Stone upon stone, a rising barrier,
a line drawn in dust, a whispered exclusion,
a fortress of fear, a monument to division.
Walls of language, walls of belief,
walls of history, walls of the heart,
each a silent sentinel, guarding its own lonely keep.
But hands reach out, across the chasm,
timber and steel, a span of hope,
