in crescendos
of constellations...
Where fleecy clouds, on rosy-quilt meandered,
Motifs amethystine wowed tangerine horizon
Embroidering on magenta arc, designs crimson,
Beckoned by blushed-musings of marigold sun
Spraying amber gold, on burnt-yellow attire,
Scattering breaths sapphire, on periwinkle fire;
As tunes chrysanthemum, sung of eve’s desire,
Choreographing themes of dreams romantic,
In symphony of colors shimmering on ripples
Sprinkling twilight on tapestries of blue ocean
Painting azure fabric, in aureate brushstrokes,
Quivering our essence, embraced in passion.
This is where we were, when first-time eyes met,
When sight of love fueled embers of romance
And smitten hearts spoke through lovesome glance,
Admiring from bridge, sun’s glorious farewell;
Where we stand today, as heart-rhythms resonate,
Synchronizing with love, and melodies of sunset.
Line 2: Tangerine sunsets composing chrysanthemum hymns
I remember Cleopatra's moon,
as triangles of time
unveiled pyramids embalmed in
juniper, incensing golden dreams.
While in desolate dunes
of the sunrise Sahara,
I've engraved your initials
with pearls and diamonds.
For in lunar silence
when cylinders of stars
embellish skies with hieroglyphics,
destined twin flames ascend.
You’ll remain a musical~
maestro, choreographing our pilgrimage
to attain heaven beneath
henna herbs of love.
Charmed by her exotic glance
She enchants a sexy dance
In costumed display of art
Strumming rhythms of joyful heart
Choreographing slow grooves
In graceful, musical moves
As gestures paint passion themes
And song of love stokes their dreams
When desires-enamored spree
Hypnotized in tunes of glee
But look closely, watch her sigh
Hear the bawl of tearless cry
When crowds deceitful extol
Exhibit of anguished soul
As smiles aesthetic hide pain
And feigned visage cries disdain
Cheer for her to turn the page
For she longs to leave this cage
Leave realms inebriated
Of drunk notions, ill-fated
Blooming avid hearts, where reveries dwell,
“Love weaves a mysterious magic spell”
Turning daydreams into amorous fairytale
Of endeavors esoteric smitten passions unveil,
Sketching emotions, fantasies ecstatic ignite,
Threading themes, musings-intimate write,
Embroidering bliss upon tapestries of mind,
Bedecking realm heavenly, destiny designed,
Rejoicing springs roaming on fragrant breeze,
Sailing blue seas, summer’s aspirations seize,
Exultant in notions of love, autumn weaves,
Choreographing dance of falling gold-leaves,
Luring besotted eyes fixating on moonlit skies,
Vying impulses-romantic, fervid moods surmise,
Rhapsodic in elation, aglow in stellar delight,
Hypnotizing minds caressing proffers of night,
“Love weaves a mysterious magic spell”
Blooming avid hearts, where reveries dwell,
Culminating in sweet rendezvous desires plea
Threading intimate fantasies for you and me.
Ascending dawn scintillates in golden sunrise
Enriching ambience of grinning crimson skies
As gentle winds propagate splendorous themes
Of budding prairies, of avid burbling streams,
Of fragrant revelry swaying blossoming trees,
Luring nectar-dreams of waltzing, buzzing bees.
Birds merrily frolic~ hopping, trilling carefree,
Inspecting, admiring, a season donning glee,
Warbling mid-air, choreographing playful zeal
Vying white blossoms of magnolia’s appeal,
Opulence of red tulips, distant lush foothills,
Gliding over exultantly dancing gold-daffodils.
Engrossed in resplendence, leisurely we stroll,
Embracing tender love smitten passions cajole,
Eying landscapes idyllic panoramic vistas scroll
From majestic mountain, vibrant grassy knoll~
Yearning earnestly euphonic ballad of spring
Reverberating melodies verses of hearts sing.

Even if I am oceans away, you and I are never apart,
Whether near or afar, you are always in my heart
Trekking through terrains of life, valiantly by my side,
Traversing miles and miles, preening smiles of pride;
Upon dreary barren lands or pristine-blue sea shore,
Reveling dreams endearing or defeating woes of yore
That seasons of yesteryears reverently fetch to fore,
Turning pages of albums, memories-kindled implore;
Lauding missives of love our indulgent youth chose,
Humming fervid melody, rhythms dulcet compose,
Invoking verses mellifluous, sensuous souls extol,
Serenading love treasured; passions of hearts cajole.
Transport me back, dear, to revered times we long,
Recite words of romance choreographing our song
Reclaiming the fervor, vowing, together we belong,
Warbling hymns of allegiance, reverberating lifelong;
And hold me there, love, as rhythms euphonic impart
Promise of passion eternal: you are always in my heart,
Relishing lifetime together, whether of joy or sorrow,
Whether of springs bygone or the autumns of morrow.

I Shall *** ————————
As I pass, I shall pause to live
The poem apart fromthe paper,
Not writing,
But floating…I shall linger
Bowing to whisper to violets, to
Inhale their royal purple hues
In their expansions of blooming.
Then, I shall lean to listen over
Those petals, spy their
Delicate, golden, stigmata centers
And inhale the fuzzy,
Dusty pollen, to dream of my own
Blossoming in dusk-falling deft blue
Air, swirling with minute diamond-
Lights as either I rise or heaven falls
Briefly
To grace a splendor-knowing of
Love to love,
Heart to heart,
Soul to soul.
I hear my spoken poem:
“Alleluia! I choose, yes,
To live like the sweet
Violets, a one among the All;
Endeared above, with beauty below;
Translating agonies;
Choreographing smiles
As I go…

By my red tiled house stands a mango tree
Beneath it I cherish my treasured memories
Where cows merrily roam and cattle graze
As morning sky scintillates in marigold rays
Face of innocent days I spent in tiny village
Amid rice fields gracing serene landscapes
Watching crops grow from seeds to harvests
Playing game of cricket and idling in silliness
From dawn till dusk, ambling with friends
Venturing out coyly, exploring night’s secrets
Walking dusty roads holding kerosine lamps
Strolling like silhouettes on dark river banks
Floating young emotions on giggling streams
Stealing kiss of love, choreographing dreams
As we told stories spinning moonlit wizardry
Listening to wilderness strumming wild music
By my red tiled house, under the mango tree
Where eternally lie my childhood memories

With honeyed comments, you absorb adulation in vain;
drinking it in like a congratulatory champagne.
Down your nose, you smoothly cajole;
Deft at choreographing leverage to reach a goal.
The effete man you put forth is cast in boorish airs -
Stealthily exuding to foil all players.
Irreproachable character, you claim in spades,
but to athwart interference you throw up blockades
Speaking in bitter tones, speeches full of lies suppressed -
churlishly angered with those that protest.
Oh mother Nature
you that were born out of the conglomeration of
unbounded energy into matter
under
the auspices of paramount universal Logos
that the harmonious coexistence of opposite forces have
established
by
artfully choreographing their coexistence with the help
of the infallible divine Will
and
were painstakingly interwoven, with the assistance of
mighty space and time,
we humans,
having realized our abominable crimes against you, divine mother,
thus
on our knees we implore your forgiveness
for
our ignorance and our greediness that have put you
through the agony of dying
by
disturbing your concordant operation
for
to satisfy our wretched ambitions disregarding any
other form of life!

I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a tree—
A belle crooning nature’s glee,
Splendorous as seasons’ glory.
A ballad of resplendent spring
In stanzas cherry-blossom pink
Uplifting moods of lovers
Lost in heart-shaped leaves
Fluttering soft lavender breeze
Arousing romantic appeal
In fuchsia hues of redbud trees.
A verse of feisty summer winds
Swaying beats of majestic oak
Rustling big-leaf maple trees
Hosting dance of perky sparrows
Choreographing mating tempo--
Magnolia’s white blooms evoke.
A lyric of autumn’s aspirations
Scripting chorus in blazing colors,
Red, orange, purple, yellow,
On maple, hickory, birch, sycamore,
Strumming strings of alluring refrains--
Rhythms waltzing fervid meadows.
A cadent song of winter’s chill
Shuddering vibes of barren trees
Yet, charmingly pretty as can be
When snowflakes gently falling
Invoke tunes of season’s greetings
Crowning tips of ornamental twigs
As hearts’ melodies merrily sing.

I recognize a tune from album of your songs
And listen intently to impressionist sounds
As you hop scotch from branch to branch
Like a child all excited, frolicking in playground
Peeking from behind shamrock green leaves
Singing of love in blossoms of dogwood tree,
As you tease a female, flapping your round wings
Showing off white patches, revealing breasts
Pointing curved beak to articulate a message
In verses of romance, courting your soul mate
Inviting her to celebrate the visions of spring.
A prolific singer, you mimic songs of blue jays,
Woof-woof of dogs, and croaks of hiding frogs,
Wailing screams of sirens on ambulance moving fast
And hasty beeping shrills of my alarm clock;
Reserving your very best for ardent mating calls
Choreographing dance-moves fit for wedding halls
As you seduce a female on youthful virgin date,
Aspiring to one more voice, one more etiquette
Adding to repertoire another song of desires
Pursuing next newness, next chase to happiness.

Yearning to be one with life in all its glory
Absolute bliss as we walk hand in hand
Utterly at peace with the brisk autumn air

Ushering in a foretaste of wintry delights
