A gentle care bear drifts on a cotton sky, 
Where imagination fans its wings so high. 
In soft dream, he cruises past starry streams, 
Lost in sweet reverie, where wonder gleams. 

With playful whimsy, clouds become his throne, 
A castle where he laughs, all on his own. 
Through misty halls of hallucination, bright, 
His visualization

Goldilocks and the three bears, 
The story is a classic. 
But one idea came to mind, 
What if she was made of plastic? 
With lips so swollen 
And cheeks so bloated 
She was red and shiny 
And was very coated. 
The bears that came saw the porridge, 
They searched and found Goldilocks.

On this gangrenous planet, where the sky bears the scars of time gone by

On this gangrenous planet, where the sky bears the scars of time gone by,
we should refrain from weaving plans from threads of illusions and hopes,
yet we continue to craft them with an optimism that pulses deep within our veins,
like a reflex of the dying seeking light in the final darkness of the day.

I wil take Bears Over Preppies

The ones who are preppy seldom seem peppy
They appear alone and aloof, if they smile it’s a goof
They dress in dull clothes, stick out their straight nose
Put on snobbish airs, I’d rather spend time with bears

Winter bears fruit

peace is the fruit of winter
that solitude cloaked in white
that silence hushed by the wind
the temperature that dips down low
the calm that isolates the heart
and gives it space for convalescing

Scummy Gummy Bears

"How about it daddy,"
show me the way,
how you roll that paper,
you make it slay.

"How about it daddy,"
you smell so funny,
is that the reason,
you look so crummy?

"How about it daddy,"
you sleep all day, 
you seem so grumpy,
I think you should pray.

"How about it daddy,"
Is it true what mommy say,
that you love smoking,
more than you love yahwey.

Overrun by stuffed subdued teddy bears

Overrun by stuffed subdued teddy bears...

of diverse and sundry sizes engaged 
in woebegone wild rumpus
as a last hoorah 
for diversity, equity and inclusion,
whose somber bowed heads
(hide their snickers
just a kiss away)
their backsides mimicked 
tufted heavenly clouds 
interspersed amidst with imaginary fallen angels 
softly chanting profane funereal requiem, 
where a former 
warren of dust bunnies galore
