Crisp biting touches the starry night provides;
I sit inside my warm home listening
To darken spirits shoo goodbye on site.
Fireworks and gunfire ascending, exploding
Boom into the clutching cloudless steel-blue sky.
The heavens in sparkling colorful spiral flowers
And sputtering silver glittering showers
Falling slowly, burning all the whiles.
Smell of sulfur and gunpowder
Wafts through the air for miles.
My dog trembles as he listens, fearing
The repetitiously pop, pop, boom.
Leaving little room, he stays
Beside me not wanting to play,
Staring up with puppy dog eyes
In safety, while I stroke his fur to calm him.

A lady with a weak bladder*
Thought nothing could make her madder
But Heaven knows
Her pantyhose
Revealed a soaking-wet ladder!
*Weight gain stretches bladder muscle causing
leakage. The French strengthen bladder muscle by
blowing up balloons. The Japanese prefer sitting on
a wooden stool and repetitiously lifting their legs level
to the floor, but the quickest results are achieved by
the Manx Method developed by avid researcher Jan
Allison, which consists of standing on one's head
and farting along with the 1812 Overature!

It is a crown some seek to wear
one that no one denies knowing every lie spared
fraught with deceit and libel and truths in denial
unquestioned for fear of some unknown reprisal.
Followers who praise their traits
refuse to see the majority's distaste
when monies spent is done in foolish haste
and the spoken word is repetitiously a kept lie in place;
perhaps if each could just return to the past
walk steps when time imbues lessons learned that last
and the crown each wears would be set aside in humility's cast;
these are trying times when few cross the lines
when opened eyes could see and ears hear,
the peoples' inherent falling tears;
what has become of honesty and truth
what examples do we set for our youth
do they see the crown upon the wrinkled brow
of liars taking power from the here and now
while obsessive ignorance reigns in their heads
and crowns crease furrows of hate instead;
It is the reign of political pollution
devastating the dream of freedoms de-evolution
change and progress need a new solution.

**The Trip is an ascending/descending syllabic singled word climb, whereby, more words added to the trip--is the challenge--my efforts concluded with a two/singular five-syllabic word in an ascension/descension mode.

Silver-lined beckoning moon beams
dance along, disquieting sacred ground
unmasked by truth, barefoot unencumbered
broken promise-laden blue eyes.
You whispered flame into existence
as if a stark naked sheath of sparkling
midnight velvet skies, haunted in surreal angst
revealing the beauty I will never possess.
Lost in revelry, the tune continues to play
repetitiously, in tired mind and restless thought
raging ember pulse coagulating, until feelings whist
now eternally slowed, water breaks from horizon.
Restful reproach granted in heartbeat-time
the metronome of life, always captures its prey
succumbing in surrender, while the new dawn casts shadow
over an oyster-birthed pearl on a rainy day in love.

Maybe head west, to seperate the best
Go as far as dust travels less
By wind nor rain will my ambition stop
But behold! Naive Voyager... God will end your clock
I might thumb to south flagging down cars
Engaging with lonely strangers discussing Mars
Red Dust be swirled and tangled free
On this Earth, keep my running repetitiously
To divide my best, Hear my guns roar
Lying with Tigers uneven stripes, "what's the score?"
Of black or white, orange dots
Passing by on a camoflauge block
Sometimes when I'm just walking
My biggest illusions are failure stalking
Me like a prey or like a prayer
Back to those dusty lions in thier lairs
But he who can leave will re-establish
A shrine that may resembleth two tablets
Just to break commandments, Oh here we go!
A quasi Chrisitan/Atheist.. that's just so two weeks old!

Cast sullenly my line of self submit
accentuates addendum, not as wit.
The vast confront, an erring of God's cross
in tune not with repent, subservient loft!
Ah happiness, thy truth is so exalt
that when error confronting plagues to halt
upon my vestige in some slightness maim
the cost of time's repealing seems insane!
A word sent repetitiously in vain
consumption of my entity, thy name,
invokes a spell believable as same,
that love for thee thus dwindles with mundane!
Oh hear that gossip's ledger, its confront
but closing, as my ear not gather malt
and churn its own ideal as centered hunt,
that acquisition's trust turned to assault!
Oh bear me not this grief, and then ask why
my altar's inhibition now takes wry
and bending knee for grace in lost imply,
forgiveness for the hearing begs my try!
That spell of misdemeanor's focused ring
does cast its honed incentive, all to fade,
and if my thoughts of love were so . . . re-string
thy honor first, believing were my jaded!
Were truth or not, the loss of faith's excel
is stifled by this cursedness . . . love's hell!

Each morning before I go to work, I take few minutes
Of my time to stand in front of you, though I am bored!
But, I need to do it, for I want to hear your comment;
As I predicted, you started your nagging argument
By teasingly, spreading both of your arms into the air;
While I almost burst in paroxysm of disappointment,
As I repetitiously asked, what is wrong with my look?
Silent pause is all you got, giving me the impression
That I will never learn to dress, like a fashion icon!
I am late, but just can not leave because you bother me;
If, I could stop your negativity with confidence;
So, I wouldn't be spending more minutes on your silence;
Oh! I really should be grateful, 'cos you made me listen
To inner self, for I look great now, than I thought I was!

When the monoliths burst into shock-horror flame,
People gaping through windows at chaos again,
The box in the corner shows all that was done
From multiple angles, repeat and re-run.
If someone could stop it, pray God that they would,
This cold anaesthetic is serving no good,
But the eyes are hypnotic and glued to the spread
Of destruction and slaughter sucked into the head.
Feeling sick to the stomach, being driven half mad,
By the fifty-sixth screening it’s not half as bad,
And questions resound as if going insane,
Repetitiously hammered deep into the brain.
As the impact grows lesser each time it is seen,
Panoramic and sweeping the letterbox screen,
No need to record it to watch it again,
For they run it and run it forever, Amen.
All feelings in ice cubes, they’re now getting numb,
Giving up speaking, struck voiceless and dumb,
The nerves have quit jumping and die compromised,
Deader than doornails, they’ve been cauterised.
Visual whirlwinds are spinning around,
Despicable carnage played out on the ground,
What once had a power to move and appal,
Exploited ‘till it has no meaning at all.
