the clock strikes dusk
the sun fades away
a thousand golden lights blinks
to set the scene on fire
crowds carouse
for the merry-go-round
that bright crown of the carnival night
under that picturesque parasol
children clamber up the golden saddles
atop alabaster rides
galloping through infinity
then drums snare with cymbals
while clarinets and woodwinds shriek
in jubilant symphony
laughter jingle
as the circle twirls
and the colourful world dissolve
to a colourless blur

Slava Ukraini!
shroud the gallery's glass doors,
a solitary scene of grazing goats,
greets the guests along with music.
Confident, brush strokes curl muted
colors of rustic farm houses
behind broken, split-rail fences
on a cloudy Carpathian
day drawn by an artist sitting
in ruined, ravished Kherson -
a limping dog of a city
with patches of bare skin showing.
Other pictures, different story;
dark, dreadful, desolate people
in burnt, battered, bombed-out cities;
children clamber over charred wrecks
in streets strewn with bricks and debris.
Is the first picture - real or dream?
Drawn by an artist 'neath fiery missiles,
scene the artist pretends exist
to get through one more day of war?

October gallops in as stolid as a gray mare,
a blunt wind snorts furiously through autumnal trees.
Foliage rattles, but does not fall, it clings still
to green stems.
Appalachian backwoods have tough roots,
shod as they are into an earth salted
with a dark gritty ore.
Bears are foraging and reaping,
their black silky pelts clamber over gusting winds
to reach the furthest fruits
before first snows overburden stoic pines.
Today the sky is unharnessed
and racing at full tilt
It whips my raw lips like a wet mane,
it rears up to stamp down upon its own
animated onslaught.
I adjust my rucksack and reshoulder a shotgun
grin, eyes watering
caught under the stampeding gale,
buffeted now by its muscular flanks.
I need to bridle this striding wind,
to halter its headlong charge,
or better yet just surrender -
turn my back on it,
let it ride me
as we leap down from the hilltops
whooping it up like cowboys.

At a rock climbing party,
It’s cool to observe
Both the kids who are cautious
And those who have nerve.
The daredevils clamber
To get to the top;
Neither ziplines nor tightropes
Will cause them to stop.
They tackle each challenge
With joy and with pluck
And they rarely require
Assistance when stuck.
The wary are watchful,
Proceeding with care
And feel better in knowing
A grown-up is there.
They’ll ascend partway up,
Harness keeping them bound
And then gently let go
‘Til their feet touch the ground.
As a kid, I was prudent
And nowadays I’m,
With a harness or not,
Still unlikely to climb.

We are delighted dudes
Have no ill- attitudes
Gather for a loud call
Together, enjoy all
During the sunny day
Involve fully in play
Having a lot of ease
Clamber the trunks of trees
Spring on our little toes
In the lush green meadows
Dive and swim in the lake
For us, it's a piece of cake
All ill-feelings, we shun
And mingle to make fun
Our warm hearts soar so high
With joy ranges to sky

Sea stalked by moon tonight in site
On waters that dilate gone by—
Its apparition's bed on shore,
That moon lays on like ruby's lure—
The knees clamber from salty might.
The tinting in her frosty side
Where she was swept once by the tide;
The backwhip of the swell still roars—
Sea stalked by moon.
As the mood on the beach is spry,
Combing while I'm alone with I,
Ill hearted at the gills; spoiled for
The sand dollar spends its life chore,
All washed out suddenly before...
Sea stalked by moon.

"Love is the doorway through which the human soul passes from selfishness to service." ~ Jack Hyles.
Scent of amber, gentle as dew,
Fresh dreams soar beneath skies so blue,
Sunlight reflecting soul’s clamber,
Gentle as dew, scent of amber.
Gentle soul, listen to the praise,
Falling from those who know God’s ways.
This is love no one can control.
Listen to the praise, gentle soul.
Lavish wonders reveal His grace.
Where He is, there’s light to embrace.
With love louder than heart thunders.
Reveal His grace, lavish wonders.
Glorious gift, love shines so bright,
He gives wisdom with true insight.
In hearts, His light will surely lift.
Love shines so bright, glorious gift.
Oh, my dear Lord, how I love You!
You gave me a life that’s brand new.
I hope You know how You’re adored.
How I love You, oh, my dear Lord!

Sleepless, the body becomes
a mind map strung out on a bed,
color coded in degrees of pain.
Each movement sends an update,
a glowing patch of deepening red
or a lava line of heat solidifying
into a poker branding plunge
with a white hot X.
Staying still is only a temporary
reprieve, a lull for nerves to reset
and crank up for the next assault.
Inhabited space pressurizes
to send throbs pounding
on the walls of each weary cell
accompanied by waves
of relentless ache.
Thoughts clamber upwards
looking for a way out
but fall back into a dark
gravity, consumed by
that agonizingly slow countdown
when the next dose of oblivion
can be dribbled out of a pill
which, with any luck,
should get you through
until morning creeps across
your bed
with another installment.

You're the one I remember,
Whenever I am sombre:
Our group's unique member
Adored by a great number:
Our home town's full number...
You race to peaks, not clamber,
Reach goals fast after slumber
After beer: urine amber!
With your heel crushed a mamba...
One to watch from September
To Christmas' December
Which club would you dismember?
Not until a penumbra.

schools encourage students
to grow up have recess-fun
behave and become mature
responsible people who mind
their business and help others
however there be a problem
the ukraine leader was a stage comedian
before being elected head of his party
in the school yard where-in as class-clown
he seeks cheers and applause for unfunny
psychopathic gang fights with those with
whom they've lived for decades so that
peace ends and school yard fighting reigns
reputations of the biggest bullies who clamber
for a piece of the weapons profit all while
people are dying for publicity and bank accounts
of the usa as the biggest weapon-profits sucker
on the planet that threatens those who want
peace talks (china) because the fighters then
might be removed (and put on an island somewhere)
to fight or work and talk out their problems apart from us
immature people must not be put in charge.....period

The sky alive as the world in glamour;
children's tiny cold bare feet they did sneak
underneath the Christmas tree they clamber.
The sky alive as the world in glamour;
huddle round the fireplace's warm ember,
songs, dance, and grandma's gingerbread they seek.
The sky alive as the world in glamour;
children's tiny cold bare feet they did sneak.

Lies drip off my lips like honey.
Whilst the truth struggles to clamber up my airway.
It often gets stuck somewhere between my throat and my mouth.
Never to see the light of day.
Falsehoods come much easier.
They behave as my constant companions.
Support for my throne of fabrication,
Which teeters in the breeze.

Pennies
They give us pennies for the years
we have spent
Everybody says to care
Cant wish away the tears
It was not hard to clamber
Speed the unconsecrated times
Seen so many chances fall from
clumsy hands
Glad to leave my youth
The river of us runs dry

The clamber beat me up.?
I have to heel slide?
down a scree covered ravine -?
ignore the sweat of panic.?
?
There’s a large smooth boulder,?
I hug it?
slow my roll, ?
cling to a deeper breath.?
?
There are two mountains here,?
one under my feet,?
the other?
I brought with me.

Amber - sunshine arises in the east
To clamber - to the top, fain to feel Mother Nature.
Lavender fragrance butter bees, butterflies, hummingbirds
With a splash of nectar that swirls round, farther
A calm pensive melody of breathless banter
