The Road Code

Just a few things i have learnt about a relationship No matter how bad, it can come right back around No problem with loving your other half But don’t allow yourself to be taken for a clown Remember no matter how bad relationships seem There is still love out there for you The other relationships were myth or fantasies When u find the right one u will know it is true I have had many encounters with love Some of which didn’t work out so well Some were very destructive to my brain Others were so destructive i wish not to tell But in reality they were not all that bad They were like teachers who taught me a valuable lesson But not because of the hurt i won’t give up on love I’ll sit wait and pray for god to give me that blessing So i continue my journey with a tattered heart Trudging along life's obstacle filled road But i travel not scared of the challenges of love Because I’m a soldier and i already know the road code By: Marlon A Malcolm
