The pronunciation of words can be funny,
if not always easy to explain.
But when actor Michael Caine greets people,
why does it sound like " 'Ello. I'm My Cocaine"?

Premium Member Michael Caine

Actor with a Cockney accent, Michael Caine -
For decades he's been an icon. May he continue to reign.
In 160 films on the big screen he’s been seen,
and also he was knighted by great England’s queen.

I saw a big bird on the table
I asked him to move... t'was unable
With feet in the air
His feathers were bare
I called his two legs Caine and Abel.

Premium Member Nothing But Fig Leaves

They say Adam and Eve pranced around wearing nothing
But fig leafs and the biggest grins the world has ever seen
Imagine NO FREAKING RULES!!!
All they had to worry about were those thorny bushes
And the occasional lightning bolt accompanied by a loud booming voice
Reminding Adam, “You owe me big time for this one, my friend!”
Caine and Abel along with seven other offsprings
Were the result of a lot of hanky panky
Do you blame him??? He was the luckiest dude EVER!!!
My question is, how did they keep those fig leafs in place
Scotch Tape? Elmer's Glue? Velcro?
Also why did they need those damn things to begin with
There wasn't another living soul to be seen
Imagine today, if we walked around naked as a jaybird
The population of the world would soar from 7 billion
To well over 20 billion in a matter of nine months counting twins
I'm not saying we couldn't carry on as usual with our daily routine
But perhaps the routine would be interrupted now and then
I have a suggestion for future generations if this becomes a problem
Think of Drew Carey nude!

When Will It End

When will it end?
All of the Unrest
All of the hate is
Hard to comprehend

When will we stop?
Stop putting each other
In Boxes as other try
To stand on top

When will we have peace
Peace in this divided world
is gone instead we watch
Hate increase
When will we love ?
Love the people for who
They are not what color
They are made of
When will we accept?
Accept that this is all
Wrong all the anger
And hate we have kept
Coming into our hearts
Am Just wondering......when will it end?

We share the world with sinners
We share the world with saints

We elect ourselves the oft mistaken
magistrates

Who mediates
The distribution of the various
prison tattoo’s

Branding with scarlet letters
The cautions of crossed pathed
		Possibilities

each emblem
the feared
confession of Caine

The smokey glass window stained with
		the flawed and

overexposed soul
of someone who knows
		he/she

will always be
		an Ausländer

Town Agenda

gathering and bruising typhoon rain
purrs the pain
jumping off the tracks blind locomotive train
wreck to maime
blooding noses quicker than white caine
ignorance pickled conductors always feign
with hands stained red from another man's ration of grain
predictable as the charted tides of Maine
mismatching words and actions lead the cause of insane
intent should be printed clear and plain

Who Stole the Strawberries

Trust is such a deliciously sweet thing
				     Who
			     stole
		       the
strawberries?
Make the yellow-bellied canary sing

Confidence lost in an abandoned mind
Smoky sulfur
and silica methane ...
uptake of noxious fumes to the brain

Pinning blame on the innocent
is such a wickedly gossip thing
				     Who
			     stole
		       the
strawberries?
Make the paid parrots walk the plank

Over the edge,
submersive feeling of a shark bite
Band of brotherly fear: pie-hole footsteps Caine a-coming,
like the razor slice of a sharp knife

A taste for deceit is an acquired appetite;
	such a distended, gluttonous thing
				     Who
			     stole
		       the
strawberries?
Loyalty fled, as the cannons started firing

Resentment turned inward,
be a busted gut full of bellyaching —
Sunken boatload of wretched, scurvy self-loathing
Someone coveted the strawberries ...
perhaps it was a fickle foe pretend friend

Check the fingers for the evidence
that is scarlet proof crimson staining
Drink an ask flagon of cherry whine
				     Who
			     stole
		       the
strawberries?
Will be mutineer revealed in due time

From the Sticks

They came from all over - Manchester, Derby
and. Connemara - icons, O'Toole, Bates and Finney,
who would believe the power of future stars,
although they spent their time fighting in bars.

RADA was a dream, a long way from country,
Reed and Marvin muscled in with Shaw and Connery,
Caine gave a sleepy-eyed look for mystery,
while Mitchum was instructed in English history.

Imagine King Henry sending 'Alfie' to the tower,
whilst Connery, Reed and Bates began to cower,
although the former pair wrestled in front of a fire,
If you didn't enjoy 'Women In Love,' you were a liar.

When Reed had his nose in a variety of *****,
O'Toole was enthralling us as Lawrence of Arabia.

Rainbow

Blazing cluster of love lingered through my pulse,
after my eyes behold the rainbow that invades my kingdom.
in an unhindered moisture it pledges to stick to it till thy kingdom come.
my mind in bewilderment knows nothing to do either to sue or to woo.
delay defiles equity yet ADR we must put as first.
no one dares to be as beautiful as this,
that nemo judex in causa sua will be useless,
and of which has made our beloved to speak out like Abel before nature takes its cause.
what now is the last hope of Lazarus in our generation when the righteous are laid to the earth
while Caine now walks around without judgement?
could this rainbow be a she or he?
yes,it is a she lest i go against the order of nature.
she looks more glitter than gold
and her walking posture a mighty one as Beyonce.
no choice laid in me than to woo you, making you the best of friends.
hear my prayer the beauty that rules the world
that you be mine till death do us part.

Will Stop Poetry Writing

Will Stop Poetry Writing

Sometimes I will stop poetry writing
Another thing may seem more inviting
After much further review and scrutiny
Read about movie called "Caine Mutiny."

Actually, really Caine had a letter "K"
For new vice president now on display
Coin or chip many places often falls
While other things require a lot of balls.

Several places people have often went
While whole globe they did circumvent
And apparently with eyes will probe
To see where you are on the globe.

Around in circles you may go and go
And like I started saying told you so
Kaine has already had his day in court
Now became a becoming peaceful sort.

Once was a display of dubious doubt
Then Hillary chose Tim to round out
Democrat and party that is Libertarian
Versus Trump known blatant barbarian.

James Thesarious Hilarious Horn
Retired Veteran and Poet

Of course, what you usually throw out
is what you will receive in return. If
Trump keeps throwing it all out he will
receive enough back to drive himself
crazy. What do you think?
Humphrey Bogart was in Caine Mutiny.

The Valley of Man

The Valley Of Man

Man is a God
But one who stared to long
Towards the sun
Burnt his eyes bright with blindness
Stacking himself aside like mountains
Now miles in between where he is
And where he begun
In the distance grows deception
Further away grows his sun

Until Earth that he lives
Comes in unfamiliar tones
Look across the land in question
Then to the sky
The sun is gone
But in the darkness of the distance
As a moon pride can be
High and mighty illuminations
But all alone in misery

So enamored by the falling
Silver shines of man
Breaks away from his creator
Slowly becomes aware
Of another that eclipses
Be it Able, be it Caine
But it is a brother that cast a shadow
In the valley of the man

Mr. Caine

Mr. Caine is a name that everyone knows,
He really doesn't care if you're young or old.
Your discriminatory actions don't apply.
All I know is that he will get you high!
They say that one is too many and a thousand is not enough.
Mr. Caine has broken down the toughest of the tough!!
So when you see Mr. Caine, stay out of his way.
There aren't too many that have and were left here to stay.
First name Co, last name Caine.
There are many that know him, yet only few remain!!
Cocaine.....
