Slow down thy mental meter, Slow and steady things happen, Pour ye may pots of water, Fruits ripen should time beckon. _______________________________ Dhire dhire re mana, dhire sab kucha hoye, Mali sinche sau ghada, rtu aye phala hoye. This couplet emphasizes on the importance of patience in life. Learn from nature, it says. Nature is never in a hurry, and still does everything that needs be done. Any action fetches sure fruits when its time is ripe. One should not do things expecting fruits in a jiffy.
