the borderline moon
half glass of optimism
emptied out dark side
a man and woman in smile
its crescent lullaby psalm

.
angel of the night decends from rails of sky
to huff a kiss ...my slumber's lullaby. *

"The Trumpeter's Lullaby"
Carry me away
Onto the clouds
Let me fly
In the chariot
Of Dreams
Pull your blanket up my child
I know you are so very tired
Let momma tuck you in to dream
Of running free in meadows green
Look down from the big blue sky.
Let the beauty catch your eye.
Sing praises from heaven high.
Give soul to your lullaby.
The sun set-moon rose
Stars decorated the sky
Divine lullaby!

Wind Song
by Amy Swanson 2008
Melodious breath
Wind's gentle song sings softly
Lullaby of life.
Now I lay me down to sleep
A band of angels at my feet
with a heavenly choir singing along
to guide them in their mirthful song
peepers chirping
outside my bedroom window --
a spring lullaby

Soothing is your song
as your crystal melody
plays within my heart
Inspired bt Raul Morenos' Rhythm of the Falls contest
Redbird and the blue,
lend songs while I'm still abed.
Dark lullabies, too!
Beautiful visitors come,
in and out of all my days.
Close your eyes
Close them tight
Let us get to
Sleep tonight
Hold them, hold them
Hold them tight
Let us get to
Sleep tonight
My grandmother's voice
Contained her grandmother's voice,
An ancient lullaby.
The Yosemite Valley
Took million of years to form.
Winter flows down mountain slopes,
beneath a mantle of mist,
whispers a soft lullaby,
while trees dream of spring.

life is a piano
white days near black days
hot fingers
cold fingers
the death
always in the background
murmuring a lullaby
And in the cold winter rain
I keep you in my heart in frame.
A few steps back from this closed door,
You will be mine forever more.
hush whirring worries
let calm and faith take over
cradled in God's arms...

Let the world turn out right
As I say 'good night'
Let news tomorrow be great
And clear all slates
Forgive and forget
Never regret
I woke up one morning, this morning,
So dull it was like a lame forest.
A bird hooted and hooted
And it sounded more like a lullaby.
May you be blessed today…
before to this day you say goodbye…
to remember with a smile
the voice behind your favorite lullaby

sing to me, windchimes
of eventide's lullaby
beneath dim shadows
when dragonflies reel
farther from the horizon
my soul needs music
Sing me a lullaby darling
Carry me to sleep
I’m weary of the waiting,
Waiting for relief
Hum a happy melody
Send me to counting sheep
Lifting my breast gently, unto her heart..
Softly squeezing my love suckling her spirit
Gathering daisies she sings, a lullaby in dreams.
