You can see Shane its a callow,
Not for the Business of Tallow;
Some Brain to be lying fallow,
Nothing in Tallow yields Halo...
Better Shane challenged A Solo,
A lot of fans to him follow,
Preferably in 's polo,
Never in poverty wallow...
Yes, Sandy - haired Shane Wayne for Rap
And I suggest Distance from Cap

My matric students in 1981 and I
Became friends- I didnt do alcohol
With teacher friends (and fun stuff)
But the waves are still calling
Me and my new friends
Matric students Shane & Jaydeep
Gave me much that year (1981)
I gave little other than my teachers job ...
Thank you Jaideep Carson, Shane Muniya

The waves are like us humans
They forget they appear, live ... briefly
They run ahead, faster than others
But hotel Kennaway's balcony suite
Cleared one mystery in 2022:
The wave that comes ashore
Is not the one rushing toward us!
Those die or feed yet another Wave-hero
That does make a landing, but Washback
Are beautiful, mesmerizing, ephemeral
My friend farmer Shane has perfected new breeds
His corn and soybeans he's planted from seeds,
An early morning riser,
Using no fertilizer,
He spends most of his spare time pulling weeds.

[for Farmer Shane]
The ball of the century that took Gatting’s wicket
The best leg spinner of the game called cricket
A larrikin son of the Great South Land
He had an arsenal of balls at his command
The sun shone brightly when he appeared
There was only one Warney oh how we cheered
The team towered higher when he was around
With 708 Test wickets was a record so renown
His wrongun and googly were something to see
He’d bowl you around your legs so great was he
So we remember him as the all time great
Now bowling to Bradman a heavenly team mate.

The best spin bowler ever,
Has died at 52,
Across all of Australia,
No one knows what to do.
So many tributes pouring in,
A special man was he,
Even those not cricket fans,
Can feel his legacy.
He played the game with passion,
And huge amounts of skill,
And every time that he stepped out,
You’d feel a little chill.
The tributes sent are worldwide,
His impression left on all,
And 52 no age for him,
His final wicket fall.
A stand will be named after him,
In Melbourne’s MCG,
And offered a state funeral,
In such regard, you see.
They say the best so often pass
Before it ought to be,
That feeling universal for,
Shane Warne, please R I P.
Farmer Shane went shopping today,
Bought some manure along the way
Dropped a bag on the road,
Truck too small for the load
Now he is spreading more than hay.

The frozen sap of mirthless trees,
The fractured flow of icy streams.
The howling wind that claws at life,
The forest shrouded in endless white.
Skeletal ice hangs from warm lit homes,
....brittle fingers, glacial bones!
Gibbous moon with light unclean,
Casting shadows barely seen.
Wide tongues of sleet lick hands and feet,
Frost etched people on lacquered streets.
Witches Sabbat the darkest rite,
All doors are barred on Halloween night!
Children sleeping, tucked tight in bed,
While witches brooms fly overhead.
Cock’s crow sounds in the dark of night,
Putting the cabal to frenzied flight!
The children waken then start to yawn,
Their smiling faces greet the new dawn.
She:
Just hold me here close to your heart
Let me stay tranquil a while
This world has wrested my joy away
And has robbed me again of my smile
He:
I will hold you forever, part of my soul
To linger with me until time’s end
I will bring the joy back to your life
Your beautiful smile will transcend
She:
Just keep me here secure in your arms
Blissful and unaware of the strife
There are those around who wish me harm
Be Protector of my heart and life
He:
Forever I keep you safe in my arms
Within my soul you shall dwell
A refuge from the pain of the world
My love shield, your fear will dispel
She:
Calm and soothe me, please, cherish me
And in this haven, let me rest
There is sweetness that here abides
When I am pressed close to your chest
He:
In silent embrace our hearts are one
Find in me comfort and surcease of soul
My love shall buoy you through every storm
As our love the Angels extol

Thank you, Shane, for asking me to collaborate with you. I enjoyed it every much. I appreciate your support...Bless you, my dear.
You told me we’d always be friends
Out of the blue our friendship ends
I was your ‘forever friend’ - you told me so
Now you simply don’t want to know
Thought you the one on who I could rely
A comforting shoulder when I wanted to cry
A shining beacon that brought me light
Our friendship was a pure delight
You vanished, didn’t say a word
Now all my questions go unheard
No reply I need so much to know why
How could you not have said goodbye!
A tear I shed as I think of you tonight
Of all that was so happy and bright
I love you still more than you could know
I am desolate that I cannot tell you so
Soul mate and friend we were one
Linked in a bond that could not be undone
Yet here I sit the bond broken
My heart aches, my pain unspoken

Solomon
A name that would sound of the Hebrew
Yet where I walk my skin color pronounces different
Solomon
A sound that reminds you of the wiseman and his mines
Or of his many wives
A gas chamber I never went too
A biblical verse I never entered
Solomon
A history of an irish girl
Who married with a runaway slave,
To give him a name a legacy
Solomon
Like the roots of my past,
Sturdy, strong and irreplaceable
I am just a girl with many accusations given to me
Desperate to reach success
Desperate to live,
Cold and kind
Desperate to give.
Gentle and Rough
Two worlds apart,
Strong, fearless
A man with heart.
In touch with himself
A brother, a son,
Music in his veins
A lonely one.
Eyes of blue
That tell the truth,
Misunderstood
His words are few.
Desperate to play
Desperate to love,
For just to sing
Is not enough.
The man I know
The world cannot tame,
The strong-spirited man
Who I call Shane.
Losing you left a
hole in my heart
like a void that
will never fill
you were taken
from me so
sudden never
giving me a Chance to say
good bye
As time goes on
my sorrow lessens
but never leaves me
I'm ever morning what
could have been
but never was
I whisper your name to the
wind hoping you know
you'll always live on in my
heart
Good bye my friend
until we meet again
There are two loving angels
which make me happy everyday
For these sweet angels
everyday I do pray
For how they make me feel
is very hard to explain
They make me fell cared for, loved,
and for the most feel sane
When they entered my life
I would have never of guessed
That because of these angels
I would be so happily blessed
They ignited great feelings inside me
Which i'll never forget
My joy just kept growing
from the first time we met
Love, honesty, and trust,
Belief and inspiration
Protection and forgiveness
Understanding, communication
For all these things plus more
on me my angels can depend
They're just some of the ingredients
belonging in a friend
Even though I believe
They are going to do fine
I'll just try my best
when they need help down the line
For when they're confused
and they're judgement is poor
I'll help to unscramble the baffle
in hopes they choose the right door
But, whatever they choose
I'll try to give them direction
because in my eyes
they're already perfection.
