As each day is ending
To our beds our bodies wend,
Balance restoration
Is a necessary end.
Send back the negativity
Restore your inner calm
Regain your stolen energy
Equilibrium your balm.
Break the cycle of toxicity
Crack open wide the sour,
Release your positivity
Let kindness be your power.
We went in with good intentions
We came out with bad reflections
Often bad relationships change good people
A person can become everything
And then a person can also become nothing
Something went wrong and
We were only strong until a certain point
We loved the person but
Love cannot live where it is neglected!
Life can be cruel but
We cannot allow ourselves to be a fool for too long
Often bad relationships change good people
But good still lives inside us!
One bad relationship does not mean that
All relationships will be bad!
We should be glad that we can be
Much wiser after a bad relationship
We went in with good intentions
We came out with bad reflections
Often bad relationships change good people

Habits are difficult to break…
and when lethal it is as if trying
to scale a fence with barbs at the top.
Smoking, drug addiction,
bad relationships
attach to one’s spirit like flypaper
or gooey-spider-webs, entrapping
the soul, gumming-up divine essence
making it difficult for God to be heard
above the interference, and for us
to discern the clear, clean direction
of Mother Nature.
We are not only what we are born with,
but also what we see, open our ears to
and what we ingest--
Stop being manipulated! Turn off
conditioning echoes--the TVs,
radios and computer magnets
that are playing havoc with our moral
compasses, both physical and mental--
Don’t let commercialism be the
death of Free-thinking in Humanity!
Say what you want in defense, but this is how I feel
You invalidate my feelings to the point that its unreal...
Ive been in bad relationships before too..
But honestly no one is as standoff-ish as you.
Everyday that goes by I feel less and less
Walking on eggshells constantly I just have to guess
Guess what mood you will be in today
Or will you be unhappy over this or that..I just cant say..
You never smile or laugh around me
You know how degrated i feel? Yet you will never see
Just a few things i have learnt about a relationship
No matter how bad, it can come right back around
No problem with loving your other half
But don’t allow yourself to be taken for a clown
Remember no matter how bad relationships seem
There is still love out there for you
The other relationships were myth or fantasies
When u find the right one u will know it is true
I have had many encounters with love
Some of which didn’t work out so well
Some were very destructive to my brain
Others were so destructive i wish not to tell
But in reality they were not all that bad
They were like teachers who taught me a valuable lesson
But not because of the hurt i won’t give up on love
I’ll sit wait and pray for god to give me that blessing
So i continue my journey with a tattered heart
Trudging along life's obstacle filled road
But i travel not scared of the challenges of love
Because I’m a soldier and i already know the road code

Step into mt chamber of horrors,
as I tell you of my sorrows.
Hear the tale of an innocent girl,
and what it was to live in her world.
The abuse she suffered as a child,
and all the years she just ran wild.
Searching for love that could not be found,
her circle of pain spunt round and round.
Bad relationships and trips to prison,
resulting from her bad decisions.
Chasing her Dragon that she called love,
praying for miracles from up above.
But after conquering so many evils,
and battling constant upheavel.
Down from the Heaven's as if by his hand,
it was given to her the perfect man.
He was sweet ,and kind, godd looking to,
for her there was nothing he wouldn't do.
One day he asked her if she'd be his wife,
now she'll be loved the rest of her life.
I give advice that helps people get out of relationships that are bad.
When my advice gets you dumped, you will be grateful and glad.
The best way to get dumped is to go three months without bathing.
Your companion will bust down the door to get away because you'll be scathing.
Another good way to get dumped is by picking your nose.
If that doesn't work, ask them to take off their clothes.
A sure way to get dumped is to say that you have herpes.
Nothing makes a person run faster than a venereal disease.
It's awful when we have bad relationships that we're stuck in.
But if you take my advice, you will be single again.
Everybody's been threw it
bad relationships, make ups and break ups
but I been dreaming long enough
I finally had to wake up
I'm ready for that everlasting love
that God promised me since birth
to live is to suffer especially when you
been threw years of emotional hurt.
I'm ready to dedicate myself to that special woman
back rubs, massages, to them candle lit dinners
slow jams, holding hands, wedding bands
this here is real talk & I'm a grown man
I'm one man & all I need is one special lady
someone I can introduce to my mom
and my homeboys and say yeah thats my baby.
I'm ready for love & when she finds me
I hope she's ready for me
I been in bondage long enough
look into my eyes, I'm waiting
for that special woman to set me free
I know love ain't easy but trust & believe
I'm tired of being lonely
I'm patiently waiting to meet my
soul mate so we can live in holy matrimony
My name is Shakeera
But I prefer keekee or keera
I’m sixteen years old
I’m young but I feel old
So many hardships
And bad relationships
People look at me
And judge by what they see
People don’t like me
But they don’t know me
Thinking of me as a hoe
But they just don’t know
Struggling with a sex addiction
Bringing upon my life affliction
Experiencing the streets and prostitution
Ending up with three diseases
And a pain that never ceases
Being rushed to get surgery done
Because I had a cyst the size of a plum
I cried and screamed
Because this wasn’t a dream
Lucky me, they were all curable
But now I’m infertile
My pain is so deep
That it’s hard to fall asleep
Had an eating disorder and did starvation
Along with my parents help and persuasion
Believing when they said I was fat
All I could think of was that
Crying until my eyes turned red
Because I just wanted to be dead
I feel so alone
And like I don’t belong
I have no one to love me
And no one for me to love back
This is all for now
But wait until I come back
I’ll have something that makes your heart clap
as a woman I've grown.
open my heart and realize i can make it on my own.
got to stop blaming others for my past.
for what happen at the age nine, we where different now i know our love wouldn't
had last.
in my soul i must bury my bad relationships.
in my soul i must bury my youth and start a new path.
the evil no longer in my eyes, he's no longer by my side.
today i start a new day.
i leave yesterday behind and today i do things my way.
i hold my head up for those who put me down, no friend i need.
God in my heart indeed.
today i make a change and say no more.
things can't go on like before.
today i wash my pain away.
the rain will clear and the sun will come out.
today as a woman i take a stand, i spread my wings
today i start a new day and leave yesterday behind and today i do things my way.
In life people experience seasons.
Challenges occur for reasons.
Questioning God, "What is the meaning?"
Is it because I felt I was better?
Is it because I passed judgment on my brother?
Why do you want me to look in the mirror?
Should I turn to You, exalt Your name and lift You high?
Should I continue on the same path believing that I'm sitting next to the Most
High?
Bad relationships, that causes pain.
An abortion, that brings pain.
Sickness and death, pain.
Learning that you are in love with a married man and it is all in vain.
My heart is opened, raw, bleeding and hurt inside.
My head is spinning, pounding my mind.
Tears falling, running out my eyes.
Where do I turn?
What can I do?
Is it possible for me to expect honesty from You?
