Notes About The Poem

bears

How we grew to be bears
in each other arms,
we don't believe
in fairy-tales
but our skin upon
skin & our breathes,
when I am upon
or you flip me......
My God lays in
the blue lagoon
of your flesh,
I swim in,
like a tadpole
to a story
never told.
A woman
made flesh,
I give my respects
God,
if it was you....

They are cute, aren't they? I wrote this for my new girl-friend. I met her when I did a first aid course as a support worker. She was already knowledgable as she's training to be a nurse.
