New Day Beckons Light
New day from the darkness
We awaken in His strong arms;
Open eyes, heart and mind, thanking God;
Elohim Father on this side of the earth,
Yet omnipresent, omnipotent everywhere He so shines;
Greater a new day dawn
Our Father He's our light;
May your awakening be reverence holy secure and bright;
May you have a blessed triumphant day?
Daughter of God welcome His new day light;

A craftsman's bowl in glass
resting on the table
Unsure if for dainties meant
or for short-stem flowers, its intent
Her sides reach outward, fingers
beckon beauty to enter there and stay
No takers found she, but her spirit unbowed
sunlight-kissed glass by small setbacks uncowed

Autumn colors beckon me
as I follow a spunky squirrel scampering into the woods.
The forest welcomes me as an old friend
that hadn't visited in a long while;
triggering a release of endorphins.
My excursion gets noted by a jaunty woodpecker;
tapping out a distant drum roll as I navigate
through a sea of crisp, crunchy leaves obscuring the trail.
The air feels nippy, fueled by a brisk breeze,
as scarlet, crimson, and cerise rain down from the trees.
A chatty chipmunk scolds me for disturbing its day
as I trespass through its territory, paying it no heed.
And the ground takes on the subtle, spicy scent of earth and decay
while I wander through this picturesque tapestry of color;
woven with gold, amber, yellow, and vermillion threads.
Beauty holds the power to heal the soul;
and Mother Nature is the custodian of beauty.

Slow down thy mental meter,
Slow and steady things happen,
Pour ye may pots of water,
Fruits ripen should time beckon.

Dhire dhire re mana, dhire sab kucha hoye,

This couplet emphasizes on the importance of patience in life. Learn from nature, it says. Nature is never in a hurry, and still does everything that needs be done. Any action fetches sure fruits when its time is ripe. One should not do things expecting fruits in a jiffy.

To walk the talk over burning hot coal
Tests the mettle of God-bestowed free will
Debate ensues between ego and soul
By hammer and tongs, shaped on the anvil
Hesitation signals we’re not ready
Looking at how to better our morrow
Unable yet to hold love’s flame steady
Self-serving instinct cause of our sorrow
In the playground of life, as we do dance
We begin to look beyond outer form
Every breath we take, offers us a chance
To choose love over strife, in each life storm
It’s high time hermit, that we stand erect
Heeding voice of conscience, our life’s perfect

Maybe, wrongly,
But I tell you, strongly,
I’m beginning to reckon
That to one we often beckon,
We our self-esteem erode,
And our flesh corrode,
And the very guy goad,
To on our shoulders drop a load,
Weighing a thousand grams of neglect,
And another of disrespect,
Any soul should last expect …
With its awful content one can’t inspect.
How does one now smiles beam,
With a slaughtered self esteem,
Promising only twists and turns,
And a belly that’s tightly churns?

Speak to me in silence
or add color to your moat.
The Crocodiles glisten hungrily,
adorned, with a few laps more to go.
The rocks show a crystal promise.
Of your ebb and flow, water curtain
curtailed by still, a skin of
uncertainty below.
Your depths although bottomless
have a familiarity, something
homeward,
something that adventure rests on, that invites me
to that bridge over wet fertility
alongside a thick atmosphere blowing
tumbleweeds as a sideshow
over crossroads of gold.

Plants in pots inside
like pets in pound
beckon for attention.
Like chicks in nest they screech and squeal
with open beaks, skyward
begging for worms and morsels in mum's beak
Plants in pots are dependents
totally reliant on you.
More mouths to feed
more wilts to water
more bugs to squash
more dead-ends to clip and prune.
Sometimes I wonder: Are they worth it?
But their wonder wins, all in,
hands down.

As dormant nadis open
new pulsations felt within
the feeling though strange
is calmed by bliss ignition
With our lower mind rested
and ego craving quietened
we embrace each surprise
as bliss throb is heightened

where crystals gleam
i want to lie
where the scented lily opens
reveals its stamen
tender as babies breath
as unavoidable as our sun's and moon's provocative union
as desirable as a cooling undertone on a hot humid day
as necessary as the blistering heat
a dream yet to be dreamt
womanhood sings
and i respond in kind
climb beyond frozen minds
where pianos open
radiate warmth
cradle purity
my will nestled in the notes
where crystals gleam
i want to lie

Could peace beckon
Calling from the
Ocean depths
On wind with
Regrets
Outside
Us all
Clamoring
To come from
Behind and bite

We are drawn to other world created by the imagination
Let u not doubt those worlds exist
Moving through the pages of fantasy novels
One is exposed to the ver essence of exsitence
For who can tell us what to dream
Enjoy your reverie!

A beckon call from twilight
And the moon does rise to
Chase the sun from its
High place.
Fleeing from the presence
Of Luna the sun goes quietly
To its rest.
Now sitting upon the throne
Of the night the moon showers
Earth with its cold yet beautiful
Silver light.
Her shimmering countenance
Captures the mind of those
who Reach out with their
eyes and Rediscover
it's beauty.
But alas a beckon call from
Dawn and the sun does rise
To chase the moon from its
High place and a new day Begins.

Beckon and Dead Reckon
I hear quaint calls that do beckon;
Determine direction must dead recon,
To find out angle where coming from;
Catch flounder, dolphin and some drum,
And need right equipment for detecting.
