Premium MemberOral Poetry

In days old, oral poetry existed
(When most people, including
the authors of poems, and stories, lyricists,
artists,....couldn't read and write.)
as a part of oral literature
which had no titles, nor were the authors known.
Yet, these are from the heart
captivating the listeners.
It flaws like a river ,
with streams falling into it along the way.
It is circulated from mouth to mouth,
from generation to generation,
from the past to the present .
By the way, the contents
of these oral poems have been added to,
and some modifications might have done.
They wove oral poetry while gazing at lush nature
or remembering a loved one.
The lines were tender,
and delivered emotional feelings to the listeners.
Besides,the basis of oral poetry
may also be a love story,an event of patriotism.
or any other event the poet knew.
These oral poems and folk songs
influenced written poetry and literature.
Written epic poems are also based
on oral poetry, literature, and folk songs.
These oral traditions are of high standard
and have laid the foundation
of our rich literature, art, and culture.

I Wish I Never Failed in Love

"I Wish I Never Failed in Love"

In the realm of heartbeats, I lost my way
A path that wound through love's disarray
If I had one more wish, I'd undo the pain
Erase the scars, rewrite love's stained refrain

A tragic ending, where love went astray
I thought I was special, but faded away
A good man turned cold, a heart turned to stone
The evil I despised, became my own

I wish I never fell, never dove so deep
Never surrendered to love's deceiving sleep
I wish I could forget, before heartbreak's might
Raped our free will, and extinguished love's light

In the shadows of what could've been
I search for solace, a love unseen
One wish remains, to turn back time
Rewrite our story, rekindle love's divine

But alas, memories linger, a bittersweet refrain
Reminding me of love's irreparable stain
Yet still I hold on, to love's pure flame
Hoping someday, love's beauty will reign.

This poem maintains the original message and emotion, with adjustments for rhythm, flow, and poetic clarity.

Premium MemberMy Computer Has Fallen and Can'T Boot Up

For the first time my computer has fallen
It can’t seem to boot up, the screen’s blank
Needless to say, I am more than crestfallen
I have no money for a new one in the bank

It can’t seem to boot up, the screen’s blank
There is a strange buzzing sound from inside,
I have no money for a new one in the bank
Things that are supposed to won’t coincide.

There is a strange buzzing sound from inside
I’ve checked the power cord, it is plugged in,
Things that are supposed to won’t coincide
The router is blinking, now where do I begin?

I’ve checked the power cord, it is plugged in
Turning it on and off several times, no luck!
The router is blinking, now where do I begin?
A call to Geek Squad would cost big bucks.

Turning it on and off several times, no luck,
Then a miracle …. suddenly, it comes to life
A call to Geek Squad will cost big bucks,
At a time like this, I give thanks to my wife!

Then a miracle, suddenly, it comes to life,
Needless to say, I’m no longer crestfallen
At a time like this, I give thanks to my wife,
For the first time my computer has fallen.

Modification

modification
I wish while we grow
in the world

we grow truth
instead of the modifications
of lies

I wish to see a world
of peace through out
the globe

despite it sim impossible
cos our aims differs

even when we claim
to unity our selves

ourselves still bear
selfishness by ourselves aims

our motives are never one
should I blame it on culture

should I say our different mentalities
are our barriers

cos we modify
greatness
yet forget what brings
what we modify
we never remember the origin
of what keeps us going
yet we want to move ahead
of time

A Brother's Love

A Brother's Love

Hey! brother's you are strange creatures...

Brother's are the people in the world who tease their sisters ongoing none stop...

Hey brother's, with your cunning ways and actions so often, misunderstood not by purpose or otherwise just misplaced...

Brother's with your strong, dominating form of consideration like reflections of thoughts, observations, transformations, modifications, conversions, alterations, revisions of thoughts...

Yes, I call you brother...

Brother's are like lemon & lime, bitter sweet with that tangy twist, of unforeseen wonder, carrying the aroma and fragrance of mystery and enigma...

Work and Play

There is an equality
to be observed in
what seem as the
segments of life..
All are appearances
in the present moment..
(Really not a moment
but Now outside of time..)
Work and play are
simply modifications of
Now
into seeming forms:
one form or another
but the pleasure and
the truth come
from the discovery
that the same Field or
Now
underlies and
composes all...

While Daydreaming About Timepiece Inventors Two Oh Clock

A quick and easy (makeshift, albeit very temporary)
Cheap Trick would suffice in the interim
(which might entail many generations)
to rock a Super Tramp off The Farm.
Lo and behold a panacea arrived

in form of Jethro Tull. Beastie Boys
(more or less marauding hooligan gangs
comprised of Arctic Monkeys)
possessed an uncanny verve zeroing
in on the challenge to enable Crowd

source sing. They designed, hand
crafted, and linkedin all known know
ledge about mathematics and physics. One
contrivance edged out other equally
farcical gizmo. Via some lack of clarification
Badfinger referred both to the longer
of two needles pointers plus included

the entire mechanism. Individuals
would no longer find themselves
in Dire Straits getting someplace
with markedly greater accuracy.

Sooner or later a confluence of
beginners dumb luck witnessed
a Motley Crue, whereat brainstorm
(of course in tandem with consciousness
expanding material) yielded a great

burst of inventiveness within The
Human League, though after end
less modifications credit for
the handy dandy blues clues
pocket watch allotted

Third Arm

Bipedal beings moving with
extra emotional thrust
Triangular sight triggers
kinetic causality —
Death forfeits life
An attached third arm
goes to the concealed side
Legal modifications
make for cybernetic relations
Metal and flesh merge,
inseparable
since their hunter moon birth
Tripod creatures
who pass through the smoke
of the atmospheric burn
The third arm
teaches the symbiotic host
how to cancel the metallic consequences
of the fatal revolution turn

Do We See

A sense of the universe
In all its diverse
Forms can give rise
To a profound apprehension of the lies
That abound
All around
As if we prefer not to see
How we
Are implicated at the very core
In a raw
Vital way in ecological catastrophe
By our desire for mastery
To be in charge of our fate
And we refuse to wait
To recognise deep within our heart
That we are part
Of the what we perceive to be the stuff of the real
And to recognise our need to heal
What is out of kilter with God’s rhythm
So when we find ourselves caught in a gigantic schism
We must not deny
The moat in our own eye
The block
That enables us to mock
The wonder of creation
As if life was all imagination
Amenable to sophisticated modifications
Subtle alterations
And not a gift given us by life’s creator
Humankind’s maker
For we are not the end of the story
And God is the source of true glory
Do we dare to pause and ponder?
The sheer wonder
That life is not something for us to sift
And re-arrange but is a gift
To treasure
Beyond all that we can ever measure
                                                              Jane Tatum©

Poison

I wont let them fill me with there fluid
The cure they say the have
What they made through modifications
Some less then pure form of mad
I can not do it i wont let them use
I chose not to accept it im about to lose it
Forget what they say this not ok im not gonna accept what they say on the news no this is not ok
I have my own choices i lay in my own bed
I make up my own mind i have my own head
So let me decide my way let me choose my path
Let me decide my choices let me choose my wrath
Forget the wrongs that ive written for they can be re wrote
Forget the songs i wrote i can get a new notebook
Stop with the drugs stop injecting the lies let us decide our own paths
Lets us live our own lives
let us draw our own maps.

Constellations

2/24/16

Made my own observations
While following through on obligations
Certain materials came into contact with the process of oxidation
As I always respected conservation
Unfortunatley the same could not be said for all occupations
And methods of operation
Realize this bit of ancient knowledge, many conversations
Got lost in translation, all across the basins and nations

You could make a never ending story of compilations
Life came with unlimited combinations
Of complications
But it was never enough to break my concentration
Spirit or willpower, as I stared up at the constellations
Above cities with high populations
I made my own modifications
Through many optimizations

I understood that many desired accomodations
And strictly believed in consecrations

I could never respect or help anyone interested in world domination
Or narcissism and self-nomination
Especially if they speak of others like an abomination
I'm so very far from religious, but I can tell you now with a certain degree of confidence
And a much higher consciousness
That will lead you to a path of eternal condemnation

Modifications Raa Apple Dash Along X

The timely excuse for an otter is not to entertain. It is to sunbathe on a towel. Meetings with alligators should be assessed by the writhing tides of a single thought. When dressing a whale always take care. And when adjusting a pancake it is wise to wear a very smart vertical hat. Writing a line in ink is akin to drawing a border. It is also akin to a skinny skipping rope. Jumping jumpers jeering jeans jealous jackets jamming. Ham is neither a curtain nor a teaspoon. So never argue with a pan. Quite mystifying is a quaintly presented duck. Pompoms play policies. Great. Fascinating isn't it? Wielding writings whirling. Modifications x

Fragile Cargo

Not entering among those sterile walls
your mind is firmly resolute with decision

not wanting to be cutted
you are leaving your life
in hands of earth

but will you be wise enough
to ask her a right questions
determined enough
to hear the answers

I know you are afraid
not feeling your body as your own anymore
it is still your body
and those cuts maybe aren't happiest solution
they are definite one

I know you are afraid
feeling is well known

like you are broken
damaged
devoided from fitting in socially constructed frame of 'normal'
but normal is social construction
receptive for modifications

your body isn't all of you

it is that perfect cloak for your soul
and cloak has that habit to become worn out
needing some repairs
there is nothing stigmatic about that

here ... take my hand
let's be labeled
together
we'll wear that yellow badge
despite their bigotry

don't be afraid
and don't let your ego choose instead of you

tired of departures, yet
aware that you have your own path
I'll esteem your decisions
because I love you

please don't die on me

Boundaries For a Purpose

Boundaries for a Purpose – Zamreen Zarook

You are a trustworthy moral agent,
Nations perpetually talk good in your absent,
You, in no degree cheated in your achievement,
So, your soul wish to see amusement.

People do modifications to their mind,
They wish, society should be behind this master mind,
I wonder, why they can’t rewind
But everyone say “I love the man kind”.

“Trust” is a word of life,
When selfishness mount, then it’s the war of knife,
Trustworthy people starts to strife,
Because, everyone wants to achieve in their own life.

Trust everyone with a limit,
Whoever comes to you, do the admit,
When you see selfish, it’s the time for you to omit,
You love “yourself”, so you do have the permit

When you move away from this code,
Frustration and depression will be overload,
However much you try to unload,
Definitely your ship will be upload.
