Different pew, different view ~~~~

       Different seat, not as sweet ~~~~

                          Different street, different beat ~~~~
  
        Different opinion, not a sin ~~~~

                          Different color, hot and bother ~~~~

         Different ideas, please enlighten us ~~~~

                          Different religion, there should be no collision ~~~~

         Different preferences, just enhances you ~~~~  
 
                          Different appearance, that's a plus ~~~~

           Different should be : 

                     EXCITING ~~~~
                                  ENTICING ~~~~
              EXHILIRATING ~~~~
                                   TITILATING ~~~~
           not :

                    HUMILIATING !!!!
                                      FRUSTRATING !!!!
                     DEGRADING !!!! 
                                      INCAPACITATING  !!!!

~~~ Different is also : delightful~~~ insightful~~~thought provoking~~~
 
emotion evoking~~~delicious~~~ nutritious ~~~

 ~~~ For our HEARTS and for our SOULS ~~~~~~~ 
                    ~~~~~~               ~~~~~~

Love your use of words, this is brilliant write. Wouldn't it be great if the world could be more accepting of our individuality, religions, opinions and celebrated our uniqueness.

Yes--wouldn't it !! So many things with discrimination I just don't get !! Thank you for the comments which help me realize if my poetry is inspiring-- pretty new at this-- ~~~ JEANIE ~~~

I agree, your poem is delightful and well written Jeanie; we are a nation of many religions and should be accepting of one another...with no one religion dominating the other (separation of church and state)...Enjoyed!~Che :)

A delightful dance thru truth. I enjoyed this. It was lightheartedness heavily supported with wisdom. An aside: Hey if you aren't different, then you really are different when you, too, should be unique. All the best ... CayCay
