Happily discontent, that I am, that I be
now future
happy discontent
achievable out of reach
joie de vivre bags of regrets
what I am now what I could be
love the journey are we there yet?
live in the present dream of becoming
I'm truly self made I'm reactionary, dependent
let it be, let it be, now endless mindful reflection
I’m restless, but at peace unable to sleep, daydream
I’m thankful for many things when will this nightmare end?
nothing is perfect, fully satisfies quest for perfection ruins the journey
life is an ever evolving process hit or miss, sink or swim, stuns growth
a chest full of good things in life a pile of things underachieved, undone
thankful for what I’ve got so far I want more, but I'm burdened by failures
acceptance without complacency resentful, jealous of what others have
accept that creativity makes mistakes counting failures, clutters & confounds

Why do I create?
The simple answer involves
the complex mystery of
creation~ the more knowable answer
is, I am lonely...needing something,
someone outside of myself
to bring back in, to hold close for to cherish
and love.
I would not write a word,
dabble a blotch, were my hunger entirely satisfied
by the works of others; were all my questions
answered and my dreams already portrayed into infinity –
I create because I have a sense of loss, of being
incomplete – I create because
I am dissatisfied with the status quo.
I create not to feel a sheep-driven-reactionary,
and more a green in God's garden of unlimited potential,
salivating for moments of sensed eternal blossoming...
The novice writes a poem,
while the poet writes poetry. The painter only
paints, while the artist creates an image, that lives
immortal in the realms of observation. And I create
for all these reasons – and, most of all~ those
shared joys I have not found outside the process.

Be mindful, be careful,
for free speech may land you in word-jail.
Contrary counter-points are now
deemed suspiciously reactionary.
What was good and right yesterday
is slur and defamation today.
Agree, then do the opposite.
Play the game but find a covert way to cheat.
You must cross the line one step at a time.
Thoughts are now monitored
by digital watch dogs
remember this is not your father's line
this is a new line they drew
to pen you in more tightly.

He had a Trump sign on his front lawn.
I was concerned, so naturally I set fire to his house.
She told us that men cannot give birth,
Naturally, obviously I was concerned, upset,
and had her committed for reeducation.
He wore no mask in the restaurant,
deeply concerned, I had him thrown out.
Naturally we doxed him,
chanted ‘racist’ outside his home.
She refused to be vaccinated;
said they did not work.
of course I blew the whistle on her,
had her sacked.
We must stand together, and not tolerate
these ungrateful, reactionary malcontents.
Concerned citizens must be vigilant,
yet caring – as I am.

“History repeats itself”...
this bad, ferocious creature
outside of us, beyond any
personal control, that “rears
its ugly head”, and strikes
“again and again”, delivering
a fatal dose of worldly poison –
Let's be clear, every day is
a new history, though similarities
with old may exist – what hasn't
changed are people, the concentration
of lethal venom in our lazy, self-centered,
yet to to be conquered souls –
Stop being reactionary! Take dominion!
If we wait on evil...we will fall – as
individuals, and a humanity –
There is no compromising with wrong –
Summon the spirit of Chamberlain,
and ask him, how did that all go with
Hitler?

At best, I am a stenographer:
the Muse dictates...and I write;
the Muse seeming all the
inspiration, a constellation
of wit and style – while I, a
single star – an abysmal one
at that...having enough spark
to mildly gleam, however, left little
more dignity than to obediently
listen and record –
It seems to me this way
with all forms of endeavor:
Reactionary! to traffic lights,
weather, pets, mates – and, of
course, our God and His Fates –
Lord, am I this, only...made to
be a mere puppet? At my zenith
another worthy Muppet....

Sometimes I wish I could go back in Time,
salivating for intelligent conversation...I think,
Shakespeare would have been interesting --
Most people today, seeming more programmed
than ever before in history – afraid to be alone
with independent thoughts; distracted by
background music, beeps, and screen prompts;
A society that has become reactionary, opposed
to Free-thinking and Self-determining (Ripe for
abuse!)
Would not be surprised to see a Cathedral being
built, Cross on top, "Church of Social Media" --
Next-door to an Abortion Clinic, "Preschool for Applied
Robotic Thinking" --
On the same block a Rehab
for those addicted to Traditional Marriage
and Monogamous Sex....

~ Just thinkin' tonight ~
They're coming to take us away
Ha, ha, ho, ho, tee, hee
The Woke Ones; ha, ha, hee, hee
They're coming for you and me
Fluid sexual preferences, ho, ho
Today I'm straight; tonight, a homo
My gender I change like underwear, ha, ha
I can be Yoko Ono or Yo Yo Ma
LGBTQ is the way to be, tee hee
No more being heterosexual, you see
'Cos that would make you reactionary
a fate worse than being white, hee, hee
And as for race, you're in first place
if you're a minority -- though only black
or brown, so you'd better frown if
you're Korean or Chinese, tee, hee
Oh, they're coming to take us away
Ha, ha, ho, ho, hee, hee
The Woke Ones are coming for you and me

Go do be to the dozens of them stars,
I say to the reactionary planet doing deeds for the floral arts,
when I went to the south they wanted most of my compartments and very few of the darts-
I said to the east as we aren't assuming we have done are parts,
if I were truly a lonely example I'd have spent all of the war in languish for my start-
to be a fitzy you must seek out the snake in the grass,
to be a giant eclipse one must muster every single table wear, and pick them up at the door.
When the time come's I am going to leave this place the way I saw it,
and if I am ever a creature to be discovered,
I will not allow un~justness and resentment for a far-
be the case to jump over at yar.

True patriots,
regardless of color, creed, or cathartic party,
are loyal to cooperative interdependent change
from below
and within
as needed to liberally balance conserving health
to co-empower compassionately wealthy democracy.
Fake patriots
are like colonial loyalists
supporting patriarchal monocultures,
status quo
business as competitively usual,
dubiously needed to reactively protect
exclusive
from above
and outside wealth of kings.
As if patriotic wealth could ever survive
privileged autonomous apartheid,
one way receiving,
without any giving back
EarthTribe eco-patriotic value.
Passion can overpower
all resonant and dissonant voices,
for a brief flash of reactionary time.
Autonomous passion can behave so loudly,
univocally self-invested,
that Others' passions are no longer heard--
inviting impassioned debate
disinviting dialogue.
When compassion errs,
we are under-powered fragments
fractured from future's long-term opportunities.
Passion shines red-blooded brilliant.
Compassion listens
for cooperative patriotic resilient.

Some people
see reverse racism
as justified by genetic meritocracy
and historical seniority of sacred monocultural grace
not quite so generously bestowed
as one might more paradise
have multiculturally hoped.
So, some people
see affirmative action
as too liberal with love
too affirming reactionary.
So, some people
see assertive responsiveness
as PositivEnergy ecofeminist reply
to reverse racism
and sexism
and anthro-patriotic national supremacy.
So, some people
see anthro-supremacism
as RightWinged
patriarchal RedMeat.
So, some people
see patriarchalism
as red-faced egocentrism,
longing to rebelong
in green Paradise days
of GoodNews scriptured Olde.
So, some people
see xenophobia,
reverse ecological
and political empowering face
of rabid LeftBrain egocentrism,
and RightBrain eco-racism
and sexism
and anthro homophobicism
So, some people
fake *****sapien
shape-shifting eco-resonant WiseElder minds
with ego-resilient bodies--
inside spiritual climate redeeming health
proclaiming regenerative outside natured wealth.

If you're only here for me, to throw it in my face
Then I no longer want your company or you in my space
You say you want to talk but you're talking to convince,
And even with the effort you aren't making any sense,
You say you're interrupted and everyone should listen,
But as soon as I rebute you have to flee to save your mission,
Which right now seems to be "YOU MUST AGREE WITH ME!"
That's not only childish but it's harmful energy,
I'm not upset because I want to be,
To me it's a necessity,
When I see too much absurdity,
I fight on the side of sanity
I know you can think rationally,
How about mix that with empathy,
Because while you are my family,
You're in need of some reality,
This is no attack but an attempt to open eyes,
To the fact that time with family really flies,
So instead of getting caught in an infatutory game,
Remember who your family is, we've always been the same..
