Apprised Poems

My intent is wordless

In the wilderness of bewilderment,
Sculpting different sorts of thoughts,
Where intent fades, needing no interment,
And truth exudes from all its rots.

There lies the stark resolve for my future,
A slender hope of life ahead,
Bound together by a catgut suture,
That time corrodes until it's shed.

All kept away from prying eyes,
Ever before my intent was conceived,
Just to keep all sane minds apprised,
And safeguard each new blessings just received.

Intent is wordless, lost in speech,
Etched as imagery – symbol of hope,
Quavering conscience stays unbreached,
Through the darkness of intense doubt it gropes.

A Mound

Today I found, right on the ground,
A giant pile of dirt - a mound -
Right where I walk, but did I balk?
No, since I still could walk around.

I was surprised, but I surmised
That gardeners had been apprised
Of lack of soil with which to toil
So it was left, as they'd advised.

This afternoon was opportune
To pass that spot and there was strewn
A tiny trace of what took place
This early morning, 12th of June.

The mound I'd passed had vanished fast,
Perhaps onto the gardens cast,
Its mystery now history
And certainly far from the last.

Premium MemberDiscombobulation: A Word

What sorts a box -- an enigma,
of course, what else has sauce,
when it apprised of a stigma
it eyes wherefrom the source.
Taste, touch, ... senses play the fiddle
minus some chords, off-tunes,
wayward announces a riddle,
classic ... playing the blues.

Discombobulation, a word
that creates attention,
it's a doer, that is absurd,
a giver of mention,
need not be lengthy, quite disturbed,
more elementary,
there lies the mix, that's somewhat blurred,
most complimentary.

Shorten won't baffle, nor ruffle,
may muddle or addle,
there are trickery, kerfuffle --
but snooze in a cradle,
grounds content, shovel the gravel,
make it your battleground,
make confound this awkward puzzle
by day's end be profound.

Hope that it resolves this fluster,
that sets unease, evolves,
make it a game, a tongue twister,
keep watch till it dissolves,
It'll be a throwback, bewilder
if it grows, we'll keep track,
discombobulation, blister,
made it less from perplex.

Premium MemberLearning From Loss

The hardest losses
are those too late to repair
what has been win/win time lost
to despair

Just as love
cannot co-arise
where fear grows
fully uprisen
a prison
predicting anger's nearby
impetuously apprised
surprise.

So too,
Freedom cannot thrive
where addiction has hard helped
us feel we are not softly worthy
to survive

"Loser" labelled struggles
with addiction
cannot feel free of affliction
nor can giving in
to addiction's short-term affections,
powers to feel escape
from personal
and communal,
economic
and political,
monocultural
and monotheistic
OverPowers

Social judgment,
blame
and shame,
co-detachment
non-communication
developing hard
stiffly cold silent screaming
excommunication

Depressing loneliness
isolation
self-ostracization issues
win/lose closeted
fear-based shame defenses
against Old School GoldenRule
loss of co-invested love
offenses

Against spirited natural
nondualistic redemptions
restorations
of win/win historical
Sun nurturing light
and Earth nutritioning power
regenerating
EarthTribe
indigenously sacred regenerations.

Premium MemberGod Hypothesis I

In measuring the Doppler shift of stars,
the universe we see seems to expand,
beginning a grand thought that is not ours:
God and the Big Bang do go hand in hand.
Created, the release of His remand,
the science having declared His demise,
heavens now collapse to a grain of sand,
and infinite, its mass, we are apprised;
earth coalesced in time under His watchful eyes.

Premium MemberTale of the Night Movers

This was the seventh time we'd moved,
In the wee morning before the sunrise
But somehow, I could feel God approved
And there'd be a great beginning apprised

Once we lived way out in the country
I'd watch the daily train pass by
Swinging in a tree swing hungry
Boy, how those days were on the fly

Before that move, seems I remember
I was asleep in my home in the city
Towards the ending of December
Woke in a rural area pretty

We fled by night, time after time
But finally, one home stayed
I learned so much about earth's slime
Moving by night place to place afraid

One last move, in the light of morn
Another chance for a better life formed
I knew this was it, some stability norm
Life's opportunities to be transformed

Apprise-made aware of, increased in value

Premium MemberAs We Be Breathed

One night from deep sleep I awoke,
stirred by a light that gently spoke,
oozing love, seeking my consent,
for my soul’s heavenward ascent.

No sooner I nodded my head,
into the vast void, I was led
sans form, for I had vaporised,
truth of oneness clearly apprised,
feeling God’s breath in-dwell each form,
felt within as magnetism warm.

My formless presence, one with God,
gripped by bliss mists stood overawed
in this knowing transcending mind,
free at last from fetters that bind.

This is the wisdom I can share,
with pure hearts who so choose to pair.

Life Should Be Meaningful

LIFE SHOULD BE MEANINGFUL:

Welcome to a new day...!
Look at life here on earth today,
It will definitely grow old,someday.
Even if it doesn't ... Just to say,
Then it would die young along the way.

Life is very beautiful,
When it's meaningful.
Moving with deems...,
Growing with dreams.
That was a piece of childhood.
A moment a child wish for adulthood.
Thinking it's all happiness to be an adult.
The reality is blurred so we lay an exult.
Childhood is filled with folly,
Where you only wish for a revue.
It's a jolly,
Where we later make a review.

Stuck with themes...!
Dyeing with schemes.
The chapter of life full of advice.
Where life experiences are apprised,
And mistakes become regrets,
When wasted times lack refrets.
Well,achievements bring fulfillment,
And futility brings disappointment.
Adulthood is braided with maturity,
Where as childhood with absurdity.
Well,age doesn't determines competency,
And appearance never determined by complacency.
Life should be well lived,
To Prevent future grief.

Premium MemberIs-Ness of Being-Ness

Our attention’s internalised,
wherein nothing is weighed or sized.
That that is, is magnetic heat,
enigmatic, thus not apprised.

Essence of presence is upbeat,
dancing carefree, to the love beat.
By thus being, we so become,
mist of bliss, no one can defeat.

Within our heart, resounds God’s drum,
accompanied by a bliss hum,
igniting form, from head to toe;
each node, heaven’s sensorium.

All being one, we have no foe.
There are no seeds we need to sow.
All that’s manifest, is but God,
as each life breath, He does bestow.

A Hurrying Against An Inspection

A means was hurriedly devised
To have their profiles revised,
A great deal improvised
And staff strictly supervised…

Also, a means to be apprised
Of Interview questions not surmised,
To have them earlier analyzed
For minds to be better advised…

And what it should cost summarized
To have the inspector’s toilet standardized,
His official car customized
And reserved fruits liquidized!

All ahead of his notified inspections
With staff-dropping intentions.

Premium MemberBondage

Speckled attention flowing through time
Flitting from moment to moment
Sifts the grime, from pulsations sublime
Choosing as of hearts sentiment

Free will choice, presupposes options
We imbibe but one frequency
Our bondage is this limitation
Feeling incomplete, in ennui

Delusion that we are feeble form
Externalised; everything sized
Spiralling thoughts, manifesting storms
Judgmental eye, each pulse apprised

Discernment for now, serves our purpose
Though propelled by our hearts desire
Thus, if conscience be not our compass
We self-block light, our soul aspires

"But swear so adore thy soul."

Premium MemberA Cautionary Tale For Halloween

A cautionary tale I have for you.
Trust no one that you see on Halloween,
especially whom you’ve opened your door to.
Trickery diabolical I’ve seen.
One Halloween while feasting with a friend
on Reece’s pieces (popular for treats),
the door bell rang. Who knew it was the end
of my poor friend? She thought they wanted sweets.
Three vampires with one alien just said,
“Can you come off your porch?" She was apprised
of someone who was hurt and nearly dead.
She left with them, then vanished. Paralyzed
was I. It was abduction. After dawn
I only found some blood where she had gone!
