Bass on conversation
a groovey thyme by all.
green leaves of summer
are the brown leaves of fall
This is worth mentioning
coring apples was boring
I was happiest at it's end
The crumbs and the edges
are the sweetest parts
the crispy flakey crust
we turned into tarts
smiles all around
as we taste
The sauce the sauce
the intro to the sauce
a creamy, almondie,Honey
triff.

Weep willow weep your weary winter woe
At the sight of your icy, new trousseau,
Above the frosted brook, a mirror faux
Her reflection was horribly so-so,
With rigid branches laced in flakey snow
White, a favorite color, not hers though,
Clear crystals clung, dressing her to and fro
All stitched on by a hand who did not sew,
Frozen stiff, her tears slow their new tempo.

Grandma is as proud as she can be!
Her Eddie~growing tall as his backyard tree.
He dons his classic St. Mary’s uniform.
Not wearing a freaky shirt with a unicorn!
Chemistry, world history and religion, too.
He is not learning trash from a WOKE school!
A multi-cultural school, he does attend!
To honor God, no flakey, government nonsense, on their knees to bend.
You are the sex you were born, twas God’s intention.
WOKE nonsense here, no, sorry, given no attention!
Nana sings and shouts:Alleluia!!
No CRT to ruin you!
Hurrah to his parents, to see he is learning in a safe, sane place.
He is a scholar, baseball player and to his family, no disgrace.
Only fifteen and grand six feet tall!
And be careful on the field, of his curve ball!
To me he is the future of this country, that is now confused and lost.
He has vision, principles that will make America great again, no matter
the cost!
You amazing boy, studying the Bible each day, I know with children like
you,
America will be safe, not become another lost Communist zoo!
Love you, Nana ***

Fuzzy flakey crop;
Skin peeling, seething of green,
Alone on the ground,
Nothing but stench to be found,
Soon though, begins taking root.

par bellowing out no go no no all slow
he’s no pro bro skills don’t grow.
I’m up here and you’re down low,
you say that you’re an MC,
I think you’re an EMPTY,
don’t agitate or tempt me
to vent at present with plenty to be appreciated,
you’ll be slated,
I give it whole while you rhyme grated,
misplaced and flakey,
you’re just a fake G,
mistaking where your place be,
face don’t phase me,
beat you when I’m lazy,
now move away before I get crazy.

If You Only Knew What We Go Through
Just To Do Things You Do
The Simple Things So Many Take For Granted
Some Days We Can't Mentally Or Physically Stand It
Me Myself And I
How We Wish To Be More Than We Seem
More Than Cancelled Plans And Flakey Unkept Or Unclean
It's Always Something Every Day
Always An Excuse Or Reason To Complain
Me Myself And I
We Look As Though There's Nothing Wrong
Stuck On Repeat Same Old Song
Yet The Pain Is Real
Never Sure How To Feel
Me Myself And I

Something New
I would like to buy a brand new shirt
So I can attract that silly mini-skirt
I’m tired of being a funny flakey flirt
Even knowing I’m an all-out introvert
I would like to buy brand new shoes
With rolled up sleeves and new tattoos
But Social media, the newest schmooze
Hash tagging with a bunch of yahoos
I would like to buy a brand new suit
To look presentably proper and astute
Digital images deceiving don’t compute
Drawn to enter a new house of ill repute
I would like to buy a brand new classy car
Driving around town smoking a new cigar
Driving top speed not getting much too far
Then again it may be time for a new Bar
I would like to buy a brand new Super Soul
The one I ware may have a new holy hole
Being careful not to end up in the South Pole
As I sit here sipping from my new Soup Bowl.

Warm buttery flakey croissants with almond filling,
Homemade sugar-laden donuts, hot out of the frying vat,
German chocolate cake with loads of scrumptious sweet coconut,
Sweetened graham cracker crust key lime pie with a sprig garnish,
Peanut butter cookies, oozing with chocolate morsels,
Grandma’s sugar mints, in pinks and greens, pretty enough for a wedding,
Delicious apple cobbler, crisscrossed with cinnamon and sugar crust,
I salivate my feelings toward these favorite foods.
You may keep your vegetables and your fruits, your seafood and your chicken.
The only vegetable I want is mashed potatoes, and please do not ruin it with garlic.
Instead, stir it into a giant vat of butter, so much you have to re-heat it.
Your beef can wander down by the barn and sit on a stump for all I care.
Unless I am in the mood to make my famous meatloaf with the diabetic-coma-brown-sugar topping.
It will knock me out in seconds, and I am re-thinking the vegetables.
I would like a big cob of Iowa sweet corn that has been bathing in butter for a week.
With so much salt and pepper, most people would turn their noses up.
I am a food connoisseur; can you tell?

Warm flakey biscuits,
Thick red eye gravy.
Side of ham. Sure.
Sausage patties? Why not.
Is there any bacon?
Just a tiny piece or two.
I am on a diet.

I implode into myself and
immediately begin regenerating.
Someone throws a box on me.
I spark up, mad.
I am jumping, popping, orange and black mad now.
I almost get her face.
I am in a new dimension of self, my angry mode.
Smacking, packling, mackling mad.
I turn the box flakey, gray, and watch
satisfied when I decimate it completely
and it falls into my bowels.
A human dumps dried oak leaves over my head.
I like oak leaves; they are fun.
I move rapidly, my gray clouds rise
floating dangerously toward them.
Someone pops a chair over me.
I take my time with it,
chairs are slow to start.
But when they do,
it's so much fun
to destroy.

What is perfection, it is simplicity it is sublime, no worries are on my mind, life is such a love song. At the crack of dawn, the light of day beckons to me, come out to play, this is your life, what can you say, life is such a love song. The smell of morning washes across my body, the sun touches my skin, let the day begin, the smell of flowers tells me the truth that life is such a love song. The touch of a hand, a wink, the perfect smile, the laughter, the love, the song, your style, all tell me one thing, that life is such a love song. Why let the day to day, fog your brain, worry about stuff that you cannot contain, do you not realize that life is not about pain, life is such a love song. Why get caught up in currents, washed out to sea, land becomes distant, blurry, distant memories, is it that you cannot see that life is such a love song. So what if work is not perfect, some friends are kind of flakey, a silly relative, a stupid comment, do not let it affect you, mess with you, pester you, fester within you, stop trying to figure life out, it is already before you, adoring you, do not let it ignore you, embrace it, for life is such a love song…Poetry by Dean

Snow
White, flakey
Falling, freezing, sticking
Covering the ground, quenching my thirst
Running, flowing, splashing
Clear, cold,

A twirl in a whirl or a curl is neither a six foot pie or a girl. Spinning wire into gold is not wise. And dancing is best performed to giant octaves. Tissue boxed coverage can be very flakey. Flammable even. So don't blow noses in a bush measuring over an acre. Oh look out. Ten inch forks are wobbling over there. Discussing no blade in a shaded glen. Sweating in a pyjama top in a blacked out car on a moonlit drive. How quite romantic. When dancing with a twig do not attempt star jumps for you might fall over and this would make the thistle bush laugh. Radius of radishes are always hidden in the clouds. A sure beacon for a golden god. Lavish lollipops licking lakes. And the might of the cast iron toothbrush is often resembling a small pin. Paint that then smile. Haha and haha then no hahaha but a haha. Pontifical power points playing pleasing piano. Xxxxx montages mooing. Xxxxx adudicational z with a huge p y q. Z

Think of strawberries oozing with chocolate
cake just with flakey chocolatey crumbs just to make the icing nicer.
What bout ice cream made to entice ya,
Imagine a cookie made out of marshmallows and chocolate and ice cream
It would all be like living a dream!
Say you see a person licking the frothy bit of your milkshake
or licking the crumbs of your chocolate cake.
Even if i get a doubt
i still need to eat a brussel sprout!
