Ideas conveyed in trails of semantics
Or moving over horse and bars in gymnastics
Tumbling, rolling, scribbling phonetics
Reeling, shrilling, scorching like ballistics

Quibbling over ideas and reams of whims
Rattling odd stories of soul's whines and trims
Yours is the power over lines and grims
Absolution or redemption atop one's dreamed
  old gym hymns

Horns of plenty, blowing sounds;
Caustic mines spitting rhymes;
Whispers stills phonetics spots;

Plural Graphic views at naught;
Radiant
How you a radiant person?

Someone who is radiant is so happy
Their happiness shows in their face radiant
 Happy, glowing, ecstatic, joyful radiant

Beaming, brilliant, gleaming, glittering RADIANT
Glowing, incandescent, lustrous, resplendent.
RADIANT

Dont Read This

I know the plural and singular of sheep is sheep but doesnt a shoop sound so good
Phonetics are best when you use silent letters G for Gnome and
p for pneumonia
Stand with your back to the lift door it really freaks the other occupants
and never pat the seat beside you on a bus as someone comes on board
Never take a sick day unless you are well enough to enjoy it
And why is Mr Sneeze the only misterman without arms
and what do you think a pikachu tastes like?
and finally......

Welcome to Kenya,
Where prisons make criminals more than not.
Where justice is read off papers na sio za constitution.
Where economy is simply taking money from one class to feed another one.
Where,
If the phonetics of our surnames don't click then bullets may,
Where,
Sheria ina mkono mrefu,
Uliza waswahili maanake.
Where,
Imebidi nifungue roho,
Kabla waifunge.
Where,
People die natural deaths because they saw things or heard things...
Where,
Democracy is simply a dictatorship of the elite.
Where,
In Nick Cannon's words
Election is simply choosing which gun you wanna shoot yourself with.
Welcome to the country where independence was simply a switch of the yoke.
Same old slave.
Just a different master.
Same old cries.
But really,does it matter?

Words

WORDS

I came from the land of dumb
Where men could not express their thoughts through speech
But now, I find myself in this world
Where men can speak even with high pitch
But I wish I remained on the land of dumb
For Men of this world defy and abuse drum
They negligibly fail to scrutinize phonetics
The vocal tract paves way for residue,
Even after filtration in the mind.
Words catapulting people's dreams
Words that can make the zeal of the weak go blind
Words like arrows piercing hearts
Just for their eyes to witness blood flow like a stream
Words like poison, they put them in our glass of conversation
But I have found an antidote
They might speak,
But the words can't make us weak
Even if they do, ephemeral it will be
For talk is cheap.
I won't go back to the land of dumb
For I have found the key.

Simon Brown

Simon started playing wheelchair basketball,
Aged twelve at a school community project,
And under coach Ian Laker accepted the call,
To play with London Titans so as to connect.

In 2008 he debuted at the Beijing Paralympics,
He and the GBR squad won the bronze medal,
And in 2009 they won with World Cup phonetics,
5th in the 2010 World Cup Championship pedal.

In 2013 at the Frankfurt European Champs,
Simon and his GBR team struck the top gold,
And then in 2015 at more European Champs,
Simon & co won yet another sparkling gold.

In Rio de Janeiro at the Paralympic Games,
The GBR basketball squad collected bronze,
A triumph for such an elite contest, no games,
Where the best is given by first class scions.

Chronic Melancholic

CHRONIC MELANCHOLIC-IAN MUNYWE
You are a chronic melancholic,
critics` labels are emphatic.
Allegations rooted in phonetics,
assertions cemented in logic.
They often spark thoughts,
Am I a chronic melancholic?
With objective prejudice they device,
means ways methods of advice.
We must save this sinking case,
lest in society we lose our place.
To obfuscate truth to showcase farce,
and claim he is a chronic melancholic!
Devising potent mind solutions,
is a path I long ago chose.
One that is draining even tasking,
for there are too many goals.
Resist that burning urge,
to try champion change.
If not you as well,
will be a chronic melancholic!

Wordfor Today: Ethics

WORD OF THE DAY: ETHICS

Science and Engineering have benefitted immensely from PHYSICS
Another major concept that has hastened aeronautics is KINETICS
But science is itself a noble profession with its values and ETHICS
Scientists are neither known for oratory prowess nor PHONETICS
Yet they have produced drugs that are as effective as ANESTHETICS
All these and many more were attained with or without AESTHETICS

Phonetics of hurt

Brimming passionately
Tears

Cascading my cheeks

Hope drowns blinding my
Visions

Heaving sigh crushing my chest

Bard's East Side Recitation

ya can't recite a sonnet
without a union card
we got rules here ya know
now move along,
you're not da bard

ya can't be a narrated narrative
neither an alliterative comparative
voiced onomatopoeia sounds like a panacea
but the aesthetics don't fit the phonetics

ya can't be a couple-a-couplets
droppin' duo doubles as doublets

ya can't be a Limerick either
now ya don't look Irish neither
so, authentic you ain't
don't make no complaint
got no chew but yer one last incisor

ya can't get on the open-mic
an' recite jus' anything ya like
it takes rules and forms
to fit into da norms
without causin' a riot or strike

so jus' be aware, we got rules here
acrostics will get cha put down
Iambic pentameter - is the wroong parameter,
and the villanelle - don't go over so well
your calligraphy don't mean nutin' ta dem - or me
so jus' know, how we blow...
'cause, youse ain't da bard

Makita X: Plausible Illustrations

Phonetics of oblivion
Sheathed by plausibility
Elapsing cultures with ease
Fathering quaint illustrations
Daring to be discovered
Along fearless avenues
Embellished by the fences
That compose the verses
Of which we refer to as life

Too Desperate For My Blood

Coming up with this poem was difficult for me
I even nodded off dreaming of Grandma Juanita’s cinnamon rolls
Now I’ve returned to continue with pen
How alive is this new venue I’m in
Outside my bedroom

Loot as a tool -
Too desperate for my blood
Foul eyes dismiss the true you within

“When you reach the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on”
Says the USA’s sixteenth president
Many guys and their lies deceive with surprise and when we see it with our eyes a piece of us dies
That’s if they’re close to us

Wake up everybody!
Why are you asleep? You shouldn’t be slumbering!

So you’re not desperate or fraught, just anxious and distressed?
Numerous phonetics but in spite of everything they’re synonymous

When only using your eyes, you’ll assume that having what somebody else has will make you happy
This is when you no longer trust in yourself, are desperate and are running on empty
This turns our souls into rust

In my survival I need not be reliant	but dependent upon myself
