Best Vice Poems

There Once Was a Known Lady of Vice

There once was a known lady of vice
Who charged for her moist pie by the slice
Famous men would holler
Down many a dollar
To taste the infamous Heidi Fleiss

Vice Versa

If wisdom now comes
out of the mouths of the young
It follows they must
Retrogress in a future
Step down to a lower rung

The Thing's You Hate I Love Vice Versa

The thing's you hate i love vice versa

To me what you see as faults

Your stretch marks , scars , cellulite
and freckles

I am unable to see when just 1 single unassuming glance or smile comes across your face then my way

Because in that moment nothing else matters

You are the beginning the end

And the jam and cream in the middle

If You Crossed Elvis With Michael Jackson You'D Get Michael Presley Or Vice

A BRIDGE OVER THE RIVER QUIET

‘Tis the infancy of yet another day
And I hear it crying for its bottle now
But I know the sun is no child anyway
It can be a sadistic son and it will teach you how

I live under a tunnel on the highway’s right
Yet wrong I may ever be
I found an old mattress the other night
so discomfort doesn’t bother me

Today yesterday is but an artifact
An ancient find to hunters of the past
But it seems the sun and Satan have some sort of pact
Alas, whatever it is will probably hold fast

I’m lucky enough to live with my lover
She’s agreed to live free along with me
And often when it rains we needn’t run for cover
The umbrella is our love to be

The term “shelter” means different things to different people I know
Shelter to some might mean a mansion in France
To people like me and my lover “shelter” means just somewhere else to go
Moved by an emphatic embrace and the lives we each enhance

To us rain, cold or snow doesn’t mean we get up and go
It’s the tortuous sun we know will eventually come
So we weather the weather knowing all we need to know
For my lover and I may be homeless but neither of us is dumb

Now let’s get back to the infant son and the fear of it’s adolescence
Because as we know children can often be rambunctious and rude
In the heat of mid-day we suffer an adult son’s insolence
And being fully grown it only treats us kindly when its in the mood

Vice Versas Impasse

Embarking upon another vigilant journey, as ever searching these

Sinuous corridores in sublime; a maxims inverted souvenir; effusions

Waterfalls of wisdom to contest this, their mortuaries enigma....

Craven images incised within marble stones strewn amid the roguery

Of a silent night; rustic crossing the cold damp earth; its wilted flowers

Unto the mausoleums seminal door; twilights prophet speaking now in

The Tal-Dareem are fighting-mad;
They've realized they've just been had.
Expect soon Zealots and Stalkers,
Immortals and those "cliff walkers".
Zerg Hydralisks are assembling just out of range,
Supported by Roaches, Infestors, Banelings,…
The Mutalisks are hovering beyond our turrets,
Brutalisks are moving—it’s looking quite desperate.
What matter's most: who'll be standing last,
So let's hit 'em hard and hit 'em fast.

There’s a silver lining for each “end of the world”:
My shift’s almost done and my Siege Tank’s been rebuilt.
I could spend my last hours paralyzed in fright;
But no, I got a date with that cute medic tonight.
Protoss Carriers and Voids will fill the sky,
And Dark Templars may be sneakin' by.
Double the turrets, add more bunkers--
Fill them with Marines and Marauders.
What matters most: who's standing last,
So hit 'em hard and hit 'em fast!

I took several stim-packs off a dead Marine,
And I’ll take a few jolts if she gives me the green.
So all those bug-eyed-monsters better stay out of sight…
Better not mess with me and my Medic tonight.
So we’re all out of minerals, almost out of Vespene.
We’re training our last Marauders, building our last Viking.
But if our Ghosts and Banshees hit the Zerg and Protoss just right,
I might still be around for my Medic tonight.

Got a date with that blue-eyed young medic tonight.
You know, the one that I’ve had for months in my sights.
If my Siege Tank’s a rockin’, don’t come a knockin’.
Got a date with that pretty sweet medic tonight.
Jim Raynor's Raiders will soon be back;
Load your ammo, get ready to counter-attack!
So train more Reapers for rear missions:
Sneak around back, take out their pylons.
Make sure we're the ones left standing last.
Just keep hitting 'em hard and hitting 'em fast.

Poetic Justice --Virtue Over Vice

“POETIC JUSTICE” (VIRTUE OVER VICE)

Virtue over vice—who will pay the price
Ironic twists of fate are flawed if virtue does not equal reward
Logic needs to triumph—to beat and defeat
The tragedy of treachery that strives to cheat and repeat

Try to see outside myself and understand the eyes
To analyze, theorize, recognize and polarize
Excuse all the highs that terrorize
Unacknowledged trauma’s are like wounds that never heal
Never feel—on a constant wheel—a terrible price to pay for sin
Until at last the outside matches the justice
History written on the body—a canvas of poetry
In the end, reality, the price to pay would be too great
Too much at stake
Comfort zones obliterated, confusion reiterated
What then… the end?

Life seems slow to reach conclusion
To wait, turn back, to stop or go
To fly or dive when there is no restraint or self control

Deceit makes it hard to separate the self
Seeking truth above the easy way out
To shout, express doubt, to dropout--- burnout

Justice is tested through another’s eyes
Disguising their own lies as they spy and deny
The poetry of playing the same game
Camouflaged by another name—to shame blame and disclaim

Does virtue win the day?
Or vice have its say and inevitably stay
Does it triumph and receive reward?
Or is logic a masquerading fraud

The poetry in justice must ultimately distrust and adjust this
Lift the darkness
Make it painless, nameless and stainless
The punishment… its sword

Premium Member One of the Greatest Vice Presidents of the Usa Mike Pence

When Former Vice-President "Mike Pence"life was put "IN HARMS WAY":Democracy knew that "A DICTATOR" was trying to TAKE OVER" The "U.S.A"! This happened on Jan 6, 2021 ,and "Democracy Itself" almost came undone!!!! "Vice - President Mike Pence helped to save "Democracy" on that day in a very special way.Mike Pence did his "SWORN DUTY" and upheld "Democracy",and "The Constitution Of The United States Of America",by letting "Democracy" continue on so that the elected "New Elected President" could carry "Democracy On,and On,and On!!! Democracy makes "The U.S.A strong"!!!Let us "Love". Do not be afraid of "Loving too, too, much"! Love is "The fulfilling of "The Law"We all "must pay our fair share of "Taxes" and "One President of The U.S.A. paid "ONLY" $725 in taxes and lives in a mansion worth 54 million dollars:"We The People " go to the store and pay taxes on what we buy,and it amounts to more than $725 a year. Our "Former Vice-President's "REAL LIFE" was put "IN HARMS WAY on Jan 6,2021 and it will never be forgotten by "AMERICA",and we all know and realize the "ONES" who caused and tried to cause "DEMOCRACY to come "UNDONE"!They are the ones who are criminals today, and tried to cause an "Inserection" on "The U.S.A",and D.J.T who was the President let them have their way, because D.J.T wanted "TO BE DICTATOR" without democracy"OF THE U.S.A! DEMOCRACY IS NOW PUTTING ON A "TRIAL" OF THE FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE U.S.A! Will He Pay His Fair Share Of Taxes? Mike Pence has the say,as he realizes that he was put in "HARMS WAY!.

Premium Member A Vice I Love- For Contest

Allow me please to introduce you to some of my friends
but treat them with respect or else they'll send you round the bend.
Don't mess with the Hogfather if you don't want a vendetta
the side effects take days to go before you're feeling better.
Thistly Cross in small amounts will leave you warm as mustard
but stick within your limits, less it turns your brains to custard
A night with Henry Weston leaves me walking kind of funny
and seductive charm of Old Rosie can make my eyes go runny.
I know that I have sometimes thought of going on the wagon
only to find myself ensnared in the clutches of Black Dragon.
Of all the things I think of that can make my smile much wider
when down my throat none float my boat like good old British cider.
Cheers!

Premium Member The Vice I Love

'Round three in the morning I wake
to see that it's time for my break.
I can hardly wait
to keep my sweet date-
I bounce out of bed and then take

my flashlight with me to the fridge
to bring Irish creme- just a smidge-
to my special place,
a real quiet space
where I and my date can abridge

the writes that I worked on that day.
And so, with my Muse and her stay,
with sips of our drink,
we each share a wink
and fine-tune my words right away.

An hour or so and we're done;
I'm bleary, but still, it was fun!
That sweet Irish creme
had sharpened my beam!
Now back to my sleep till the sun.

So this is the vice that I love-
which I find so hard to rid of.
This 'amphetamine'
to thoughts, adds a sheen-
me, Baileys, and Muse up above!

Premium Member JD Vance on Donald Trump

Republican Vice-Presidential nominee JD Vance’s comments about Donald Trump:

In DMs, he wondered whether Trump, “Is America’s Hitler.” (2015)
“Fellow Christians, everyone is watching us when we apologize for this man. Lord help us.” (2016)
“Donald Trump is a moral disaster.” (2016)

“Trump’s a total fraud who doesn’t care if regular people and call him reprehensible.” (2017)
“Trump’s cultural heroin, just another opioid for Middle America.” (2017)

The End of the Innocence by Don Henley

Office of the Vice Poem

The Vice Poem shall serve,
without regard to need
or time of day,
being in line of succession,
should the Poem be
unable to fulfill its ditty

The Vice Poem will be
required to preside
over the sonnet
and break any ties
that come upon it

As is customary,
the Vice Poem shall be
required once a term
to debate the opposition
on the respective merits
of poetry versus prose

The Vice Poem shall
be sent, on a moments notice
to travel wide and far
to deliver the eulogy
for dead, leading authors,
and to do so with euphony

The Vice Poem can
anticipate being the object
of scorn and ridicule
from the wider citizenry
regarding the merits of
being a second rate poem
while anticipating to
someday achieve eloquence

Vice Versa

What if everything
was
Rehearsed?-
Are we really living
in reverse?

Martin Luther King
never had a dream,
Michael Jordan
never won a ring,
Mahalia Jackson
never chose to sing,
Black Egyptians
were never kings-

-This cold world
is not judged by race,
Trayvon Martin's incident
never took place,
Neil Armstrong
Never went to space,
Steven Bradbury
Never won
First place,

The word Love
Really means Hate
So to do
good deeds-
Should one
become Irate?
What if heaven
was really hell
Nicest spot
in your town
is a jail cell-
Guys don't judge
based on flesh-
Jesse Pickens
is not the best..

Lady Fuku's Vice (The Gen-X Limerick)

There once was this babe from Seattle
who'd get wild when bands squared to battle.
Absorbed like a sponge,
she redefined grunge
with each rocker she chose to straddle.
