wherefrom does the I-thought arise
is a deep mystery unknown
which to our Self is a surprise
the cause of ignorance full blown
from pulse single to throb dual
polarised, we feel incomplete
in stillness, love our fuel
magnetised, we are bliss replete
following I-thought to the heart
polarities are one again
befriending silence, a learnt art
that cleanses soul from every stain
