Where are our those days, where is our lost society?
What we behold right now—is it the proper system of community?
Does goodness prevail or exist in the mid of us really?
We find soundness of reason and justice only occasionally.
Many a poet says the world is the right place for love and peace,
But perhaps that thought belonged to their own time, not this..
This is the time of anarchy, violence, and indiscipline,
We find people talk about problem and suffering.
Now people deal with science and technology,
But many noble souls died for their ideology..
People in this modernity, with what they have, can’t remain happy, Their restless minds still chase a missing harmony.
How can I embrace the sayings of poets?
Instead of love and peace, the world is a place of riots.
Deadly weapons are made to put an end to lives,
As if only hatred and bloodshed survive.

I summoned sorrow to swallow my soul whole and save it from its sinister solitude.
I stared at the stars sailing against a surf of sunless skies.
I spoke to the sleek sand in soft whispers, entrusted my secrets to its slithery dance.
I sank with a scene of a silent starry sky into a silky sea of soundness.
And my spirit surrendered to the serene song of the swell to shield my psyche from the screeches of this senseless city.
* * *
Suddenly,
I've been reminded of the truth:
So solid & devastating.
The sea is distant from this city;
I'm only staring at the ceiling,
Sparkling salt water streaming from both eyes.
Strange how the darkness of this place seduces one to lose oneself in fantasies
of soaring up towards a starry space . . .

"The Bravest Thing I Have Seen"
The bravest thing I have seen is that of
my mother's love.
It is a courageous thing and a love that's strong, that lets me sing.
It's a love that stands up tall and proud.
A love that never lets me down.
Her love is a brave endeavor that never wavers or wavers.
It's a love that knows no boundaries and never loses its soundness.
Her love is a courageous force that helps me find our course.
Her love is like a shield protecting me from the world's harsh yield.
It's a love that can withstand any storm and keep me safe from any harm.
My mother's love is like a beacon leading me on when I feel weak and shaken.
It's a love that never falters or fails and helps me through life's darkest trails.
Her love is like a fortress, a mountain, unbreakable and certain.
It's a love that can withstand any blow and keep me safe, no matter where I go.
Her love is like a guiding star, shining bright, no matter where I am.
It's a love that never dims or fades.
A love that helps me through life's trade.

I am the famous Arabian stallion, I am worldly renowned as champion
l am the descendent of a special breed, I am the soundness and the speed
I am the king, of every hill, no other horse could match my skill
I am the pride, I am the grace, I am the hero of every race
I am the beauty, I am the glow, I am the star of every show
I am the stallion, I am the mare, I am the spirit of every heir
To every king or lord I serve, I am the jewel they do deserve
In battle I charge without fear, enduring the thrust of every spear
I am to knights, “the warrior horse”, I kick and bite without remorse
I am the jumper, I am the strider, I am the one loyal to his rider
I am simply a legend.

Dolce far niente
Le menti creativo devono essere convenienti
Soothe your body, calm your soul
You need soundness to reach your goal
From nothingness came every story
And serene mind is road to glory
Draw your spirit to right reason
To feast with coming of the season
Eat, love and pray
Like everyday is holiday
Put your worries, be happy
And try not much to be sappy

Oh, dear Sparrow! Fallen still
Softly feathered where you lay
As of a soldier gently eased
To sleep in dreams away
Whose dying wish was lost, was lost
In wars of yesterday
Your folded wings are nestled close
Your uniform unmarred
There is no stain upon your coat
Nor mark upon your bars
It seems from battle you emerged
Without a battle scar
For there you are composed, serene
Your earthly visage calm
No sign of struggle or of strife
No specter of alarm
Nor outward damage I can see –
Within, then, be the harm
Where broken wounds internalize
Beyond the battlefield
Where kamikaze skirmishes
Could not survive the steel
And solid soundness of the pane
Which from you did not yield
To you then, fallen warrior
In tribute, hear my prayer –
That you may soar unbounded, free
With worry none, nor care
In everlasting flight on wings
As virtual as air –

Gilded Cage
Outside the window the birds fly free.
Feed their kin, a nest in the tree.
A world to engage in, the whole world to see.
Inside the unseen illness manifests.
Confirmed by untold persuasive tests.
A lifetime prognosis does suggest.
The yearning for a normal existence.
Struggle head on with formidable resistance.
The closer I get, the further the distance.
Comfortable but confined, oasis without refuge.
Warm and dry, a room with a view.
No sympathy, no pity, I implore you.
Soundness of mind, but mindless from routine.
Up or down with nothing in between.
The gilded cage brings a life unforeseen.

With love comes peace
Bringing a prevailing sense of serenity
With love comes soundness
A voice from within guaranteeing your safety
With love comes admiration
Those little things touching your soul ever so deeply
With love comes wholesomeness
You can feel the merriment in every inch of your body
With love comes warmth
A welcoming feeling that inquires, ‘Are you ready?’
However, with love comes discomfort
The past wounds, not letting your mind free
With love comes apprehension
Will it end tomorrow or last for an eternity?
With love comes fear
Is it finding home? Or is it just another refugee?
With love comes disappointment
When your longings and expectations are shattered repeatedly
With love comes rage
Warning yourself to hold back; all to guard your sanity
With love comes risk
You might lose yourself again or get to live your fantasy
Love comes as a bunch of tangled wires
Now, the question is, who’s worth untangling them for?

Hopelessness, like krait betwixt stones, creep into heart,
Confusion, like troubled stream, from heart, stands apart;
I am lonely and lost; float on flooding river,
Lifeless! Though reach the banks, I'll live like a sliver...!
I try to avoid despair, yet, like leech it clings,
Looks externally simple; it has hooking strings;
With sufferings and pains it makes my mind brim-fill,
When I find emptiness and void, it remains still...!
How long will my hopelessness last? Will there be end?
To those joys that shake it, will this easily bend?
Is hope, like sun in fog veiled? Or like lost stars gone?
Will, hence, in my life, no costumes of virtues don...?
Am I able to relax in my times of pain?
Seeking divine blessings, do I my soundness gain?
Do I wait and watch for all gloomy times to pass?
Does my outlook end with the tunnel of impasse...?
Step-by-step, little-by-little I try to reach,
Zenith of freedom and my troubles to impeach...
Roughness in me, toward me, like chaffs in winds, blown,
I tread the paths of life Holy Scriptures have shown...!

Thinking 1st Timothy, 2ndTimothy, Titus
Do they help us manage church worship
"Worship", of course, includes Sunday sermon?
Clearly we are to watch, pray, test spirits
Timothy had mom & grandma as mentors
Then the Apostle-missionary Paul himself
Yet he was timid, young : "courage, love, soundness"
Were the prayers for him, Away with slave-spirit!

Divorcing the Darkness
Divorce me from the evil thoughts
because thoughts become one's ways
When a thought festers and brews
the stench of its action lets deadly poison spew.
Leave me stranded far away from the darkness
that reaches out and destroys the sole.
Rather place me in the very center of the light
that makes the human spirit glow.
If I grumble or if I complain
give me the grace to understand the darkness is insane.
Pureness of heart and soundness of mind,
come infuse my spirit and be you my bride!
We have a light to share with another
and a responsibility to pass the light to our brother!

Our heart physical
Mirroring the spiritual
Creating a magnetic force field
Soundness, blissful thunder toroidal
We yield
As powers wield
Form transmuting force
In-form consciousness healed
Kundalini takes it’s course
Cleansing blockages coarse
Roller coaster ride, divine inside
We be to become, one with the source

A December Prayer
By Miracle Man
December 14, 2021
Lord, help me, to engage others with soundness,
being the kind of witness you'd have me be.
Let me be seen as possessing profoundness,
walking in your path but in lower degree.
Renew my thirst for the study of your word,
so that study time would always be foremost.
Let my vision each day not become blurred,
and when thinking of you I'm fully engrossed.
Amen

How could Bridget
Watching A midget
On one hand denied a digit
Continue to fidget?
Why would A paranoid,
Last year, with a fibroid,
Often getting her annoyed,
Now turn schizoid?
When do angles become trapezoid
And mind of soundness void?
How, why and when?
For I want Bridget ‘Now’
Taken back to ‘Then’…
Medically, right now?
