Adjust to Gong Bust Horn Haiku

when on table went bust
Horn Haiku I had to adjust
tell tale and into head thrust

God forbid what I did
was to act like a little kid
who had flipped his (her or their) lid.

when we had an urge
after there will be a surge
are required to purge
(did play a dirge)
(have to see a surge ((surgeon))
(erupt when we encourage)
(would disappear when we did discourage)
(prefer pizza with my porridge)
(when the bells would ringy
I did become dingy)

on side watched boat list
when my point you must have missed
would become an anarchist (anti-Christ)

would be weak and weary
God could made weather dreary
tune we should carry

(which would seem very scary)
(which may vary)
(when we quoted a query)

while God is great and pure
made us safe, sane and secure
life we can endure
(what we knew for sure)
(life can be a cure)
(destroyed by der Fehrer)
(we would take a tour)
(cooked meat on a skewer)
(saw on an auto Gravier)

My Bad Back Must Adjust

his actions will trust
what he did do and must
my bad back adjust

while I wait and wait
I had discovered my fate
make back become straight

while with so much pain
had been hard to bare the strain
did drive me insane

suffered with much grief
which was found in my belief
God gave me relief

must have to admit
my posture did deposit
now I always sit

while I realize
had been to my big surprise
be sure to exercise

arrived home at last
after I heard his forecast
will be in the past

Trying to Adjust
By Franklin Price
06/13/2022

God, I'm asking you to help me
With my lost love and my trust
You took my life's love from me
Now I'm trying to adjust

You brought her to me years ago
When we needed each the most
Our marriage was ordained by You
We were the guests, You were the Host

I understand the why you took her
You had to stop her suffering
I know I never can replace her
She was my all my everything

I feel you struggle with me
As I try to move along
You've pulled me closer to You
I worship You again in song

You have blessed me with good neighbors
With good friends and family
Your love for me surrounds me
Without You here, where would I be?

I know patience is a virtue
A little faith is all I need
Even mountains can be moved
With faith, the size of mustard seed

I know I should not question.
You have always done me right.
I must believe and trust in You
To help You get me through this night

When You decide the time is right
You will open up the door
Show me the way and light my day
It will be then and not before

Amen

Premium Member My Heart and My Soul

Please let me alone
My heart and my soul
Pollution is everywhere
The land the sea the food
The mind the body
The heart the soul
The words the behaviour ...
We live with pollution everyday
Boundaryless and invisible
Until to the maximum we fall sick
Until to the limit we leave
There may not be pollution in outer space
Buy there is lifeless
Maybe we have to accept our fate here
And try to adjust our bodies and mind
To live happier and longer
From now and ever since

Premium Member Time To Adjust

Man's imbued with a flair for fantasy
that is quenched by His imagination.
And intrigued by the flight of bumblebees,
curiosity offsets frustration.

His conscious mind extends itself beyond
concepts of morality and blind faith.
But should His morals suddenly abscond,
the human soul can morph into a wraith.

A white lie, half-truth and or omission,
is tolerated by a lonely heart.
For love's an emotional condition
that oft sends your pulse soaring off the chart.

Susceptible to anger and mistrust,
Man is mortal, lacking time to adjust.

Adjust

If you find difficult to get along with people,
Adjust your ways to suit them.
when you can't reach your goals,
Adjust your actions to reach them.

If you do not get the things you desire,
Learn to adjust with whatever you get.
Happiness and sadness may encircle you,
Try to adjust in all situations.

Can you change the direction of the wind?
Adjust the sails and reach the destination.
This life is based on adjustment,
So adjust your life to lead a normal life.

Know How to Adjust to Traffic Flow

After through whole meal completed each course
Should all of his disturbing thoughts we endorse?
Who we know now is becoming world renown
Person who many times over has been a clown.

His wife soon will be on another TV show
Her face wore a frown and did not glow
Instead of laughing and always smiling
Numbers in her big brain was compiling.

Still Bernie's taxes have not been filed
What it looks like must really be wild
Deducted for maple syrup with no preservation
Turned to alcohol and donated to a reservation.

Another was for Vermont and their being
Place for handicapped to do downhill skiing
In direction again more than likely did shift
And now skiers ride both ways on the lift.

Direction Bernie goes in is complete opposite
Which is something that he will have to admit
Should be like Hillary who is always in the know
Everyone knows how to keep her ducks in a row.
(Oh, and how to adjust to traffic flow.)

Drowning in the knowledge
That change is inevitable
Afraid that your decision might backfire

What can be more spine-chilling?
Is the fact
That not making the change will
Lead you to a point of frustration
Discontentment

In the end to stagnate is also a choice
It also has a consequence

Adjust

something we said so many times before
a crack in the door
a bit of a poet in all of us
red dust
sunset can’t catch
little bits o’memories
tickles under the tongue
a go-out and get you-one. . . of those
strip the rags off the rappers and sell them off for clothes
make math, in the mathematicians’ presuppose
fire sell it off to celeritas
one more big blink in the big goggles
golden fish missing in the adjustment of pince-nez
had to turn out that way
when all we did was
adjust

Adjust Me

I am not a dress
 I can not be altered
I am fine with my chest
and thick hips I was born with
Don't try to tell me I need to fit
        Into your mold
        Cause truthfully
I love the shoes i'm in
         I am beautiful
So try and adjust me all you want
            Just know that
          All those pins and needles
             You stick in me
            To keep me consticted
               Will blow right back
                  In your direction
                   and stick you
I am fine with my outter appearance
                      Thank you
                         But no
