bender

I dance along this path
I don’t care that I’m walking
I’m trying every combination
It makes the journey take a different course
Some explosive, some empowering
some draw questions
I try not to beg for answers

Can you ever experience
the first time
Ever again?

Premium Member Why I wear Panty Hose

The reader of this title
probably thinks I'm on a bender
It's all about some comfort
I've not abandoned my male gender

For some years now leather belts
are causing pain around the hips
Now I get a pair of panty hose
and cut it into strips

The way I live my life
is far removed from orthodox
The strips hold up my shorts alone
many years since I adorned myself in jox

So men now take yourself into a lingerie boutique
get some panty hose to make a stretchy belt
Wrap it round your belly
so much comfort never felt

Sometimes when wearing zipless tighter shorts
it's difficult to lift the trouser leg when there's a need to pee
But elasticity of the panty hose means
top of shorts are quickly lowered so now willy's running free

Footnote: perhaps I am showing my age here talking about panty hose . For those unaware
they are female attire, a form of stockings and jox or jocks maybe an Australian colloquial term for mens underwear

Premium Member Wannabe Water Bender Squirrel

Gray squirrel bends water
above his tiny head.
Could it be he’s an
Avatar wannabe?
    Magic play
    may not be
    nature’s way.
    Hey, I like
    his display.

You cannot read their minds.
They hide their true intentions,
Like hunters do in blinds,
Too late for circumventions.

Baited by their chumming,
They boast by saying this,
"You cannot stop what's coming!"
Their assassins did not miss.

Cruel conquest brings them joy.
"Like a lion I raged!"
With their prey they will toy,
With sport they are engaged.

But lost in all this glory,
They fail to understand.
It's God who writes the story-
His responses are preplanned!

What you plot against Him,
While you celebrate your win,
Your win is just the prelim-
He will turn it into ruin!

Better consider the Cross!
Jesus died for gain, not loss.
He mocks their succumbing,
"You cannot stop what's coming!"

Premium Member How many paradigms and how many paradoxes

How many paradigms and how many paradoxes
can you stuff into a pair of pint-sized treasure boxes?
And the answer is not,
"Oh teacher, I forgot,"
because I taught you to reason like wily little foxes.

Bender

All night
a sleepwalking death
stumbled in and out of his prone body.

He had been drinking again,
whisky fumes rolled around
a dry, thick tongue.

The air in the room
wavered from hot to cold,
feverish self-repeating scenes
of Paganini trilling a fiery violin
haunted his aching brow.

A sledgehammer dawn hit him.
Death withdrew from dulled senses,
yet it lingered like a bloodshot eye,
at the bottom
of a half-full decenter.

And now let’s speak of Paparazzi
Who show us things that we should not see
They think they are so hotsy-totsy
                              Let Mama have the job

Yes, I’d prefer the Mamarazzi
I’m sure they’d show us how to not be
They’d surely take a better shot, see
                                 As Papa’s such a slob

But now let’s move to Billygoats
Why can’t they be called Millygoats
They then would not be silly goats
Let’s give the girls a chance

And what of Lazysusan’s fate
Not fair, though now it’s much to late
I think that Lazypeter’s great
                        They’d have a fine romance

Unless he is all Petered out
As I am with this goofy bout
More gender benders left to scout
But now I’m tired, so Sue me

Premium Member Gender Bender In Public Schools

USA PUBLIC SCHOOLS

The teacher stood confused, in front of her second
grade class.
She was now forbidden to say boys or girls.
What were they, then,,,”its”?

This is called, “ social-emotional” learning.
The teacher, not only has subjects to teach.
But now a psychologist, she must be?

She will see to it, the correct sex of your child?
You thought you gave birth to a little girl?
No more....political chromosomes are in a swirl.

In public schools, this is the enlightened, new religion.
Confuse children as to who they sexually are.
Where sanity is on a mental ship, millions of miles afar.

God was removed from schools long ago.
Now, our great American heroes must go?
Grateful, I went to school decades ago!

A transgender girl in Milan
Must guard when she goes to the can
She may wish to sit
Or truly commit
And pee on the floor like a man!

I’m suspended in mid-air
As I begin to look upon and stare
At the body which was mine of late
Before I chanced to disassociate.

When I cry out no one hears me
All because they cannot see
The specter of myself I’ve made,
And live ears are deaf to ghost’s tirades.

The lone fly keeps buzzing by and by
And I just want it to die
When it lands and vomits on my hand,
So I swat at it and finally stand.

I have returned presently
To that distant figure that was me,
And I remember suddenly
That this is how it will always be
Living in this home’s reality so warped
And sleeping at night next to a corpse.

Uncle Betty

I know you were just being petty
When you laughed at my Uncle Betty
But who would believe
That he could conceive
After eating all that spaghetti?

Septembers Embers

Septembers embers;
I so desire december;
I shan't go on a bender.

Bender

Corkscrews in the jugular
and wine sat there in front
of you,
cheese and pickle on the sofa
so far and it's so good.

But then the morning comes
to frisk you
and empty glasses all around you
when they find the blood
it won't look good for you.

Make excuses
leave the party,
if you must then leave
without me
I'll see you across
the other side
tomorrow.
