From dust to dust
Earthly body must return
For eternal life
The soul must learn
Do no harm
Much love to emphasise
No fear just calm
The soul will rise
Discover all that is arcane
When we pass from here to there

Before we leave wisdom to share

You make longing feel like poems
all soaked in sweat and truth
they flow out unashamedly
sometimes unkempt, uncouth
and as they flow somehow they show
the yearnings of our youth
I come to you as fire and shadow
filling you with pleasured pain
pulsing you to overflowing
striving to relieve the strain
dissolving all that is not us
'til only we remain
we peer behind us, blissfully
into that other worldly place
we feel the beat of our contentment
see the thing that knows our face
our questions answered by reply
'this flame may dim but never die'

Fire of eternal flame
perennial immortal light
shine in all dimensions
let me be the light in the darkness
the flame to your fire
I love with my entire heart
Let me show you true desire
Eternal love that'll flourish
that'll bloom and stay
just show me that it's time
and your not just the same.
Show me I can release my love
I've lost many
to GOD above
I've wiltered and weathered
and never been shown love
casted aside my entire life
to walk alone
and gather my thoughts
teaching myself
from what others have taught
awaiting the light to shine on me
to forever just be without
no clues, all doubts
all wonders and questions
never to be answered
all others want are possessions
and that's the eternal lesson
to forever be told
not questioning ourselves
too afraid to be bold
and thrown on a shelf
to gather dust
for lust is all we have
but eternal love
is the desire we grasp
so hold on for now
and stay on task
eternal love shall flourish
without having to be asked
forever and always it remains the same
for in this crazy world

A magical stroll through the woods I go.
Petrichor filling my sense of smell.
This connection I’m feeling is more I know,
Content I be whilst my inhibitions fell.
The wind blowing my thoughts to every tree,
As birds sing softly raising my spirit higher,
I’ve now come to realise all that I see,
All as one from the great eternal fire.
Each of us walk this earth alone,
Crossing paths with others on the way,
Exchanging our thoughts never set in stone,
For each step we take, and foot we lay.
Leaving these woods will be a hard test,
Not breaking any bonds, just moving on.
Summerland awaits me, so I may rest,
Above all clouds which the sky rests upon.
His
fiery
eyes exude
burning ember
killing winter chill;
His heart a ball of fire
rolling on her fingertips;
Ascending from dark labyrinth~
Eternal flame ~ her sanctuary.
Your eyes still as fiery as wild fires~
melting everything you gaze on
like my poor algific heart
slowly reviving beats
killing your last heat
until your eyes
turn placid
again

A baby is born
Dawns a new morn
A centenarian passes away
Sad close to a day
A new life arrives
An older departs --
Transmitted, the flame

Without you, the days are so long
& sometimes it's hard to just carry on.
You gave life & love to all things
The joy of giving was what you would bring.
I see your smile inside my head,
It just isn't fair that you have to be dead.
I know you suffered though all the while
You held your head high & even would smile.
As I watched you go through it, I always had hope,
Even when we came to the end of the rope.
Everything that we went through
Helped make us closer & more loving too.
Through ups & downs you always were strong
Even when you knew you didn't have long.
Life can be kind & cruel in the same,
But you will live on forever because of loves eternal flame.
I hold a light
That barely flickers in the night,
It's wick almost drowned
In the melted wax tears,
Yet it willfully holds on
Burning a bright blue.
It is the candle lit in your name,
And I have waited
A lifetime for it to die,
For a strong wind to
Blow it out, or
A Light to eclipse its glow.
Still it burns,
Faintly, but steadily,
The eternal flame
You lit all those years ago.
The flames still strong
And the light is burning bright
As it did when you ignited it
On our very first night
This unbridled passion
Still lives in my soul
And the physical attraction
I’m still unable to control.
Mind-boggling emotions
Still envelope my being
As it’s your enticing form
In my dreams I am seeing.
Our years have not diminished
And our love is still there
The way we stay true
To the honesty we share.
Bestowed this wondrous gift
From the universal unknown
We are rewarded with happiness
In our devotion that’s shown.
So I look at you now
With a little more age in your face
But as beautiful as ever
As you've aged with such grace
I am blessed to have had you
For so many wonderful years
So full of joy and happiness
It brings me to tears.
I love you even more
Than that very first day
And grateful that through the years
You've decided to stay.
Every day with you is a pleasure
And not one of them is the same
But one thing has been constant
It’s my loves eternal flame.
A Spark in time
Shining ever so Bright
Through the darkness
Of this Life
Guided by... God's Holy Light
With Satan's fiery darts
