thought wirrlin'
blood screamin'
steel flash
torn voice
armies clash
unmade choice
feet poundin'
trumpets soundin'
A battle rages
between beans and broccoli.
Sadly, no winner
emerges from this dark fog.
Perhaps I will blame the dog.
Cold,
Power within,
Waiting to be released,
Pull the pin,
Count to five,
Throw away,
Power unleashed,
Cold.
Form:
You win
You will
You war
You derive
You frown
You forget
You get
You wait
You write
You wire
You fire

In the desert
My soul withers not
Her love is my hope
Blues lose the war for my heart
I stand tall against the flames
its not fun
always on the run
its hell
you can be a shell
from pain eyes rain
in life it don't fit
WAR WHO NEEDS IT
sadist-masochists
follow the golden rule
do unto others
realistically
it's the war mentality
that haunts religions
When will we realise
What we call war
Is mass murder
Kill or be killed
Is not a good recipe
For creating World peace
field of red poppies
shrine-like aura of petals
salute the fallen
Composed: January 24, 2021
the dawn brought an eerie silence and scenes of total devastation
Written on 29th May 2022.
My parents said their vows
on Veterans Day
Soldiers enlisting for marriage
A kinder war in a way
I don't want the effort to be mutual.
I want it to be a battle...
a war....
a pleasant torture of who can out love who.
The disregard-er
allows the martyr
to die for their sins.
Another slaughter.
A sullied daughter.
Time and time again.
Brother, Brother
Father, Son
Nephew, Cousin
Lay as one.
Some together
Some alone
Some are named
And some unknown.
My grandfather's name
Was given to me at birth
To honor the man
That my father never knew
Having died in World War Two
IF WE DO NOT END WAR - WAR WILL END US
WW 3 IS NEAR!! Stay tuned for updates!!

The moon shines bright
At night.
The clouds float away
After the day.
And, as I say with a sigh,
In war many die.
bells silent wartime...
people wait to hear them peel
announcing peace reigns
Penned July 25th 2015
Should that war have been fought?
I’m not the one to say
I only know: The-Names-On-The-Wall
Are those who’ve gone away.
for us all she stands
flag presented to trembling hands…
shallow graves in foreign lands

faith plays
her melodic chords
across the
absolute decadence of war
unleashed the bright sword of Damocles
Elegant
short
choppy
dialogue
War
women
bullfights
and wine
Early morning
backyard
shotgun
a perfect ending
Soul and mind at war
thought and feeling collide
Hidden behind conscious thought
True feelings of absolute chaos resides
what's worst than blood lust
the shell shock of another war
what's worst than trust lost
the shell shock of a child lost
