'adjust and Move On'

Drowning in the knowledge That change is inevitable Afraid that your decision might backfire What can be more spine-chilling? Is the fact That not making the change will Lead you to a point of frustration Discontentment In the end to stagnate is also a choice It also has a consequence

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

Dear Wila, This is an honest write, you must be excepting that all things change, the only true rule in life is the factor that change is the constant factor in our universe. So many people don't want to except this though, they want everything to stay the same, and are resistant to this fact. I resolved myself to this years ago, and learned it's better to go with the flow of life, roll with the punches. I love your view on this subject it's positive and truthful, cheri

If we don't take some risks in life, then we will never truly live... I was always shy and I know I've missed out on some things that I cannot relive. So, this poem is very relatable for me... A very thought provoking write. Great work, Wilma!

I understand this all too well, Wilma...I have made the mistake of not moving on when I should have embraced change. These are very wise words! Hugs, Rhonda
