Fool a very powerful word,
with four unassuming letters.
Young and dumb in school,
we said we would be best friends forever.
Then came your wedding,
I took you to find your pretty dress.
Your mom and sister were no where in sight.
As your maid of honor,
I stand tall and proud watching over you both.
Your sister came as a guest,
her husband never bothered to show up.
You asked me to keep your lies,
and I did.
My mouth was glued shut,
not a word to be spoken.
Your letter came,
as I read my heart broke into a million pieces,
my fingers were burned from the paper and words.
How could you say these things to me?
Over the many long years,
had I been a fool dressed as a friend to you?
Spring fresh dew on grass covers
meadow abloom with flowers
their eyes meet across the field
new love for heart broke lovers.
I am as strong as the wind is fierce
Though my heart is shattered
I will persevere
I loved with all I had,
and all it did was leave me sad
I will not cry, I will not weep.
I will stand tall, though the nights are deep.
I’ll gather my pieces, one by one,
And face the rising of the sun.
Though shadows linger where love once lay,
I will find light to guide my way.
I find my value to him,
Was only where I lay
In longing under the moon
All promises made.
He did deface
Awhile now he's tried to leave
Letting me fight for he
But in the end only pain remained
Broken dreams blooming in dawn light
With cold tones he said fairwell
And with that my heart broke,
Like frost in hell
Realization tore, sorrow felt.
Never did he care for me
only what I brought
So easily I was tossed aside
My pain, my longing, swept over me like a tide.
Yet still I stand, unbroken, clear,
No tears will fall, no trace of fear.
I leave behind what once was mine,
This love now past, its grip resign.
The pain will fade, the longing wane,
A distant memory, not my chain.
And there was the silence.
Not Darkness!
Just the silence
Submerging me into a wave of nothingness
THE SILENCE SPOKE.
Awakening my mind in a dream of a thousand woke
My soul from the realm of the living it began to invoke
On me reality began to envelope Fading illusions, truth’s bitter cloak
In the quiet, my heart broke
So I Lost
I Lost to my mute
I Lost
I Lost all hope
I Lost
I Lost to cope.
A tumultuous time came unushered in my beleaguered life
that writhed in the crushing clutch of destructive agony.
My heart broke, bled with desperation in pining pain,
found no arms stretched to be embraced by solace.
At the edge of hope as the helpless mind sorely got
the unmistakable signal of the beginning of the end,
it surrendered to the benevolent power of the almighty,
prayed for the miraculous results of divine intervention.
In the darkness of opaque nights the tormented life found
in the wilderness the winding path illumined by His light.
My soul swam in the sea of infinite faith, the supreme savior,
to know that the creator’s grace protects what He creates.
As the servile senses perceived the ways of providence,
the feeling of getting assured protection in His benign shelter
invigorated the mental strength for the destined rejuvenation,
and the heart responded to the divine healing touch for revival.
Tumultuous time came unheralded
in my life that wandered in the wasteland.
When in the crushing clasp of suffering
my heart broke and writhed in pain,
I searched for the comfort of calm arms,
but found none to cling consoled.
Plunged in the stormy sea of agony,
I tried to swim through the dark night
to the safe shore afar not in sight.
I heard a voice from within tell me,
get detached from the delusive desire,
see hope dawn with the new sunrise.
My broken heart then grew wings,
flew free across the sunburst horizon
to the valley of blooming flowers,
where fragrance floated in spring air
under the cerulean serene sky,
that glistened on the grey of gloom.
In my tranquil mesmerized mind
the floral shower of beguiling bliss
drizzled with the cadence of ecstasy.
In the inner sanctum of sublime solitude
I sensed in the bud of essence the soul unfurls
piece by piece the petals of peace.
In the stillness of darkness
mockery, lies, gossips like air arise
dragging you down, for a penny sake
Abuse of power just for wealth.
Who would have thought of these silent moves?
Cheating on a poor innocent
While still in a dungeon of fire in a
gloomy weekly days and nights in lost paradise.
The so-called "smile" is a shadowed
for the world to see, but the cruelty it brings into reality.
A smile that wears a mask, sarcasm and insults that leave behind a scar.
'Till a dame's untouched heart broke
Lonely, weary and dreary.
No one cared, nor listened.
In the name of Penny.
Still, I wait for the beaming light above,
the everlasting hope in my heart
will never fade.
I won’t let evil take root in me—
only the Spirit,
somewhere, somehow,
guiding me
to make my deeds upright.
Father's Day is coming.
And I know all my sadness will be forthcoming
My children are my family
And in my life, I learned
From the best father
My father always asked me what I was thinking
And they were always there to listen
My father was strong
And help me teach me what is right and wrong
He was always there for my bad days
And when I also triumph
I learned a lot from the love he shared
With each passing day, he will always
Be a big part of my life
It was hard when you left
When you left I just wanted to say one last goodbye
I always wish my love was strong enough
So you would never have died
There is nothing in my life that
Would ever change that I love you dearly
My heart has one section that
Is meant just for you
My heart broke when I lost you
But I know part of my heart
Went to heaven with you
So on this Father's Day, I want you
To know I love you and miss you
Her heart has been broken so many times,
And her eyes have cried so many tears,
That nothing bothers her anymore,
You’ll never see her cry.
She keeps to herself,
She blends in with everyone else now,
Because every time her heart broke,
A feather fell from her angel wings.
She may not act the same as before,
But she’s still the same person,
An angel without her wings.
Trapped inside this dim-lit place
Six-by-nine cell of inner space
In a cage of ribs, locked away
My heart did time, held at bay
But then it hatched a plan, all on its own
And slipped out through those bars of bone
Escape Heartist, like Houdini in chains
How the trick works, I cannot explain
Like that fugitive from Alcatraz of old
Covered in grease for a swim in the cold
My heart broke free, it’s on its way
It should arrive at your door today
Will you take it in, keep it safe and sound?
Or will you stomp it into the ground?
Or will you send it away by speaking true
Those four little words: I don't love you
You would think I'd leave every kind of woe
in the by and by and the long ago,
and each awful, agonizing pain,
I'd never want to live over again.
Yet, when I recall my young heart broke in half,
I softly chuckle, sigh, and laugh.
I could murder a curry, Death mumbled under his voice
A Terry Pratchett icon in his fantastic discworld universe
Imagination…the inspiration of many
This legend awe inspiring…
Every book, every tale
Breathing new life into each
Even as his was failing
A small token of homage
For soo many hours spent
Ensconced in his world
All his characters my friends
Feeling familial traits even in luggage, the many legged suitcase
I explore tiffs world with her little blue men
And my heart broke with all, when granny Weatherwax saw her end
My favourite character to be sure, i cried and cried
I only lived that book once as it crushed me inside
So I re read the old tales where she’s living a new
All the while feeling that her character was you
I broke just as much, when I heard you were gone
The end of an era, new tales now anon
A tribute to my favourite author anew
We all drop our hats..
Terry Pratchett it’s you
And then one day, I chose to start,
A journey deep into her heart.
To search for reasons that tore her apart,
To heal the wounds, mend the scarred.
To my surprise, a child I found,
Caged within, without a sound.
Behind four walls, with eyes so bare,
Yearning to speak, with so much to share.
But each time I neared, she'd retreat,
A quiet dance, her steps discreet.
My heart reached out, but she'd withdraw,
A fragile distance, soft and raw.
I searched for the scars, engraved deep within,
Whispering tales of battles they couldn’t win.
Each mark spoke volumes, of sorrow and despair,
A silent cry, longing for someone to care.
The agony was terrible, even for me to fonder.
How could a child endure it? ceaselessly i ponder.
She has walked alone for miles, i couldn't help but wonder
As her heart screamed louder, the deeper i wandered.
Now I couldn't wander more, as my heart broke to her this way,
So I stepped out of her heart to bring solace to her pain.
But it broke me when I saw her lifeless and still,
Lying on the deathbed, in the body that was mine to feel.

Tearfully I wonder if the choice was right
Questions run rampantly through my weary mind
His little face that solemn day replays throughout my lonely night
What emotions must have burdened his fragile soul
Every day I pray that he understands my reasons why
How my heart broke seeing his fear and pain
I couldn’t save him or comfort him; no matter how I tried
Pain and sorrow follow me along my journey now
Heart broken in tiny, sharp pieces scattered all around
All the memories of what he meant will guide me through somehow
Gone so young, so much left to live
How I wish God could have granted me more days
In each day I try to find a message of his love in nature’s majestic view
Wondering if his spirit is around; do you hear what I say
Now my days I must face with one less loving friend
Though your journey brings you far away
Your memory and loving bond will never end
Rest in peace my dear sweet boy
Travel with the angels now
I will carry on some way
Somehow

Ouch
what a low blow
ouch
like never before
ouch
my heart broke
ouch
my hope dropped.
Ouch
I close my eyes
ouch
I'm bleeding inside
ouch
I don't know why
ouch
I wanna cry...
