money
education
a house
a car
a career
and health
But I have not
a husband or
child
Lord take away my Shame
The scent of hims in her life
First her daddy
Then her prom date
Finally, her husband
But wait she has a son
A new cologne
Destination reached, we meet
Internal breaths ignited
Long distance, loves conquered all
Conjoined, twinned forever
My mate,
Hooked on my soul,
Breathe with me forever,
My line to my life in the dark,
And still, you glow so iridescent...us.
