden of your heart.
My every breathe is your eternal existence.
Bite the doughnut.
Press for hugs.
