When the toilet paper roll is almost empty, and I'm sitting on the bowl
I start thinking is there enough there left, and my eyes begin to roll
I shout out from my bathroom, in hopes that someone near will hear
Cause one time when no one heard me, I had to use my underwear
To wipe off all the poopoo, I know, you must think that I'm a nut
But no way will I leave poopoo, sticking, stinking on my butt

*feel free to substitute her/them/those for ‘his’
** it’s my cultural/sexual blind-spot.
A sex object suddenly comes into focus
we’re all prisoners of that old neanderthal lust
it’s tucked behind the lizard-brain rust
in ready reach, just wipe off the dust
Is it his shape, his walk, his fust
that makes your loins feel about to combust
get out you smooth, and win his trust
prepare your prey, however you must
to accept your dandy, randy and desperate thrusts

A song for this:
The Men of Your Dreams by DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince
A banjo plays in a bodega,
a saxophone sex- phones itself.
A door proclaims its ding and dong
voltaic birds bounce along
upon a tin tintinnabulum,
flickers of auricular featherings
wipe off a billion years of dust.
Alabaster hands poised in mid-air,
the kinetics of gesture and stillness.
A strange music is at prayer,
we are there as cobwebs
chiming with every cadence and quiver.
Doorways open their choiring mouths
now cowbells dong
in an all too brief collective
singalong.
Draw in a deep breath,
And boom your voice through my skull.
You scare me to death,
But there's never a day that's dull.
Tell me you're sorry and things are going to change,
"Well they'll change tomorrow baby not today".
Then tomorrow you slam the door against my face,
Wipe off the blood and tell me "It's okay".
And I tried to leave you just the other day,
But I woke up bruised and unable to recall.
You know whenever you speak to me it's a power play,
And if anyone asks you'll tell them "it was just a fall".
I'm going to take the dog, and I'm going to leave.
And you'll still sit here and refuse to grow.
And all of the love I had is going to turn to grief,
But if I'm going to heal, then I've just gotta let you go.
How much spit do you have to wipe off your face?
How many thorns do you have to remove after every curse we attach to your name?
How many times do we have to bury you, and you come back with more grace and love?
Every praise we give you feels like a blade piercing through the rib cage of eternity.
Twisting & grinding against the bones of peace
Looking into our eyes with the silent screams of forgiveness
Looking legion into the eyes, screaming
I LOVE YOU!
~Reborn
I don't read much and never memorize words
I only use words that I remember
Write them on paper
And strike them on guitar or piano like chords
I don't sing and dance a lot
I only sing when I'm alone
Or sing and dance with children I see around
under a drone
I don't drink and I don't smoke
Drinking and smoking are not bad
if you know how to hold and stroke
Thinking and believing you'll never be sad
I don't speak much and never write them all
With my pen, short words I can think of
Overflowing ink I wipe off
Thoughts I keep on mute and never call...
One night, my pen froze and my hand started to doze
I woke up the next day
And everyday from my body, both my frozen hand
and pen never slip away
Children asked me, "Why does 'DON'T' make all
people silly?"
I said, "We are the people. We can be silly sometimes,
even when most people always speak and act like chilli
... I don't!"
Courage and confidence, like lifeblood, flow in me.
From life-giving streams, waters of wisdom I drink.
In scowls of my foes too, beams of smiles I can see.
With my flawless faith, all my endeavors I link.
I wipe off my conflicts as though they are sweat drops.
Graces, like dewdrops, kiss me with a gentle touch.
Compassion in me like the monsoon rains drizzle.
Kindness grows and flourishes like palms on hilltops.
For stumbling blocks and obstacles, I don't fear much.
With the passion of selfless love, I sizzle.

Who could spare me love?
So I could pampous the world.
Who could give some money?
So I could help the needies.
Who could give me tissues?
So I could wipe off some issues.
Who could lend me an ear?
So I could hear your voice clearer.
Who could give me some colours?
So I could cover the darkness.
Who could remove my emptiness?
So I could fill it up with happiness.
Who could mend my broken heart?
So I could have good regular beats.
Who could help me to keep my memories?
So I could remember who was once nice to me.
Who could stand up for me?
So I could be protected from the bullies.
Who could sing me some nice songs?
So I could feel I was not alone.
Who could play me some music?
So I could write more and more lyrics.
Who could read back my life stories?
So I could remember how I was used to be.
Love story
Let the truth be told
Love attract emotion
Emotion is nothing but a feeling
It is clear that not all feelings
Creates positive thinking
So watch out when you love
Don't be a fool
Dont be controlled by mere feeling
Check out the reality
There lies the real issue
Is good to love but is better to be wise
There is no comfort in love
But there is satisfaction In true sacrifice
Live for something
Love story
Accept who you want to be
And trade on the direction
That leads to the path you wish to be
Life is a process of growth
So be in charge of your decisions
You can't give what you dont have
So save me your failed love stories
And start to deal with your realities
Build your self again
All you want and can become
First comes from within you
So pick up the pieces of your broken heart
Wipe off your sad emotions
And free your life from ordinary feelings
Don't forget you can't
Run away from reality
Despite your
Love story
at the end of the day
they come to rest on my breasts
men with important jobs
men with issues at home
who needs tissues
to wipe off their shameful tears
they come in different colors and needs
men with timeframes to finish projects
men with egos to protect,
men with a lot to hide even from their loved ones
they come to rest on my breasts,
to cry, to shout, to bite and to curse social norms
that got them in unwanted marriages
that got them in unwanted sodomy from their church priests
they come at the end of the day, every day –
to take a brief break from their easy lives, and rest on my breasts –

Can't empty bowls be filled with rice
each day?
Whatever ever age, gender, color, or
creed
That mankind’s dire hunger be swept
away,
Not by crumbs when wheatfields are
lush, indeed.
The world yields enough crops through
sun or rain
And river beds swim with fish of
seasons;
Providing decent meals from nourished grain.
Then why this famish for selfish
reasons?
Man grows hungry ....yet, this is my
prayer:
That food NOT be used as greed for
money,
But life's blessing, God’s gift equal and
fair,
And nail this curse," wipe off trade’s
gluttony!"
Woke up this morning to brilliant sunshine
What a way to start the day
My spirits couldn't be higher
Old Mister Sol and I go back a way
When he drops by can't wipe off this grin
From my very ancient mug
Amazing how Old Sol affects our mood
You could call it a happiness drug
Only happy thoughts should fill our brains
Maybe lost a bunch on the markets
But we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off
And banish the gloom and darkness
Each day's filled with promise and opportunity
So smile and hang on for dear life
There's bound to be good stuff just up ahead
Coz you don't get to go around twice
So smile damn it...
YOUR FACE WON'T CRACK
Woke up this morning to brilliant sunshine
What a way to start the day
My spirits couldn't be higher
Old Mister Sol and I go back a way
When he drops by, can't wipe off this grin
From my very ancient mug

We went through unhappy days
and were tested in harsh ways:
we hardly knew true happiness;
can we try to be happy and rebuild
what fell apart the best we could?
Let's hold hands again and renew wows,
wipe off my teras and I'll wipe off yours;
we wouldn't live without any hope for tomorrow,
no light shone in our darkness, only a faint glow!
Can we try to be happy and laugh for a change?
Can we try to look at each other and be forgiving?
Who can chase rainy days away along with rage?
No lovers ever know joy if they stop believing!
Does it matter if we loved someone else?
Will it stop us from being one body, one soul?
What makes us sad must be forgotten at once;
we must be strong and most of all faithful!
Can we try to be happy for our sake?
We have seen many people with a torn heart
and how they cried at night and stayed awake;
we won't do what they did and fall apart!
Hey girl!
Sleeping with a heavy heart still?
Unquestionably, I understant!
I understand the anxiety,
the pain, the depression
of things not going your way.
Unquestionably, I understand!
I understand the weight,
the suffocation, the desolation.
But hold up still,
Wipe off tears still,
And Hit the road,
For, the journey ain't over yet!!!
