Destitute
Derelict
Despondent
Huddled wrapped
Cornered, wind abates
Infant slumbers
The canvas is blank; all blank
You could paint a picture of a plank
With a pirate on board,
That collects eggshells to hoard,
With some iron around his neck, going CLANK.

Wandering into moonglow of years
I recall Grandma's voice lilting
With stories aged by time --
Musings fade now on cushions
Till she rockabyes no more
Image 1.
As platinum clouds drift by,
sea breeze in early evening,
kisses ripples on incoming tide.
Dusk's sun reflects upon veranda,
as nanna's armchair rocks gently.
crystal white dew
on
pink apple
leaf
glitters golden
in morning rays
of sunlight

All stand
Eyes on door
Hymn begins
Groom nervous
With Dad
Arrives
Glowing bride

Leaves
dead falling
upon the ground,
piles gathered
bags
and bags,
it’s fall again.

Some paint a picture
Of the glory of war
The rich will get richer
The poor will stay poor
The mourners will mourn
From shore to shore
The dead will stay dead
Forever more
Storm
clouds melt,
sky showers
rainbow colors.
Leaves
dance on hued tree
with raindrops.

Salivating to desecrate
Her bones
In state
Lacking
Brains, Heart, Courage
The wizard
Capitulates.

If i could paint a picture,
That picture would be light from another world
A world of freedom unknown,
sometime for future,
sometime for present
Sometime when i know its all bitter and cold
Form:
My life's mixed up with logic, gnarly.
I admit I'm confused. I sure do.
Every picture tells a story,
but stories paint a picture too.
Am I looking at Wuthering Heights,
or reading The Starry Night?
Paint A Picture Image #1)
Back and Forth, back, forth
Like my memories of yesterday
Like my worries for tomorrow
Where Mothers sit and Soothe
Old bones now sit; Symmetry
In your vintage gold design
you lay in brilliant elegance-
a memory of our yesteryear
held in the highest esteem;
words flew through the air.

Gossamer cobweb
glistens with
early morning dew
Spider poised
ready
to entrap
unwary victim

im gonna paint a picture,
a picture with a twist.
im gonna paint a picture,
i'll paint it on my wrist.
and if i paint this picture right,
a fountain will appear.
and then one day,
all my troubles will disapear.
Form:

Strayed in the

Chairing old thoughts, rocking gently,
Living with chaotic aging blight,
I do keep yearning calmly
To travel day and night
With sun's silent chariot blithely.

Wife starves
earnestly, for her
partner to
return home;
"A hooker"
captivates him
dexterously.

Windswept
Voyagers sail
Across sunset's
Amber horizon.
Billowing breeze
Spawns crested waves,
Crashing ashore.

Comes around
Roosts with him.

How about I paint a picture,
A picture with a twist,
A knife as my paintbrush,
My canvas, my wrist,
It truely is magic,
Writing with silver,
And it turns red,
Where something,
That looks so lively,
Suddenly ends up dead.
Butterflies flowing
in your stomach, speckled
But feeling tickled
Faltered and yet faded
Oh, soul wavered yet has longed for
