Painful.
Like a sock with a hole in it.
That grows.
Faster and faster.
Until I curl up on the floor.
Curling like twine.
There is no hole, my sock is fine.
What is painful is the fire.
Then I heard the choir.
A choir that laughs, as I bury myself.
Under the carpet, near the shelf.
The shelf falls over, right near my arm.
I wish I had my good luck charm.
Incapacitating.
That’s when everything grows, except you.
Flames.
That appear for no reason.
Except to laugh at me.
Flames that grow as I start to stand.
Staring at the fingers on my hand.
One by one, my fingers implode.
I jumped in the car, with fire on the road.
Painful. Incapacitating.
Fires and torn socks.
So I continue my day.

Straight off the hairs of a tarantula.
You will see me coming, leaping right at 'cha.
Full fangs in force to dig deep within.
Digging my vengeance all under your skin.
Leaving a venom that makes you melt away.
Slowly incapacitating the next victim of prey.
I lurk in the shadows completely unseen.
Bring you to the gallows. Know what I mean?
We lay low in the cut, 'til it is time to strike.
Put some serious stuff into every bite.
Stand back and watch victims fade away.
Crawl up so they're allowed to see my face.

Pain is
so debilitating
Pain is
incapacitating
Tablets
many to be taken
Balm
to gently calm
an excruciating pain
I have in my right arm
Oh how it makes you realise
How much one needs both arms
When one no longer works
with such pain it really hurts
So I pray these tablets help
For everytime I move I yelp
Cannot even brush my hair
To dress myself ~ well I despair
Pain
I beg please go away
Pain I have
both night and day
Makes me think of those poor souls
Whose pain will never go away
No tablets help
No balms can cure
Constant pain for they endure
I pray one day
that they will be
Like you and me
they’ll be pain free
Written 26th October ~ after suffering a great deal of pain in my right arm making it impossible for to use at all…

What I thought was my first ray of sunshine-
Was actually an incapacitating beam.
As They rambled on.
Ignoring me.
Hey, I’m over here!
Why take me?
Why take ME?
When all you do is let me flail around.
With my broken eyes and suggestible heart.
A heart that listens to the whispers.
That talk about anything but me.
Well anyway-
Thanks for letting me live.
I guess it seems you’re done with me.
I hope no one missed me while I was gone.
I hope someone missed me while I was gone...

Final Destination
Life is ephemeral essence drifting above ocean of ancient land
Breathing this invisible potion created by the indomitable hand
Across eternal realm imbued are sacred obligations to embrace
Variation between size and shape or equality of time and space
Presentations of unbiased or prejudiced adjudications may infer
Enlightenment or frailties flowing within supreme joy or despair
Blind faith adrift incapacitating spirits in a collective mind exiled
Asserting all components in the universe are creations of a child
The seed in its innocence cleverly uncovers the ideal depression
Defying the speed of light the snail achieves its final destination

Is passion a warm feeling
or a cold asset?
A uniting vision
or a fragmented virtue?
Or is passion both
mutually held motions
toward
and away from
curious
courageous
contagious active hope
and incapacitating despair?
Is personal knowledge,
consilience of feeling
touch
taste
fragrance
sound
sight
confluence of all sensory receptors?
none dissonantly denied,
co-passionate
when confirmed by even one significant
transparent
vulnerable Other
Or denied,
neglected,
abused,
shot at and down,
defamed,
commodified,
enslaved,
reduced to vacuous utility
of thought
without roots impassioning warm-blooded reality
of feelings.
Could holistically embraced knowledge
grow any virtue less than compassion?
Would wisdom's wealth
promote dispassionate autonomy?
viciously fragmenting crumbs
of former health.

pain
grew
distress
when heartache
weighted with sorrow
lodged scars within his broken heart
as roughly inflicted by her words of rejection
to constantly, repetitively cause turbulent incapacitating despair
no
more
trying
to find love
for it wants him not
or he would have it at thirty
rather than a tossed heart - sorrow-peaked towards downward,
so he develops a solitary lifestyle unaware love does not regard age

My Depression Lesson
Depression is a snake
...slithering into the psyche...
...creating loneliness...
...constricting the soul...
Obsessively
...living in the past...
...poisoning the present...
...jeopardizing the future...
A parasite consuming
...every thought...
...every emotion...
...every action...
Hiding in the
...darkest...
...deepest...
...most vulnerable places...
A shadow phantom
...floating...
...waiting...
...calculating...
A distant hiss
...panic...
...despair...
...exhaustion...
Whispering
...poisonous memories...
...failures...
...broken promises...
Shouting
...avoid...
...run...
...hide...
Strikes without warning
...incapacitating...
...paralyzing...
...revolting...
Slowly killing
...initiative...
...joy...
...love...
Depression is a snake
Beware.

Tearless Weeping
Shallow breathing
Can I breathe?
Control my environment?
Lest the alternative, recluse, seclusion
This is living death for me
Unacceptable, incapacitating
Hell on Earth!
Eternal fire, would be kinder
A nice change
Physical Pain, I am Alive, I feel!
Shallow breathing
Can I breathe?
No reindeer games’, Clench my teeth
UP!
It
Suk
If not me, than who?
Exactly
Shallow breathing
I must adapt to the world
For it will not change for me
Deep breathing
The alternative, not acceptable
I WILL BREATH

A gentle breeze
Forever remembered
A luscious glade
Cold under your feet
A rich blue sky
Seemingly unreal
Beautifully arousing aromas
Tasting without touch
Pleasingly soft sand
To bathe yourself in
A sensuous bed of leaves
To wrap yourself in
A pleasurably warm ocean
Stimulating your senses
Lustful love
Forever wanting
Incapacitating desire
Depriving your concentration
You lose yourself
In natures tempting ways
Seducing you to stay

from this hatred and negativity
my skin crawls onto the floor
i am broken but not shattered
i wont let this depleted hope be the death of me
i will rise back from nothing
with full wind in my sails
these coasts will never skip these hollow eyes
this fragrance of life will find refuge in these nostrils
i put my heart up one more time
its better there than in my stomach
it has been beaten to almost nothing
filled with incapacitating lies
just open your eyes
thats what this world tries to tell me
just open your eyes
why cant you just see the beauty
they say i cant handle the responsibility
i cant swing it in this reality
the one that they have chosen
not the same that we were born into
its right here for the taking
but through this neglect comes the heartbreak
all thats left is to ask questions
do you even own a mirror
i see this earth on its wedding day
nothing short of inspirational
my breath becomes the wind
my lungs cant find a use anymore.

Clouds are heavy with despair
They fill until they can hold no more, then
Unleash their icy blast
Fear swirls in gentle wisps
Then whipped into a biting frenzy by lies
And time that burrows into wounds and festers
Swirls slowly, covering the wasteland in its incapacitating chains
Seeps through skin into bone
And settles deep beneath the heart
Of this proud nation

I feel sick.
Self-destructive and agitated
I struggle.
My body aches
as stress pulls at the wires in my brain,
frying my nerves
and shutting off rationality.
Stress collects in my fibrous tissue,
sitting stagnant as more of it
builds, like accumulating blood
platelets forming a clot in someone's vein.
It becomes incapacitating
as it crawls up toward my jaw,
stiffening each muscle in its path,
the constant pressure causing my brain
to pulsate against my skull.
My skin prickles and burns,
but my nails are blue
like the circles under my eyes.
I am in a state of fight or flight,
but the reasons to me are unknown...
