Driving in New Mexico

the terrain’s more expansive here
you said, as if obscurities that had been,
moved aside so the eye
could soak in highways singing
restless blues, as if language
materialized straight from that feeling
of nowhere coupled with too many
places to be, and you can see
what you want to, blanketing the spaces
with clutter from your mind
by accident like deja vu

I keep turning mid-drive
to stare at the unusual wedding
of indifference and curiosity,
your green eyes touching even
further than the collective
of what remains enchantingly
unspoken

Craving the indescribable

Ethereal vivid imagery
kissed by a subdued light
twinkling colors of nostalgia
lingering faintly
In an infinite time-lapsed dimension
where the onyx of what lures
morphs into mysterious perpetual
unpainted lackadaisical presences
leaving vacant spaces
in a yearning soul
Devoid nothings dancing
swallowing me under
a tucked in sprinkled sky
Obtainable materialization
too bland for fulfillment
Undecided passions and lost hopes
in a hollow twisted barren flesh
placed on the lower side of
a distant slightly pattering pedestal
of something that can only
be described fugitively
Bestowing faint presences
feeling the invisible
mixed in grander punched elusive dreams
A lofty unconscious concept
beyond mortal grasp

Indescribable

I can only feel this cold sensation brush against my feet
The warmth crispen my fingertips
As you walk on by

The aromas that I smell around this environment
My sight
Indescribable

I feel enable
Lesser
Wasted

A reject
A project gone wrong

What are you?
What can you bring?
What can I do?

My hands clasp sharply around my cane
Guiding me
Through this treacle

Do people laugh at me?
Look at me?

Point
Examine
Judge

I wouldn't blame if they did - I would do the same - If I was in their shoes

I am parade of failure
And nothing more

Incomprehensible
It fathoms the mind
Can't translate

Look through me
Can you see me
I am even here
Do I even exist to you

I wonder

The Indescribable Feeling

It is the happiness edged with sadness and pain,
The feeling of dancing alone in the rain.
It’s longing for something you’ll never get,
The missing of someone you’ve never met.
It’s the feeling that will drive you insane.

It is the nostalgia for someplace you’ve never been,
The yearning for a journey that will never begin.
It’s having a home somewhere you can never go,
The unending love of those who will never know.
It’s the feeling in a heart that lies deep within.

It is dreaming of being a part of something you can’t,
Listening to a song that you can never chant.
It’s the reminiscing of something that never happened,
The brightening of a heart that causes it to blacken.
It’s the loving and wanting of something you shan't.

It is the happiest happy and the saddest sad,
The hating and loving, the good and the bad.
It’s the feeling that you simply can’t describe,
That you have to feel in your heart, deep inside.
It’s the best and worst feeling you ever had.

Premium MemberAn Art Piece

The artist catches an illusion
The artist completes
The artist creates
The audience sees an illusion
The audience admires
The audience comments
The audience may see
A different dream
No matter whatever it is
Art is indescribable
One sees with the eyes
And feels with the heart
Reasons by the brain
And reforms by the soul
Unlogics can become logics
Not existable can become existable
A different world may be presented
In the name of imaginations
Expectations
Aspirations and dreams
From a lost world maybe
But based on
The original creations of God

I smell her perfume wafting on the breeze
I hear her laughter in the aspens’ shimmer
As the wind comes gently through the trees
I smell her perfume wafting on the breeze
The indescribable joy of her my spirit frees,
I am experiencing her personality linger
I smell her perfume wafting on the breeze
I hear her laughter in the aspens’ shimmer.

The indescribable joy of her my spirit frees
As the wind comes gently through the trees,
I smell her perfume wafting on the breeze
I hear her laughter in the aspens' shimmer
I am experiencing her personality linger
Once again, I see her blue eyes glimmer.

My hexagonal mind
tried to squeeze herself round
oozing into other worlds
forgetting she had her own

My personality died
in this land of crazy pretense
Through every fault of my own
I squelched, then killed her solid

Gave up poetry and art
Scoffed as my knowing heart screamed
Ignoring my uniqueness
Pushing into other’s truths

My indescribable brain
Saw that our heart was dying
Not crying, damn it. DYING.
Imagination arrived, guns blazing.

We wrote poetry all over walls.
And it felt great, for it was.
We live among our paintings now.
Revitalized and rejuvenated.

Indescribable

I’m going to write
the unfathomable
so that when you
try to figure out
the unimaginable
you won’t have a clue
who I really am
because no one else
can fit in my shoes.

Premium MemberIndescribable Joy

An emotional spark
ignites desires within.
And embellished by dreams,
feelings of love begin.

Fantasies cater to
the naive hopes of youth.
And subjected to lies,
the heart aches for the truth.

When seeking a soulmate,
deterrents fade away.
For two eternal souls;
will merge as one, one day.

Passion's flame forges
forever bonds that last.
And all doubts vanish like
ghosts from an ancient past.

Indescribable joy
now sets your journey's course.
For fueled by two hearts,
love's a compelling force.

Indescribable

Indescribable
my thoughts hanging out
words push to the front
suddenly where'd they go
twirling off my tongue
you're more than just a setting sun

Pushing pencil strokes painting
beauty in an ever welcomed eye
brushes of kindheartedness appear
in the shadows controlling
the contours and the fear

Backdrop stops where colors lie
yellow swirls of honey
attracting more than just
the sweetness of a simple smile
inscribing unfiltered desire
filling page after page

Chapters start and chapters close
but I propose that twinkle
will never die when the ink dries
the syllables will align creating lines
describing the indescribable
in hues of heavenly descent

The Pain Was Indescribable As That Color Was Part 6

Once my father made me a crown. I was five maybe, it was the fanciest crown you have ever seen, I am sure. As it was not cheap plastic or plain paper. It was made of the dust of the broken colorful glass balls. The color I will never forget. It was kind of real-but-so-magic one, smoky shiny pink. It was probably the most precious, special and unforgettable thing made for me. No one had one like this, I looked as a real princess, not a fake kindergarten one.
When he broke my heart, it fell into pieces, the pain was indescribable. As that color was. It was not significant that he had only part of it possessed. Or- it had possessed only part of him. I wept over those pricy pieces not able to put them together again. I knew it is not possible to have my heart back again as it was. Then I decided to grind it. As my father did to broken glass balls. And made my crown once again. I am a princess. And now as I could not get my heart one again, I will wear my crown every day. And seeing it, I will always remember it was my real flesh once.

Premium MemberIndescribable Love

You always bring a smile to my day,
expressing your love in every way.
And I bask in the warmth of that smile
every time you go the extra mile.

When wishes get cast onto moonbeams,
hope embellishes fanciful dreams.
And passion's internal flames begin
to ignite desires that burn within.

When I'm sad or subjected to pain,
I think of you, and I can't complain.
My love is founded on trust and truth,
garnered from the innocence of youth.

Gleaning happiness from times we've shared;
borrowing your courage, I'm less scared.
For swept off of my feet by its force,
indescribable love guides my course.

Fate's magical journey made sublime;
we shared a kiss, set adrift in time.
And we both knew that feeling would last;
like before, in lives and times long past.
