A card from the fifties, yet it still holds love and grace
Who mailed this card? From whom could this treasure be?
I never found out, though I tried to through 1993
Finally deciding it did not matter whatsoever
This Christmas card lightens the worst weather
The smile on this whimsical polar bear
Tells me that someone does love me and care
sheer curtain welcomes the sun
room lightens up inch by inch
a gentle way to wake up
taking away the sleeper’s nightmare
waves dancing ashore
my heavy spirit lightens
chaos becomes clear
nature's soothing sounds
drowns out the unwanted noise
blaring in my head
My steps leave their mark on the golden sand, feeling the warm sand between my toes.
Inhaling, I revel in that fresh, salty, clean scent with notes of coconut, grounding me in the present moment.
Listening to waves crash against the beach, silencing the unwanted thoughts that cloud my head.
The sky slowly lightens with the rising sun, painting everything with orange and pink tones.
The sun reflecting off the water makes the perfect vision of serenity.
Seashells in various colors, adding beauty to the golden sand edging the water.
Sand in my toes.
That unforgettable scent.
Waves crashing.
The sun reflecting off the peaceful water.
Seashells' colorful beauty living on for ages.
With each breath, I lock this picture into my memory, making it my sanctuary, my serenity.
I lay down and think,
think about everything.
About failures from my past,
mysteries from the present and all
that could come next
to make my heart beat fast.
What will happen and what will I do?
It's easy to overthink it,
but fate is unknown – for me too.
Humanity is dying,
it's the only truth we know.
But faith I will never lose in you.
You're my light every night,
keeping the monsters out of sight.
You're the sound I need in silence,
the sun that lightens up the sky.
Your warmth with every touch I keep,
I feel it
when you aren't near.
Because I need you to live
like I need lungs to breathe.
Without you
I would drown in the sea of my tears
I cry for losing you.
That is the truth
you have to know.
You are my peace I need to remind me –
I'm not alone.
Even when I overthink
and my mind won't shut down.
I'm okay
when I'm not.
Thinking of you helps me a lot.
Your presence heals my world of chaos,
calms my mind and slows down my heartbeat,
like the only drug I'll ever need.
England glides in grace.
Heartfelt Oak and Sage herald
Its faery language.
English lightens weight,
Glides through fae-tinged tales to wake
Syllabic rebirth.
Sabbath rest hastens
sunset charisma lightens
my weekly burdens
Her hair is like silk, and her voice is like rain. Her breathe is the dew that lays soft on the plains. Her eyes are an ocean reflecting the stars it goes on and on, there's no telling how far. Her smiles like the rising of each morning sun and her beauty the moonlight when all work is done. I wish she could see the beauty I see, the chains that she's broken to set herself free. With each passing day, I hope she gets better and lightens her loads to the weight of her feathers.
Woman, the source of nourishment and happiness,
With a sweet soul, like that of a guiding angel.
Woman, the bedrock of a peaceful nation,
Nurtures and brings everyone to the table
To learn respect, compassion, and unity.
Woman, a being to adore, cherish, protect, and support,
Is an elegant queen, deserving of our love.
Woman, the one who lightens burdens,
Comforts with smiles and a warm hug of hope.
Woman, the symbol of care and kindness,
Brings balance, harmony, and joy to life.

doubts that arise
are beheld in surprise
signalling we are dreaming
in such thoughts so streaming
if we would have God appear
then ego must disappear
thinking process end
for soul to ascend
though we oscillate
in time thoughts abate
load on our heart lightens
throb of magnetism heightens
On hard days, it's not easy to look for joy
or to spread it to others, when your heart
is so heavy it feels like your body weighs more
BUT, if you share a smile, and get one in return
you can feel a bubble form deep within and the
weight of the world on your shoulders lightens
Your warm touch turns me a blossoming flower
Your love lit eyes hold the depth of an ocean
Your presence, a soft caress in my bower
May I stay by you in endless devotion.
Through trials of life, you stand like a tower.
In life, you’re careful to proceed with caution.
With daring, you face the challenges of life.
Happy and contented I am as your wife.
With each passing year, our love steadily grows.
With every breath, our intimacy strengthens.
My dear, in your company, I feel so close
Even in darkness, our love blooms and brightens.
Life, through trials and joy, like a river, flows.
When you are by my side, my burden lightens.
You are not just my partner, but my close friend.
All I wish is that our deep love should not end.

Without You, Lord, my life is incomplete, no matter what I face, in trials so steep. Through valleys of struggle, You’re always near, bringing sweet release, calming every fear.
In moments of doubt, when I feel so alone, Your love is a shelter, my heart’s true home. In You, Lord, I've learned the true meaning of joy, a peace in which surpasses, nothing can destroy.
With each passing day, Your light guides my way, in the darkest shadows, I find strength to stay. For in every heartbeat, Your presence I find, I know that I'm always on Your mind. You give Your promise of hope, forever entwined in Your living Word You constantly remind.
So I lift up my voice in gratitude and praise, for the grace that sustains me all of my days. Without You, Lord, I'm lost in a maze. But with You by my side, I’m blessed every day, Lord You always make a way, and lightens loads of every day.
