lets say perhaps perchance
in to have a nice day searching your on second thought
kiss off
and go bend over backwards doing it
My love for you is a cascade of feeling.
Perchance the invite
Of swarming clouds,
In your inhale,
I shall give you my all.
Listen to poem:
what happened just now
is what I had dreamt about
it was déjà rêvé
my brain churned through memories
to predict perchance fated
Over sunny weather, we're all agog together
Perchance it clouds over though ---
That the sun not return, wouldn't you not rather?
Is that writhing really a dance
Or does he have ants in his pants
You have the answer perchance
He’s taking his Can Can to France!
perchance
Your permittance
With some primo love
Can I say more to you
That your all I want
Everything I need
Permittance
perchance
When
the day
that you spent
bears no semblance
to the one you planned;
then the night will
have memories
to dream
on
Located where, is Heaven, on these maps?
Cleverly hidden in Epitaphs?
Perchance in Stars seen from afar-
Or buried with Captain Cook, perhaps?
Perchance a wolf comes out tonight
And lingers in my thoughts of treetops
May he learn a little and plant a seed
And feast not incessantly
a crown of white locks
encircles a feeble mind
sleep perchance to dream
very
scary
lightning
striking
strikes twice?
no dice
same place?
don't brace
perchance?
fat chance
no way,
jose.

love is the source of intercourse,
between some mayhap, half relations,
word of mouth does perchance force,
wells break of direst fine stagnation:)

When Aardvark sleeps, perchance to dream
About a tasty snack …
I wonder, does he ever wish
It wouldn’t bite him back?
Inspired by Lee Leon’s poem ‘Aardvark’
Thanks, Lee!
Here lies no Herschel Victor Lance
Life didn’t give him a chance
He fell into a vat of molten iron
We buried his memory, perchance.

Priest of death, I humbly
Plea, we come as meager
Penitents, not seeking
Pardon, but a brief balm
Perchance, a small hope dwells
Permit a corner where
Prayers are heard in hell
3/05/22
We wait in vain
for Truth spoken plain
Selfish politicians, agenda-driven
to them, our aspirations given
Above, God looks on in dismay
Perchance to replace us someday
Pulling the curtains
down on today
Shutting the windows
doors locked from the street
Putting the cat out
trouble abeyant
My house becomes quiet
—the past is asleep
(Dreamsleep: Ocotber, 2023)
Listen to poem:
"Toot Toot" says the choo choo train.
I think I can, I think I can,
but then again,
perchance it's much too soon
to be going far too fast
for the downhill lane.
"Toot Toot" here I come,
whatsoever!
If, perchance, upon reading the news,
you come down with a case of the blues,
there is no need to panic,
blow your top or go manic.
Have an ice cream, a bath and a snooze.
the one time chance the sweet romance,
the thoughts of long ago,
when love was spirited in its dance,
but i had to let you go,
but memory comes en-trance:(
i know.....

DILEMMA
You crave complete release from problems, loss and fear - would you succumb
To promise of sublime unfettered bliss - for heaven’s kiss
Perchance your life might then be one of formless endless tedium
Form:
Cletus O'Toole asked the lady, perchance
If she would like to join him for a dance
He trampled her toes
And rumpled her clothes
When asked again she said, "Nope! Not a chance!"
Ah! SLEEP, sleep...perchance to dream. May the pain go away & allow me that blissful rest.
I seek but a moments silence & solitude. A chance to forget the thoughts of day.
Oh, Sleep, sleep, grant me this, I pray.
Recess is over. It's time for class
What's the kid got there
--A bug in a glass?
Think now, teacher
Is your class boring, perchance?
This kid's really interested
~ Here's your big chance!
Oh but to rest this mad toiling mind!
Sleep? Nay, to sleep perchance to dream
Dreams. Ay, there lay the problem
How, then, to find solace
Can it be achieved...
true peace of mind?
Not in life
but in
death
