Premium MemberA Perfect Match

Born a rebel, proud and free,
A hard working man was he.
Stout of heart and quick of mind,
But hot tempered as you could find.

An Irish lad raised in Dublin,
For sure no one there be troubling.
Not one to run from a fight,
In the pub on Friday night.

Till the day he met his match,
A vixen who liked to scratch.
Angered when he made a pass,
Quite the looker was this Lass.

Smashed his head with a bottle,
Grabbed his throat and gave a throttle.
Clawed his cheek just like a cat,
Slapped him hard and then she spat.

All the while he took her wrath,
Chose to take a different path.
On his knees with bleeding head,
Made the case that they should wed.

Shocked with nothing left to say,
Happily married to this day.
Two souls who were once so wild,
Are soon to have their second child.

Mc1r Mutation Station 1: the Factory

At the MC1R Mutation Station
Like everywhere else, we’re fighting inflation
This economy sure does take it’s tolls
A few cutbacks, but within regulation

Just to meet our minimum sales goals
We started shipping product without any souls
They may also come with a few freckles less
Not many noticed, according to our polls

We tried to ship faster to boost our success
With a new promo called the ginger express
Still not as quick as that hot-tempered mail man….
His delivery speed is one to impress

In a cost saving effort for our new plan
The current shipment will only burn and not tan
They can, although, make their own vitamin D
Saves on natural sun light for their life span

There was a shipping error at the factory
The Emerald Isle put in an order you see
We shipped 10 times the amount there instead
They’ll stay as per our no return policy

We soon hope to put these cutbacks to bed
Our product really is as great as they’ve said
Industry led in all things chic and unique
This brand new batch of clever, feisty, redhead

For all fellow Redheads that have trouble with automatic doors, cheers!

Premium MemberBeing a True Poet

I wrapped a red ribbon on my finger!
          Stunned me to go thousands
of poems back, I had penned.
          To discover some dazzling zingers.

I realized I lost something satiny soft.
Like a diamond ring that is
           far beyond cost.
I got lost in the poetry form.

Thinking that was the way to please
others came first, for me, oh so wrong!
Use the hot, tempered blood of who is really me.
For another poet, I shall never be!

Depression Too

Depression 2
I was often jealous of my brother he had what I lacked
which was charm and people were drawn to him
he was intelligently knowledgeable without demonstrating
his aptitude and when someone said a stupid thing he smiled
And refrain from stinging anyone with sarcasm.
Where he worked and when the management had a problem
with the workforce, they came to him for advice.
But he had a dark side he could be absent, silent and sat
drinking for the day, at such a time no one came near him.
Then suddenly he snapped out of it and was his old self.
Illness struck him down he died 38 years old.
I was hot-tempered and argumentative, but he could
calm me with a few jokes and just by being there for me.
I know now that he was suffering from a severe depression
Which no one knew about, he likes a drink they said and left it at that?
But no day goes by when not thinking of him he was glad at heart
On my lack of tolerance but he was always there for me.

Premium MemberSpring - You Sly Fox

Would that love’s touch return on the morrow
ease the coldness of such separation
soft kisses adrift on sunsets aglow
reflect the light of iced desperation.

Temptress or tyrant - lover’s decision
hot tempered vixen – cool, distant player
love in the distance - lust in rescission
hornswoggled by smooth, fast talking soothsayer.

Spring, you sly fox, you two timing cheat
melting the frozen, fueling sun’s blaze
announcing the offspring before lover’s meet
writing love letters in wordless essays.

Sadly the lovers cannot comprehend
Spring’s but a means – to a flowering end.

A renown scientist
Dr. Reed Richards
One whose a genius
Constructed a rocket before NASA
Mercury and Gemini
He wanted to be the first man to explore space
Be the first to move heaven and earth
Along on his trip to space
He took his best friend as a pilot
His future wife and her hot-heated brother
Their mission was to discover outer heavens
But they ran into cosmic radiation
Bombarding their bodies radioactivcally
Piercing them recreating them
Making them more than human
Dr. Reed Richards whose mind is stretched beyond mine and yours
His body became elongated
What a reaction now Reed is Mr. Fantastic
Also effected were the other three
Ben Grimm bumped up, turn into rock like brick brick being
A scream from Sue Ah! your, you turn into a, a Thing
Thus being noted as the ever loving blue eyed Thing
The hot tempered teenager brother of Sue Storm
Johnny Storm heated up body temperature flamed on
The Human Torch reborn
Rocket shaking breaking up fearful, frighten Susan Storm
So scared of what she's witnessing she turns invisible
This is the origin of the....

Brain Scan

Brain Scan

Diseased dined flu, thoughts rest rain in me,
every storm conceivable my forecasted mentality.

Never quiet, sins confusion wicked wits in use,
short fuse still burning, hot, tempered, amuse.

Brass plaqued new found theory of awarded frustration,
me the unsolved mystery, brilliance guiding madness to temptation.

Complete control over incom[plete thoughts that run astray,
ego-statistically humbled but it's impossible that, I, only think this way...

I Know You Are Out There

My days are passing by
My hairs are turning gray
I wait for you to come
On a blessed happy day
My smooth skin is wrinkling
Like a crumpled paper
My hopes are vanishing
Like camphor in the air
My beauty is fading
Like a drying up rose
My dreams are being shattered
By many tornadoes
It makes me hot-tempered
Like a lion of zoo
I know you are out there
Why don’t you want me too?

Salad Toss

the cukes were cool
while carrots saw clear
the coming assault
of asparagus spears
red peppers hot tempered
tomatoes were thrown
and the onions sat crying-
LETTUCE ALONE!*

it is what it is gang!

Passing Period

Pushing, Shoving.
Whisphers, Cussing.
Your one of many,
In a walking croud with plenty.
Finding your way through the maze
can be really crazy.

People gathered in groups
blocking your paths.
Some people walking slow,
others too fast.
You feel like they're steping on you.
their breath on your back.

Every one has their on path in mind,
criss crossing trails swerve in and out.
Some people confident,
others in doubt.
Hot tempered boys bump,
and a fight breaks out.

Passing people you hear bits of gossip.
Something about a cute guy named Rob.
Sue dropped out.
Fred lost his job.
There's a party at my house.
And who won the fight that just broke out.

The minute bell rings.
Conversation cut short.
People run faster,
then they ever did berfore.
If they graded p.e based on that,
Everone would have an A,
And that's a fact.

Dying of Anxiety

DYING OF ANXIETY

Very tall, I mean not too short
A Plump, you mean
No, of a slim figurative expression
Yes, but dark in body colour
Not light enough to lit
The room in darkness
Neither here nor there, is that!
Of the chocolate colour,
Is she hot-tempered, over-jealous or
Gentle like a dove without pretence
My head chorused at once
Still, dying of anxiety.

Does he have a beard?
Or his hair full of bush or baldness?
Is he looking mean
With a scaring scar on his face?
Or does he belong to the
“Lion Entanglement Tribe?”
Is he a man with a tender heart?
Or with a heart-melting gentle touch
Does he have a strong palm like the farmer?
Or snores like a pig while on a mattress
She sighed a breath of relief to the day to behold
As fear of the unknown grip her body.

As cock crows in the dark early hours
It’s a day off the d-day
The day of emotional confrontation
I smiled for the day to Romeo my Juliet
Suddenly, anxiety cast aspersion on my smile.
