nothing remains in the pause
where we are still as the cause
poised in peace with bliss beats pleased
potent power unreleased

focus firm undistracted
by life being enacted
we do at times enter trance
to feel fully each nuance

polarity rotation
animates our cessation
though there is a rebound time
as the slope on which we climb

bilocation holds the key
to be at each moment free
which is granted when we ask
on disrobing ego’s mask

although there is no desire
in objects we would acquire
just as waves with moon align
for love’s touch do we not pine

Heartbeats
Timeless journals
In rhythms, crisp clean pages
Flowing words, warm and welcoming
Soulmates

Soulmates
Silent echoes
Wistful memories, still
As the music plays adoring
True love

True love
Passion and praise
Listening, believing
As the years pass, with family
Heartfelt

Heartfelt
Hopes and prayers
Rising in relations
Reaching through shadows and pain, grace
Kindred

Kindred
Kindness and grace
Trusting in each other
We are meant to be together

Heartbeat blossoms
Inside my chest accustomed
Abbreviated breast breath

Premium Member Heartbeats Beating in Time

I'll search your eyes in a quiet fashion
and hold your hand with a lover's romance
Submit my heart to alluring passion
Bow to your heart when we begin to dance
As you're the beloved, my heart has found
The heartbeats we feel are beating in time
with love's softest quiver and trembling sound
from the emotions we feel as they climb
To reach the height of an unknown splendor
that will fill the vibrant, breathless moment
With the beauty of your face, I treasure
When our soul fully stills and falls silent

To inhale love's breath without denial
To hold a joy so gentle from your smile

Heartbeats monoku

the silent music of your heartbeats is the song my love dances to

Premium Member Between Heartbeats

I held your laughter in my hand,
A fragile bird of joyous sound—
Yet still I paused, to understand
How much of you was truly bound.

Love invited me to give,
To place your needs ahead of mine;
But selfish whispers softly live,
And claim your light should intertwine.

I loved the way your spirit grew,
Each triumph fueled our shared delight—
Yet guilt would shiver through and sue:
“Did giving cost me my own light?”

So in the quiet, tangled beat
Of giving and receiving’s art,
I found that love, though bittersweet,
Is kindness shared, but rooted heart.

Between the wanting and the grace,
A truce of selves begins to start:
I give, I guard—a humble place
Where two can share one beating heart.

Premium Member Hymn of Heartbeats

O' pearlescent papercuts painted in
honey jar spells of journaling june ~
I ponder, if the spirit of
the seven-spiked sun must taste
the pewter petals of
slow-dying summer,
to hear what fades
and lingers
in the
heat
of
healing
damsel dusks...
breathless... lifeless...
to feel the forlorn ~
in liquid scents of love...
but, why do I evermore
remain a whispered wound, bleeding...
weightless in the veins of weary weeds,
wrinkled in the holy hymn of heartbeats?

14 Heartbeats to Death

The void sings to me every night
It's lullabies promise peace, freedom from plight

I know it desperately, desperately tries
To make me listen to it's lies

I hear it sometimes, in the trees
It whispers softly, in the breeze

I see it sometimes, in my bedroom
It shows me visions of my tomb

It haunts my dreams in every nap
I hear it at my door, tap tap tap

It walks with me and me alone
I hear it call my phone

It's getting harder to resist
It's promises of endless bliss

We have been blessed with a beating heart
but not with an infinite amount of heartbeats…
Which means one day the beating of our heart will be done….
In the meantime may we be blessed…
not to waste a one.

Heartbeats of Now

The sun still rises,
Savannas awaken with hoots,
Life breathes, heart still beats.

Premium Member Hailstorms in Heartbeats

In a flourishing vineyard,
I’m a vine bearing no fruit,
forsaken in the soil of twisted roots,
burnt and scarred in blistered blackness,
as the cosmic seeds engulf my skin~
with fiery flames of thunder
and scorching stones,
awakening demons to draw
darkness in drowsy strokes,
above this field of fiendish flowers.

Maybe this is the poem of a soul,
singing chaos to collapsed
clusters of leafless twigs,
drenched in rain and tears…
For my empathy, the lotus stars could see,
but you’ve long refused to feel
these aching refrains~
like hailstorms in heartbeats,
bleeding bonfires of woe, yearning to be heard…

Tonight I’ll find solace within ashes and thorns~
counting petals painted in pain,
pondering: if I were a rose,
would you thread rhymes of love
in syllables of gold and green?
Or would I still be nothing but a wordless sonnet,
    lost between the waning rays
    of forgotten sunsets,
resting in a sky of moonless rivers…

First Love in Tabritha

On the road to her,
soft whispers filled summer winds—
heartbeats led the way.

Healing Heartbeats

HEALING HEARTBREAKS

In my moments of sorrow, tears fell like snow
Gentle whispers of memories, I hold in my mind
My heart was once shattered, but it's now mending with time
Love remains, a flame that forever will shine.

I remember echoes of laughter, joyful and free
Moments we shared, wild and carefree
In dreams, I see your smiling face
A bittersweet reminder of a love so true and rare.

In silent moments, I hear your gentle voice
Guiding me forward, a heartfelt choice
To cherish the moments we shared with joy
And find solace in the love that's still me.

Time has passed, and I've grown anew
Learning to heal, to let go, to renew
The ache remains, but I've found peace
Knowing you're in heaven, where love resounds.

Rest On Mom.

In circuits of gold, our hearts still beat red,
Screens flicker bright, yet souls seek to glow.
We dance with data, but are we truly led?

Through labyrinths of code, our stories are thread,
Algorithms hum, but empathy must flow.
In circuits of gold, our hearts still beat red.

Keyboards connect, or leave us unfed,
Touch-starved fingers swipe high and low.
We dance with data, but are we truly led?

Compassion our compass, as forward we tread,
In digital realms where cold winds may blow.
In circuits of gold, our hearts still beat red.

Innovation soars, yet kindness mustn't shed,
In classrooms where ones and zeros grow.
We dance with data, but are we truly led?

Let's craft a future where both paths are wed,
Where tech and humanity together go.
In circuits of gold, our hearts still beat red,

We dance with data, but are we truly led?
