Launching Lyrics

The depth of my intensity is unfathomed and unknown
I mutter a million tongues in a million different tones
Unleashing my mind, I spew prolific poetry
Draw a wedge in your subconscious, like I’m parting the Red Sea.
I can speak into your mirror and distort your reflection
Rebuff the remnants of denial and rejection
I use dictionaries as pillows to absorb the definition
The creations of my mind fluently brought into fruition
Regurgitating rhythmical rhetorical reasoning
Metrically mingled in metaphorical meaning
I launch lyrics like missile’s launch rockets
Targeting your soundness i devour your logic
my thoughts slash deeper than even the third eye can see
Double edged sword, assured to bring you to your knees
Shake your composure like the clashing of clouds
Words once whispered, are now boisterous and loud
Ink embedded with Solomon’s wisdom, David anointed my pen
Possessed with spirits of the most high, stirring within.
I resurrected my resilience and recaptured my breath
These rhymes will live a thousand lives but never die a single death

Premium Member Earth's Daughter

(I'm Virgo sun/Taurus moon, both earth signs)

My sun and moon in earth means I require
a stable and terrestrial atmosphere.
As constant as the seasons, I adhere
to courses set; I rarely veer or tire;
I’m self-composed and seldom prone to ire,
for salt of earth has soundness I revere.
And if into a cloud I disappear,
my feet grow roots, and ground is their desire.

Of fire, air and water I have little.
Oh yes, I love to venture into water,
but saner is the land, where I belong.
I cannot fathom those who speak in riddle;
they are of the air, but I’m Earth’s daughter.
Though passion’s flame may burn me, I stay strong.

A December Prayer
By Miracle Man
December 14, 2021

Lord, help me, to engage others with soundness,
being the kind of witness you'd have me be.
Let me be seen as possessing profoundness,
walking in your path but in lower degree.

Renew my thirst for the study of your word,
so that study time would always be foremost.
Let my vision each day not become blurred,
and when thinking of you I'm fully engrossed.
Amen

it’s just that sometimes the answer is no.”

Whispers From The Stone

Verse 1

Epitaph for a Shy Guy

He spoke in secrets ,shadows said so sweet,
A murmur,muted,on the main street.
His silence screamed a story,softly,slow,
A secret sparkle scarcely seen to glow.
The quietest voice was quote,we carefully
quote it still,
His peaceful presence,a perfect,peaceful
perfect pill.

Verse 2.

Epitaph for the Baadjievanger (1)

He snared,the swift,sly,silver-tongued
salesman,
Who wove his webs, winning with wit, when
the world began.
His dreams were a dream, a dazzling dreadful
disaster,
He caught all the cash, moving closer, then
faster.
The final fool fell for fate's false flatter,
His promises proven dust, do they even
matter?

Baadjievanger-A hanger-on,a scammer,opportunist, trickster

Verse 3.

Epitaph for the king of Bling

Here lies a life lined with lovers and
loudness,
A silver sky sparkling several sounds of
stunning soundness.
He wore gold gleaming, his soul's silver song,
But glitter's gone,grandeur's gone,a glimmer
gone gone.
The final flash has faded,a silent, sober
state so swift,
His most mighty magnificence,a memory's
miserable myth.

Verse 4.

Epitaph For the Great Tycoon

A power prince,he piled profits past
the planet's peak,
He bought bank buildings and a billion
bank notes for a break,.
His grip on gold, greatest of governments,
gloomed so grand,
But all his stocks and shares now sleep
beneath the same sand.
He made millions and a mountain of material
money,
Yet mortal making means memory's most
melancholy morning.

Verse 5

Epitaph for a gangster

Here lies a life lived fast and loud,
A silent shadow in the subway street crowd.
His guns are silent,glory's grave,
A kingpin's kingdom nothing could save.
The darkest deeds now dust and dream,
only the diamond death did secretly seam.

Verse 6

Epitaph for a Drunkard

He drank the day,he drained the darkest
dram,
A storm of spirits, slurring slam,
He found his freedom in the fluid flow,
His journey's joke, the bottle's bitter
blow.
The final bar is closed, the tab is settled low,
He's now not near the nectar nor the glass's
glow

The Rotten

Analysis read—and wronged—and pulled
Lulled into our idealistic mess
Words no longer ours but hung distress
Farced in carnality—they are ruled

Soundness remains what we will believe
And all else is but tethered nonsense
Clinched tightly in unfriendly absence
Overcome in overwrought relief

The judges judge on behalf of tongue
When ears and eyes close achingly tight
And perhaps in woe we find them right
For witches sought and bound must be hung!

Lower than the softened dirt that cures
Where worms in halves blindly come to eat
The higher crush with tormented feat
And the suns scorch what is left of hers

Answers never tried—and cured to hide
They look to superior sources
The rotten are the strongest forces
Ripened and toughened with bequeathed pride

Your Wedding

This is your day in the sun,
Your day of triumph,
Of commitment,
Of promise and intention,
Of New Beginnings,
The end of loneliness.
This is the new foundation,
The plying together of bricks and mortar
The bricks to give colour and shape,
The mortar to give structure and soundness,
So that together you are an impregnable fortress
With doors of heartfelt love,
Windows of vision,
Rooms of peace and generousity,
Furnishings of service and beauty,
And a garden of sweet memories to grow.
I wish you success at every turn,
Joy on every path,
Delight in all the little things of life,
Deeply rooted and vigorously sprouting shoots of loyalty and love
Nurtured on the fertiliser of experience and wisdom,
And
LONG LIFE TOGETHER!

She Stole From Me

She stole from me

She stole from me
 The beauty of my youth
 The innocence of my manhood
 The soundness of my mind
She corrupted everything in me like a HIV virus
She stole from me, my pure loving heart

Like a thief in the night she came into my life
Stealing what i valued the most
My honour, dignity, integrity and pride
She stole from me my passion
She stole from me my kingly smile
She went away with the treasures of my kingdom

She stole from me what was not hers
Tried to drove me to hell in a ferrari
Taking what was not given to her
She stole from me my desires and my dreams
She took off with my happiness
She defied all the laws of my heart

She stole from me the hope of a better tomorrow
She forced herself to dwell in the comforts of my family and friends
Gave herself a title in my life
Relied on my ignorance of life
She stole what i deemed to be mine
Now i am just a shadow of a man.

The Magic Bed

when another (anointed as lady lucky)

Premium Member Hear Me From Eternal Darkness

Hear my plea… consider truth’s earnestness
Bringing to your ear this factual soundness:
I’m Hell --- a prison of endless darkness
Where misery’s gloom prevails in blackness
Due to sufferings, despair, hopelessness
Leaving the guilty in their sins’ fierceness.

Listen to my voice from this dark juncture
Echoing warning midst urgent posture:
I’m Hell --- a place of eternal torture
With restlessness’ angst and despair-puncture
Sealing the faithless in their doomed future
Midst cruel hatred’s defiant gesture.

Acknowledge my vocal predicament
Loudly clear despite painful sentiment:
I’m Hell --- a cell of everlasting torment
Expressing death's wailing every moment
As sorrows, anguish, woe wildly lament
With constant gnashing of teeth engagement.

Consider my call from this space, unlit
Since radiance of Scriptures does not quit:
I’m Hell --- a dungeon where there’s no exit
And each one slides toward bottomless pit
Struggling to reach foot stool summit
Yet never to taste freedom’s air a bit.

Neglect not my admonition’s love-guides
Which one in his self-righteousness derides:
I’m Hell --- lake of fire* where God’s wrath abides
Unreached by His mercy, while His grace hides
There, worms die not, with pleas’ screams at all sides
Along unheard prayers … deserving chides.

I welcome you in my darkest manner
When you flee from the perfect Pardoner:
I’m Hell ---waiting each one who’s pride-winner
Bearing “You’re forever condemned” banner
Verdict to the claim, “I’m not a sinner”
Rejecting grace midst selfishness’ dinner.

Decide now… from my drowning blackness, flee
Choose life; against darkness’ grip and be free:
I’m Hell *--- with my gruesomeness you can see
Trust Christ the Saviour and you can miss me
Have faith in Him Who died at Calvary
Resurrected to bring you Heaven’s glory.

*Revelation 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

Divorcing the Darkness

Divorce me from the evil thoughts
because thoughts become one's ways
When a thought festers and brews
the stench of its action lets deadly poison spew.
Leave me stranded far away from the darkness
that reaches out and destroys the sole.
Rather place me in the very center of the light
that makes the human spirit glow.
If I grumble or if I complain
give me the grace to understand the darkness is insane.
Pureness of heart and soundness of mind,
come infuse my spirit and be you my bride!
We have a light to share with another
and a responsibility to pass the light to our brother!

To a Mother Waiting

Under a moonlit sky the calmness you long
Is slowly breathing in your heart a cool desert
Is longed by the warm wind is blown by time.
A long still surviving road ahead
And the road a high grade of shadows is gray
And the night above a quiet landscape.

It is how the moon can see you now.
Tomorrow the sun will long for you
The longing that you were the long deep
Breathing that you were or nothing about the glare
Of the moonlight could ever make you see

The soundness of waiting
Upon the road the sun
Will singe on a thin earth.

Integrate Integrity

Integrate Integrity
I am learning to lead by example, what does that mean to me?
It has to encompass integrating integrity.
For what I admire in others, I need to internalize.
I want to feel no shame when I see myself through God’s eyes.
I was raised to recognize wrong and right.
I justified my actions through lies and deceit.
At the end it was my own suffering that made me realize, I had to admit defeat.
Along my descent I lost my integrity.
I was aghast at what had become acceptable to me.
I crossed many lines and thought I did not need to have any boundaries.
My lack of integrity, helped to bring me to my knees.
I did many things I said I would never do.
The most devastating lie I told, was not the lies I told you.
It was the lies I told myself that was once what I came to believe;
Until I was granted a reprieve.
In spite of the things I did to others and to me.
I must incorporate into my spirit, the definition of integrity:
adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.
Integrity has to be imbedded into the very soul of me.
I thought I could make up and live by my own set of rules.
I thought I was the captain of the ship, but realize I was just a passenger on a ship
of fools.
No longer do I choose to build spiritual or emotional prisons.
When I did not practice integrity based decisions.
I heightened and strengthened the prison walls with my own guilt and shame.
Blaming others, because I refused to take the blame.
Until all that I could see;
Was my lack of integrity.
I willingly compromised my very soul.
There is no wonder why, I could not feel whole.
Today I am setting a goal that I must practice everyday.
Integrating integrity into my life; is the only way.
That I will live a life full of joy and serenity.
It is time to live my life fueled by the integration of spiritual and moral integrity.

You Belong To Me

how can you be furthered with my understanding, without reading the words that i say,
remembrance and knowledge are a given to you every time you read and pray,
i mark my words down in your heart, they pertain to what you do,
the pain is erased with every trial you face, or every struggle you go through,
it will keep you steady and solid, balanced in love and standing,
my love will give u soundness of mind, with me there's no misunderstanding.
