Premium Member No servant is greater '

The only Master is God.' Some of his servants could be described as
 odd.? Old and young is
A worthy sum.' In all my daze, as has passed
Some time, many days; or few' i've searched
And tried to define..I have tasted failure also
Joy, one strong lesson though emerges
Share not much, with others before you
Deploy..'Keep it between you and the Lord
For there is no ( testing ground ) trust in
His infinitity, even when there is no more
Sound' open your mind, and let His Spirit
Choose, throw away earthly caution' or by it
Much you will loose, open that
mouth to
Speak His Truth, unto Him be all Glory!
LET HIS PROPHCIES LOOSE.!!!!!!!!

The Greater Fool

The purpose i found that night. Was to offer up my life as proof, that there is genuine good in this world. That its okay to care, to show your love, to be sincere with wild and reckless abandon. That you can wear your heart on your sleeve. And still protect it. And that kind of protection does not need to kill compassion. It deepens it. And with that growth, it deepens your capacity to care, to love, to lift those around you, sit beside them on their darkest day, and say nothing, because you just want them to know they will never be alone again. That is the purpose I found...

To be this Greater Fool...

And Im meant for it.

A Love Greater than Honey?

You say “Light” out of love.

My writing,
My poems?

Are in the dark,
So you say.

So much judgment
said in such a round-about way.

I’m not angry,
I’m not upset.

But I also don’t feel guilt or that supposed regret,

but that empty feeling I’ve always had,
And that overflowing urge to write.

Like honey,
As if I were a bee.

A worker bee,
In the dark depths of the hive.

An artificial hive controlled solely by you,
With no other bees,
but me.

So that makes you the human,
The one smoking me.

You’re the light,
Yet you’re stealing every last drop of honey from me.

But not to eat,
To discard.

Since nothing I make
would ever be worthy enough
to put in a jar.

Even so, I could sell my honey to the world,
But numbers mean nothing to you.

You want it for yourself first,
You always do.

 Discarded

You Are Greater; Divine

Body, who sees itself
A slave, are you
Therefore apt to brush aside
Life, that demeans.
But not this; for the soul
A fair prince is.
Too much beneath its contempt!
Fires star-filled dreams.

Greater Israel

O Israel,
greatness hides in humility.

The proud sword shines briefly.
The quiet hand rules longer.

An African proverb whispers:
a king who governs by violence
shortens his own reign.

Aggression summons aggression.
Blood remembers blood.

If you seek to lead
the Middle East,
do not conquer with fire.

Conquer with patience.

Water defeats stone
not by force
but by persistence.

Soft power is the unseen army.
Humility is its shield.

Through war
you carve memory
into the hearts of generations.

Victory today
can plant rebellion tomorrow.

Pain travels through time.
Children inherit it.

If peace is desired,
let wisdom speak.

Two peoples
must breathe the same horizon.

Brotherhood and sisterhood
build what armies cannot.

A nation becomes greater
when it learns restraint.

The soft heart
moves mountains
the sword cannot touch.

Remember this:

Empires endure
not by fear alone
but by the consent
of those who live beside them.

And the universe itself
leans toward those
who choose wisdom
over conquest.

Premium Member Lynching in the Name of Love

Bad people tend to drift along in their own current
Often against the prevailing current
Like a hurt animal just needing a place to hide
While the good flow in the mainstream
Powerfully self-righteous.

The bad do bad things
Wreaking their anti-social havoc and chaos
While the good maintain the order
By whatever means.

And it is this power of order and righteousness
That leads to the greatest evil;
Carpet bombed civilizations
Systemic corruption and fraud
Neighbors lynching neighbors
Because, you know, it can be done
To assuage the fear of the unknown
To harness the power of the crowd
To spread the love of the righteous
All for the Greater Good.

Premium Member No Greater Joy in This Dimension

Delight in your wife, your husband, your spouse
There is no greater joy in this dimenslon

‘Til the two of you unite as one
Taking pleasure in your new addition

Your lives fused together by the act of creation
Fulfilment of the wonder of gestation

Is there greater happiness in old age
That listening to the birds?
More than reading Montaigne or Boileau,
More than writing a few rondeaux,
Is there no greater happiness in old age,

what is the use of regrets,
To have loved in one’s youth,
To be 20 years old in the Jura,

write us some rondeaux,
Which soothe the most virulent sorrows,
What does the glory of Walt Whitman matter,
Is there greater happiness in old age
That listening to the birds?

A day without looking at the sea
Would be a lost day,
What is your most cherished dream,
Will Lucille like Chengdu,
Will you be an unknown poet?

The sea doesn’t know people
She makes me think of something else,
Like a cat, or a rose,

What is your most cherished dream?
Will you see Montana again?
Will Lucille still please you?
A day without looking at the sea
Would be a lost day.

Greater Joy

My heart has found a greater joy
More strong than what I see or feel
My eyes have seen a better world
Though heavenly, still near and real

My strength comes not from earthly means
From wealth that flees, or man who dies
My might comes from the ceaseless fount
Of living waters He supplies

My eyes have seen a better way
Though narrow and hard-pressed it be
My eyes are fixed on Zion's mount
Where I shall live eternally

My heart has found a better life
Than living for my selfish gain
My soul has found a kinder Lord
And I shall ever serve Him fain

My soul has found a lasting peace
Through pain it stands—sent from above
My ears have heard a sweeter song
Of priceless, covenantal love

My eyes have seen a fairer place
A portion beautiful is mine
My heart has made the better choice
Surrendering to His design

No Greater Wish than Sweet Companionship

I’ve long since been gone but now I wish to return, if you’ll let me. I was down the thorny path, in the woodchipper, stuck in time, dancing into deed. It’s no match, a man with a curse vs a man with a heart. Its ten to zero, ones not even fighting. We’ve seen the underbelly of the storm cloud, flashing with scowling bolts of canary yellow. Cried onto the flat pale of the earth. So that the ponds and lakes filled like eyes trying to sting away tears. Mothers and fathers have seen tougher times. You’ve toughed out the times, but I've looked the other way. I still want to hold you until the mourning doves set the stage for the sun. We can watch a movie together and forget that it’s on. There will be peace. When it’s all said and done there won’t even be a hatchet.
