Let me express my complete emotions
Give all to him who's vast as earth's oceans
He’s handsome and slightly tall
He’s my up lifter whenever I fall
If I can’t spend my days with him on earth
Tell me what’s my life really worth
I’m willing to show him the worst of me
That’s how an undying love should be
He’s my soul-mate for eternity
Together we can embrace this journey of life
With endless sincerity
I love him from the bottom of my heart
And no-one can break us apart
This love of ours will never perish
He’s the man I’ll always cherish
In this world, I may never find
Another man like him who’s one of a kind
I want to give him my all
But words are not enough to say
I rather show him how I feel in every way.
Heart out of glass, my dear.
Don't give it to anyone, don't go near.
Humans like to break things.
I don't want you to be destroyed, like a useless vase.
Your heart must bloom like flowers.
Your soul must glow like the rainbows colours.
I don't want you to ache.
Don't want you to break.
You're too much worth for a heartbreak.
Your heartbeat must go on,
with the rhythm of life.
And I know, life has risks.
But only take the risk,
if you promise me you won't let anyone break the vase.
Your vase of love,
Your vase of life,
the vase of the kindest soul I will ever know in my life.
Never plan to leave me, please.
It's an honour to protect your heart of glass, your vase I have to keep safe.
Your heart of glass, clear as the sky without clouds, as the ocean, as the space, without any sound.
You're open like a book, clear to see trough -
but don't let any destroyer near you.
hearts apart seldom mend ~
‘til between them walks a friend
We are not body-mind, we are not this,
concept of ‘I’ being knot of the heart,
which divine grace dissolves, bestowing bliss,
so if God-search we truly wish to start,
shift from ’I’ to ‘we’ deeming none apart.
Feeling deep in our core, bliss beats humming,
we don’t attain but be by becoming.
Perhaps I had done the gods wrong in my past life
Such that love was wielded to me as a knife
Maybe I’m confused, too young, and too naive
But isn’t it love if it destroys you when it leaves?
The eyes plead when your words escape you
They betray me when I say I’m done and through
For this feeling never truly disappeared, even if I deny
It’s hidden under a mountain of hurt, happiness, and lies
One could say it’s love in its purest and best form
It never even started, so why worry about the storm
It pushes all the limits and breaks all the rules
It ruins you and turns even scholars into fools
I was hopelessly hoping for a flicker or a spark
But I burned in your flames that lit up the dark
The days turned into months of wearing away
And the scars made me see stars in the light of day
It hurts too much to be given any other name
I was drawn to you like a moth to a burning flame
I tried to make you stay, but it was all for naught
For you were mine in all the ways you were not.
Heart shaped glasses
Bottled sadness
The perfume of melancholia
Sold as aphrodisiac
Somewhere between
Smoke and rum
Between the sheets
All is fair
In love and
Other indoor sports
Mother lowers her sullen face
against a volatile wind,
tasting the insolence
of a heavy laden gust
As she heaves quietly
from musings of unaswered dreams
grating her senses -- hope clinging--
through pits of lonely thoughts
delicately cleansing snarled faith
and disheveled pauses...
where hours impairs near death
as uncertain answers grow pale
...Waking her slow breaths flowing
from tears... Dad in a stupor :
I dreamed within her own dream
a fervent wish of life restored
that she hears my silent words
her boney figure collapsing --
through the bleakest of bleak nights
numbed from pain ...from agony,
That under panels of glass,
...we clutch onto that wish for life
My dream blending with her plea...
and realize she has learned
to pray with me in the rain.
I went to church with a hurting heart this morning
and what I encountered was encouragement,
love, and a balm to my sagging spirit
I am thankful for the love I was shown

Even God suffers,
for it says in scripture,
that God repented of having made life on earth,
and that it grieved him in his heart.
Think about that!
We marched through flames, but felt no guilt,
For bravery itself gave us our name.
The world can stumble, the body can fall,
But truth endures beyond the graveyard wall.
We bore the loads others refused to carry,
Unspoken tears the night couldn't conceal.
Nevertheless, we sang in the tempest's midst,
Our voices soared on shattered wing.
Our title to glory is not gold or marble,
Not crowns, nor thrones we never held.
It is the love we gave away
The light we ignited in darkest day.
Death knocks, but hearts don't bow,
We welcome the shadow as a friend.
For when God calls and wants to know our name,
We'll stand upright, unbroken by shame.
Not for power, not for pride,
But for the truth we held within.
Our legacy is plain, simple—
We lived with love, not governed by fear.
So carve no statues, chisel no creed,
Our legend is in every act.
When last silence closes the flame,
Our souls will whisper: *we lived humane.*
desires exhumed
there’s no cause for action
be this as it may, vibrance heightens
since bliss magnetism grants heart traction
What gorgeousness is Beauty most treasured,
that breathes life, air, and health into starving lungs,
so ecstasy that's beyond being measured,
make even angels rejoice and speak in tongues?
Nothing is more blissful than passion enjoyed;
and nothing's greater than love supernal,
which inspires joy when two hearts are alloyed,
in union of mind and soul eternal.
Love everlasting and preternatural,
and Beauty incomparable, divine,
transcendent, and utterly ethereal,
transform lovers that join, and intertwine.
To love is beauty, and beauty will not move:
what more could the world need now to know,
than heaven and earth were made from Beauty's love,
and grace, that sanctify with a sacred glow?
your gaze hides a love
entrenched deep within your heart
peeking through the veil
a shy glance that holds my world
like dahlia blooms all seasons
Is a diary entry 'poetry' per se?
What if it touches engaging the soul
peeling back layers of raw hidden emotion?
What if it bares sharing innermost secrets ~
what if it articulates heart to heart?
Sometimes we'll just blurt out our feelings
avoiding the fancy frivolous packaging
spilling the beans it's not always pretty.
We just say it like it is
black on white unfiltered uncensored
words spewing out without grace or flair
just getting the load off our chest.
So... are diary entries 'poetry'?
Yes if you want them to be
Yes when they go beyond the mundane
Yes when they pull at your heartstrings
in any way you choose ~
