tracking heartbeats
nothing remains in the pause
where we are still as the cause
poised in peace with bliss beats pleased
potent power unreleased
focus firm undistracted
by life being enacted
we do at times enter trance
to feel fully each nuance
polarity rotation
animates our cessation
though there is a rebound time
as the slope on which we climb
bilocation holds the key
to be at each moment free
which is granted when we ask
on disrobing ego’s mask
although there is no desire
in objects we would acquire
just as waves with moon align
for love’s touch do we not pine
