The Gigantic New Man

Really do you believe

The wheel of time turned and turned

Lives into cross and man into Christ;

That is this day of amazing sculpture

When the sun of a anew era is rising

On the horizon…

He is getting us a new gift of a new ‘Geetha’

A Geetha, which roars about Revolution

And Martyrdom…

Today this heroic new Era shattered the

Chains of prisonership and changed man

Into a gigantic force….

That force that man is aggrandising the

Frontierless sky, as if the steps he laid

On earth is not enough.

Iron coloured dawns and gunpowder odours

Are awaking, itching for war, sleeping

In the muscles and drumming an Era’s

Slogans and ideologies… the trash and

Rubbish, all that of that era vanished

With the pages of history…

Man rolled in terrific emotions, is being

Washed off to new shores,

As like the orb of sun oscillating between

East and West; between the shores of

Light and darkness.

That very new and hefty man

Is dashing against the sky from the

Old dilapidated caves of

History and dragging untruth

To cross-

Premium MemberGigantic Moon

Calm, tropical moon was huge, filling the night skies with sheen;
And seemed to touch green treetops, and wild, songbird scenes.
The moon grazed mountains and jade hills, when I lay dreaming,
In the warm fragrance of midnight, with dim, starlight streaming.

Full moon was in Daylily Meadow, with a dark, mysterious breeze,
And its loveliness nearly touched the ground, in the hours of ease.
All the obsidian night was aglow, with the nebulous, magical light,
For even when none are observing, nature offers charming sights.

Premium MemberA Gigantic Super Blast

Live life to the fullest, my friend,
Give it a gigantic super blast.
Dive in; we don't know when it’ll end,
Strive for the best; time goes fast.

Dare to dream big, let them scatter,
Share your time with folk you love.
Care about the things that matter,
They’re precious gifts from up above.

Premium MemberGigantic Golden Sunflower

I sprouted from a small seed planted firmly in the ground
With refreshing drinks of water my size it can confound!

My long legs must be supported, or I could stoop and bend
I love being out of doors where the sun is my best friend!

I’m a great sun worshipper and my face follows the sun
I tower over small plants, being tall is so much fun

On sunny days I tan my face; my seeds turn golden brown
Small children look up at me, hoping that my seeds drop down!

I’ve been told that I’m the tallest bloom in the flower bed
Some think I’m conceited, I’ve got such a giant head

Birds attack my face when they peck my tasty stripy seeds
It doesn't bother me at all, I’ll cater for their needs!

Gigantic Fan

I wondered at the gigantic fan,
It looks cool and beautiful,
It spins with the force of wind,
Why the fans are planted on the open space?

In the open space
They are planted as the biggest trees,
I wished to have such fan near my home,
Will my dreams come true?

Yes, they are the biggest fans,
I would cease my work to stare at them..
I wonder how they fixed it,
Still they don't care about my sight...

I learned about the wind mill
When I reached middle school,
The biggest fans are wind mills;
I still laugh at myself,
How innocent and naive, I was?

Premium MemberMy Gigantic Garden of Childhood

an acre of land
our very own smallholding
father scythes long grass

rows of potatoes
green runner beans, sweet carrots
mother bakes fresh bread

huge laundry baskets
filled with ripe red strawberries
small hands were stained red

a goat and two pigs
chickens and a cockerel
our morning alarm

perched upon a stool
I learn to do the milking
owl hoots in ash tree

The Big Ol'E Gigantic Wave

Grandpa and I
Went to the beach
One Beautiful summer day

Grandpa went down
To the waters edge
I stayed in the sand to play

Then came a wave
That seemed to roar
Full steam ahead
Right towards the shore

I tried to yell …
I was just a kid…
“Wave, Grandpa, Wave!”
And Grandpa did….

While facing the shore
With his back to the sea
Grandpa smiled
And waved at me!

I still recall
And won’t forget
How that wave
Got Grandpa wet!

Gigantic Flood Followed By Mud

Gigantic Flood Followed By Mud

It is Sunday again.

God had given us a gigantic flood;
Water would recede then much mud;
Sand was seen;
Then grass green;
Found it followed by a flowering bud.

The Gigantic Tree

Such a gigantic tree.
Heads made of three.
Branches swinging free.
Birds set-off and flee.
Such beauty as a lee.
Don't try to be me.
Neither he.
Cast of termite and bee.
Thou fruits resemble thee.
Reproduces abundantly like she.
The ventral view is a key.
The clouds displays like the sea.
Just get to see.
Roots can be found in a wide dig.
Such wonderful and deep.
showing fancy lifestyles of teens.
Such a great a leader just like a reed.
Such doom can only be seen by a beam.
This is a nice steam.
Keep it up to your kin.
Just as you will do to your king.

A Beauty Amidst the Gigantic Beast

Blissful scenes of green all around
The Sahyadri mountain stood like a gigantic beast
Humbling the mortals before its feet
Bits of rain and a whole lot of sunshine
You were there shining like a diamond
The nature bowing to your divine presence
Your grace tripped all the senses
Me enamoured of you
You were a beauty amidst the gigantic beast

Gigantic Ugly Teddy Bears

They take up all the window space
In garish pinks and reds –
Gigantic ugly teddy bears,
The kind of gift one dreads.

They aren’t cute or cuddly
But this is no surprise –
Whoever put them out there
Thought that they’d impress by size.

I pass the store each day and guessed
A few would disappear
Since we all know the holiday
Of Valentine’s is near.

Yet still they sit, but not because
Of reasons you’d assume –
Apartments in the city
Simply do not have the room!

Gigantic Gifts

Oh cash, won’t you give me large, financial gifts?
Others all spend plenty, I need huge green lifts.
Punched clocks during work life, just earned me short-shrift,
So cash, won’t you give me large, financial gifts?

Oh cash, won’t you make me your direct payee?
Surely some millions have been endorsed straight to me.
I wait for my treasure with no apology,
So oh cash, won’t you make me your direct payee?

Oh cash, won’t you buy me each desire I dream?
I’m running on cents, cash, please send a thick ream.
Show that you hear me by backing this scheme,
Oh cash, won’t you buy me each desire I dream?

All Who Want Cash!
Oh cash, won’t you give us large, financial gifts?
Others all spend plenty, we need huge green lifts.
Punched clocks during work life, just earned us short-shrift,
So cash, won’t you give us large, financial gifts?

Golfing Near a Gigantic Pond

Golfing Near A Gigantic Pond
or Old Deep and Wide

Why would you want to go down in history?
But to me it had all became a big mystery
As to why any weird women wave a wand
At a protruding golfer playing near a pond.

Obviously high over it he will have to shot
Even if he is an ardent audacious old coot
With some shorts clinging to his each thigh
For the women to see when they pass by.

Was heading towards hole, we think a nine
When someone said he was out of his mind
Trying to drive ball between two tall trees
Straight into stagnant air without breeze.

Between two trees ball would battle its way
Towards the gigantic green without delay
And only then to end up in a total mishap
By having hit ball into a deep sand trap.

Not only was the trap deep but also wide
So now DEEP AND WIDE started to chide
Golfer and since have offered him this name
Which has started improving his terrible game.

Shooting perilous par or less became obsessed
With new golf ball he had presently possessed
That could be driven by him 300 yards or more
His awful game has became one he does adore.

Gigantic Dark Trees

Gigantic dark trees were in my stoney path
I cut them down, inviting the coming wrath
Fears rest in the shadows awaiting many turns
hope only leaps forth as spirit's fires burn

I raced into time with destination unknown
later discovering my soul had never grown
Wasting life with vigor so foolishly unsound
true happiness having never ever been found

Then light gave cause to seriously rethink
death comes quickly, often in a mere blink
Perhaps give this new journey a good try
just race eagerly forward without asking why

Faith became the victory not even then known
Defeated, far away, the enemy had rapidly flown
