February 5 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on Leviticus 14-15
Key Verse – Leviticus 14:1-2 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, This shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing: He shall be brought unto the priest.
PRAISE BE TO GOD WHO CLEANSES US
Praise be to God for cleansing us
from our confessed sins by His:
Pardon toward transformation
Purity for our triumphant reformation
Power so we can prevail over temptations
Peace against transgression-turbulence
Prosperity so we can progress against trials
Leviticus 14:11 Praise be to the Lord Who
encourages us to present ourselves before Him:
Carried by His salvation-security
Cleansed from sinfulness
Clothed in His sanctification
Commanded by His Scriptures
Called into His sanctuary
Leviticus 15:14 Praise be to the Saviour
for inviting us to come before Him:
Bathed into His purifying water
Bending to His proven Word
Burning through His powering worship
Blooming around His performing work
Bowing along His pursuing watchfulness
Believing in His protecting perfect ways
Blessed with His prospering wealth. Amen!

I reached down into the very bottom of my soul
And found residing there sordid, bitter memories
Of many hearts I had wounded over years gone by.
I sorted them out carefully, reviewing each one to decide,
Whether I would let them continue to fester there,
Or, whether I should make amends and restore ties
With distant friends I had shut out by my petty hurts,
And, to my surprise, I discovered it was not they—but I
Who had been suffering from my unforgiving spirit,
And so, I resolved that very moment to contact each,
To say “I am sorry, forgive me, for being such a boor.
Forgive me, please, for allowing trivial differences
To come between us,” and each, in turn, was restored;
My soul is clean, for I have forgiven myself and others.

After the rains have cleansed the grounds and skies
There's a chance my heart may get wet and not dry
For I am refreshed and cleansed once again
My Lord God and Jesus both rule, they reign
And as the rain falls down
I fall on my knees just a humble child
