Premium Membera modern girls delay

(a disastrous morning Sonnet)

I am the very model of a girl who’s late for morning meal,
my charger failed, the printer jammed, the morning’s start has been surreal
I lost a scrunchy and a shoe, I had to use some dry shampoo
my Keurig had no k-cups too, so I’m feeling like a total shrew!

Our pre-dawn jog went

Premium MemberChapter 166-- DAMIAN DELILAH MALLORY HOLANNYA: The figuring of complications

September 2051

Early afternoon part of one plan unfolded

Amaliah asked, "You can really cook?" Damian replied, "aaye sis I've been a bachelor with my own place for some years before I married. YEAH! I COOK! and I say I'm a mighty good chef! Maybe not professional. I promise not to poison anybody."

The Complications of Faith

What is Faith?
Is it an immovable position,
Or a streak of chance?

It's certainly not a logical deduction
Or a thesis based of evidence

No dictionary can properly describe it
Nor can our minds

It can be like a storm,
Growing, then gone
Or like tidal waves
Calm, aggravated, then calm once more

Faith is ever changing
Present and not
It doesn't obey

Present In the Moment

The winter sun warms my face
As I look up at the vast cloudless sky.
In that same instance the cold northern wind
Dances at my back lifting my hair in disarray.
As I sit, I am surprised the ground is warmed
By the powerful rays on this January day.
I hear the crash and gurgle of the incoming tide
Against the

Unrest - a Sound of Jumbos

They punch a fist in the air
Anger written on their faces
Those deaths of their own..
Having ignited hidden fires

Rushing over each other arsonist...
Reason and civility is thrown away
Adopting hardwired survival mode
They rant chant and grow furious

Distancing rules of Covid forgat
I cry with them and pray morrow
We won't be burying them too..
When the dreaded virus attacks
Who

In the Absence of Complications

In the absence of complication

In the absence of complication,

trials and tribulations become distant memories.

Above sapphire skies delight sanguine eyes -

inspiring forthcoming musings of the mind.

Above all the disquietude and disorder

Peace does encompass the serenity displaced

To demonstrate the possibilities that are

Available to those willing to accept

Without Complications

i remember us running
with nets in tiny hands
through fields of daisies
the old jalopy hidden within
near that old weathered barn
its faded red color
almost looked brown
in the distance

oh the innocence
and laughter of children
with butterflies
and fireflies in jars
their soft light
flickering
from bedside tables

sometimes i stop
at the edge of the fields
and watch the butterflies
in the folds of daises
just to feel

Stimulation: I Bask In Complications

The crowd pushed me away, but I'll stay positive through it all
Lap up my emotions, animals of sympathy, for I'm your trough
Trying not to lose hope in violent tranquility (peaceful and chaotic circumstances)...endure through these tribulations by finding an escape route...a destination called the Lands of Non-fixated Free-falls (a land of Liberty that results

The Complications of a Son

Correct me if I’m wrong but is not love built on trust?
And if love is built on trust, do you trust me?
God teaches us to look past ones actions,
Yet you continue to judge.
I work so hard for a sliver of your approval,
Only to be crushed by my own imperfections.
If you have taught me one important

Should we that have no lack give of our store
Of food to those who live in daily need
When they cannot deny the pressing greed
Of cravings and addictions crying, "More
For me, and you'll forget that you are poor,
And how your heart has never ceased to bleed
From beatings and abuse for ev'ry deed
Opposed, or else that made

Complications

For far too long I have read these words.
Not knowing what it meant at first.

Maybe it was just a matter of not
speaking about what it was,
that it was complicated.

Maybe the story was too deep,
too many details to discuss.
Or that if you did, it
would only bring back the pain.

It's not because we complicate them,
it's

It started out of curiosity
this friendship became a priority

through months of nurturing
many days of cluttering

complications aside
we are still side by side

making lightweight of every obstacle
in our aim to grow nothing is oracle

no one believed it would work
little did they know that God's hands were at work

plugging and tugging
molding and forming

complications aside
He is still on
