Stars reflecting upon the clearest surface of water.
I think that is how the Mayans taught each astrologer.
Guess that's how everyone in the empire was: looking up, out there.

Angry Citizens

Tired of the sitting woke government, the fake
niceness and the depletion of Germanies
heavy industry, not to forget her sycophantic
behavior towards Israel, a far-right party has
emerged.
There has been dark plotting afoot by some of
the party members, namely a famous TV cook
a welder from Austria, a GP. an astrologer
 and presumably a tealeaf reader
The plot was to kidnap the prime minister
parade him on TV in his North Korean hairpiece
the one he only uses at home, hitherto a family
secret, although there had been rumors
force feed him bratwurst, boiled potatoes
and chicken nuggets until he promised to end
his pathetic practices and make Germany
great again.
The would-be terrorists were caught there
will be a trial, but we sense they will be let off
with custodian sentence
"Only the heroic has the right to gloat.

The Awesome Constellations

Be an astrologer of intense curiosity,
sit down and admire the nightly wonders
extending beyond sight and boundary;
constellations are myriads of stars!

Ah, the weak ones fall out and become comets,
crossing stellar skies, shedding sparkles of silver;
the stronger ones stay firm and don't show fear:
they have no urge to leave the glorious Heavens!

Who never dreams staring at the nocturne sky
has no awareness, no urge to go past imagination
that incites to discover it beyond human conception;
even an atheist is amazed by such splendorous beauty!

Constellations are a manifestation of brilliant display
of light in the glimmering waters of tenebrous oceans...
as the effulgent moon adds its charm to draw appeal;
huddling lovers shiver, but they love what they reveal!

Premium Member Look To the Stars

Young and naive, she fell for an Aquarius,
over time he grew nasty and quite nefarious..
A little later came her next heart pang.
He was a fiery Aries man.
With time his habits she just couldn't stand.
A long-term lover and definitely the nicest
was a very sensitive and nurturing Pisces.
Our hearts collide in this universe,
sometimes for better, sometimes for worse.
Look at their planets, and study their stars.
Were they influenced by Jupiter or perhaps Mars?
Consult an astrologer, develop a plan, and look
at the stars whenever you can.

Thanks For the Challenge's Chance

Kelogb 10 (6-7-6)

For Emmanuel Adédayò Òjéládé.

When for all the long lines,
Eyes don't catch up the design
Of all I had combined

And in little shy glance,
The eyes travel in spry trance;
For few minds read perchance,

To get the all heart sort.
In minutes, glance would abort--
Flying off lines assort...

Denied expectant fuel,
Which could turn out rare jewel,
That can make pen go cruel...

Hiring you manager:
Who jaunts words a voyager,
To turn astrologer.

Here is the chance per luck,
That gets mere glance chucked,
Which Kelogb speaks and muck.

Thank you real good, dear bard.
For the honor  with regard,
That grace to play my card.

With deep touch of mind blows;
In simple and awesome flows,
Perking what make muse glows.

Young and old have acquired,
What sets many minds on fire--
Operating heart's desire...

Till takes shall turn mantra--
Early morning aurora,
Becomes the great Torah.

Climate Change
David J Walker

I
A teacher we know
died suddenly
        or so
        it seemed
        and
It seemed
as if it were
       a dream
       unfulfilled
The climate in schools
Is changing

II
Forecasters gathered
in convocations
	and manifestations
to explain away
        a rainy day
that never came
predictions changed
        the next day
	anyway
the climate of clouds
	is changing

III
I remember the promises
made
	at the rallies and
and 	debates
by candidates
who can’t wait
        to give back
        give or take
	factor X
the climate of politics
is changing

IV
We are expanding
	said the astronomer
but people disbanding
listened to
	their astrologer
because they say they preferred
the mystic word 	from
       those who
would tell them
what they wanted
 	 to hear
for a hundred dollars
         a session
the climate of the universe
is changing

Hi! I'm Alan
  the astrologer
I used to be
  a mythologer

Here's the forecast
  for tonight
I'm sure you'll see
  I've got it right

The stars are green
  The moon is pink
The North Star is
  on the blink

Venus is
  out to dinner
On her diet
  Mars looks thinner

Jupiter's
  a god of Rome
Saturn's rings
  are made of foam

The Milky Way's
  a candy bar
The sun's too big
  to be a star

Pluto is
  a goofy mutt
Uranus has
  a charming butt

These true facts
  I tell my clients
All MY predictions ~
  based on science

The My Way Highway

blind minions do not hear
deaf disciples cannot see
callous subzero frozen feelings
breed gibberish jarring jubilee

this bloody blind-eyed messiah
rode to town astride an ass
belching barking oratory
for an aimless lower class

a starry-eyed astrologer
alchemist extraordinaire
summoned shrouded quatrains
revealing he baffles with a flare

loitering lotus-eater
puppeteer par excellence
self-indulgent Machiavellian
pitched fabricated arrogance

adroit and ambidextrous
he summons the mercurial mass
conjuring decrees and fairytales
dictating his rules pass

lose not a bloodied hammered head
resign yourself to a running retreat
le guillotine administers
swift sweet and replete

no man speaks of that not heard
or sees that left not read
bony fingers point with indigestion
reflecting in fractured mirrors

The Astrologer

Once upon a time a room came available at my residence,
an Astrologer was interested to share the coexistence.
Some exciting times revealed themselves very soon,
as attractions creating space and time to bloom.
Mental conspiracies became scientific theory,
and wondrous past happenstance are no more eerie.
Spiritual conception created awareness perception,
liberating purpose dreams with celestial breathing.
Time came by and the cosmic fellow pursuit his own challenge,
leaving the door open for my own mental pilgrimage.
Decisions changing the landscape of providence,
providing all necessities with pursuit in confidence.
As I met the old man who used to own a esoteric book fare,
giving me the lot for a amazing bargain, so dare.
Those books became my mental reference,
changing all so far known desired preference.
My observation changed very radical,
making interpretation to nourish very practical.
Not only to look at life’s conclusion,
but making it a living solution.
For many years now I observing the daily light of change,
and I am glad that the laws of nature, let me engage.

Decide

How a seventeen years old teenager can decide
What he is going to do for rest of his life
Life is no game or gamble
Where you come to test your guess

Life is simple
But I get complicated
When you see me as an astrologer
Who is still getting educated

Start running
Or you will be late
The race is tough
Because everyone is blind folded

We are running in a circle
Where one thinks
He is ahead of other
We are never going to reach further
If we don't stop comparing
Ourselves with other

Gem of a Gem

GEM OF A GEM
Gem amongst gems,a cat's eye
Never left my dads right hand
Imbued with a muted elegance
Unostentatiously regal and grand

In my fantasy, I saw it as
Eye of a pussy blinking and round
Stuff of a child's dreams it was
A subtle jewel with a story profound

The stone added to Dad's glory and fortune
As the family astrologer had foreseen
Proved a lucky charm for the writer
A pale yellow that hinted of green.

Though Dad's no more,a fragment of him lives with me,
around my finger ,closely entwined, for eternity.

Mind Your Own Business

 Some with copper
Some with silver
And obvious
Some with gold
This is how the world is mould

Achieving copper is bit easy;
Need some zeal for silver
And one with gold is sedulous.

Once I noticed judgement;
And by metal was so rustic.
So I complicate it,
By peeping in some hearts.

I started exploring wickeds,
But I found none;
And when I peep in own
I was the one with most.

I wonder about others;
How they judge by heart?
And then I light up;
Oh! The game of colours.

Then I made it peasy
By parting in few colours
Red and white and black were those;
Hey! Partiality has no scope.

People judge by love and hate
Are not so great
Astrologer may be fake;
Oops!! May I faint?

It was such an arduous situation,
So I quit up, thinking nonsense
And carry to mind my own business
Yeh! Don't get in that again...

~Judging someone is not our business. If we judge someone then we will definitely forget our motto of life because judging is one such thing that can add poisons.

Create  Your Tomorrow Today

As I lay lonely on my bed
At the hour the night was most dead
I gazed at the stars through the window
Hoping to peep into my tomorrow

The night sky, though not clear
Came with a sense of cheer
I formed patterns as I pleased, of trees, houses, cars
From the speckles of a billion stars

I slumbered with a deep sense of peace
Without recourse to a timepiece
I had drifted into a dreamful sleep
Alarm-clock silenced – no beep.

I gazed into my telescope
Trying to read my horoscope
Alas, the revelation!
Tomorrow - an empty fixation!

What fiction!
Men claim the power of prediction
For their faith in tellers of fortune
Great men have been led to misfortune

As the new day broke
From being an astrologer, I woke
Having nothing but hope
That my path will always be lit, I’ll never grope

Though I think he will become a hero
He who can predict tomorrow
The way out of this endless torture
By your actions today, create your own future.

Another Earthly Transient

I observe the far constellations with the hurry of a passerby;
the lightness of my steps becomes-the shadow of another earthly transient.

Galileo never missed one, he refused to be that cynical astrologer;
his work started an evolution-the age of invention for another earthly transient.

Aristotle had respect for Nature and its creatures, an astute philosopher;
his theories seem so intricate-the pure philosophy of another earthly transient.

World power reflects that of the Roman Empire: belligerent and cruel;
another emperor will reign and become-the image of another earthly transient.

I am the philosopher that no one hears-an unappreciated thinker;
my testimony bears a hard truth that scares all-Am I another earthly transient?
