Cyclopean Reminiscence

Stashed with programs recorded, which, condensed on universal files
Will tell them very little of what they don’t know and may never know
In this lifetime or the next heaven, in this orbit or the next
Treasure from this Earth loaded up on classical chips, some kind of text
Even the quantum loads with memory mimetic, made to mimic the brane
Will lead you no where’s at all, empty, with your mind well past insane

For what else or beyond could be so crazy as to part from this precious earth
Without ever having known it’s cost, price, work, measure or stint of worth
And clearly, those who leave, when they leave, will not have known one grain
Of sand or soil, mud or toil: all dusty plows pluming billow-clouds into rain
Run on gasoline or stocks of mules, donkey, horse, or ram, shepperd’s hand
Fields from lost fields, turning wheat from grass, rice from blue water land

The mystery of death and birth still a mystery; life a mere reminiscence
Without any real light here or plant photometry, only luminescence
Imagine leaving this planet without every having known it’s rhythm
Going to some other world set in it’s own path, with it’s Keplerian hum

Beating out some different drum, set in a blinding sphere of light and sound
Like blended whiskey with the Irish; or Navajo, without the calendar round

Sans irony, the starmen will consult their astrologer or star-chart for this logic
Countin’ the days before they land again when the stars are [csmo]allo-genic
Since this cosmos has revealed no light to them, the starmen going forth
Eager to jump off of Earth’s orbital path, bend and trajectory
Their spacesuits, ships, tanks, sabres, and thrusters made from the factory
Everything printed like plastic in hazy glow and in false dimension
In light and low gravity, with false smiles and fat charms hanging in suspension

How could the new age begin completely unaware, one might ask ?
With no real knowledge of how the past one ended, without a task
This high level of dimness, this naivete, and ignorance unknowing
Much like blind men on the river styx, or perhaps, along with Homer rowing
Going from one ruse to harbour next shenanigan—look into the Cyclop’s Eye!
No land in Egypt and with Dido elope, with the Siren’s despair, intoxicants in Libya

The Moon

THE MOON-----------------------

The moOn, in terms of mythology
The moOn, goddess I'm referring to
The moOn, in terms of astrology
The moOn, that’s facing planet blue

The moOn, the natural satellite
The moOn, from earth it dose orbit
The moOn, giving the dark light
The moOn, when it is then lit

The moOn, an gravitational pull
The moOn, and mans many trips
The moOn, at times half, then full
The moOn, a total or solar eclipse

The moOn, keeps the same face
The moOn, reflected by the sun
The moOn, that’s in outer space
The moOn, in our solar system

Premium Member Weeping willow, why do your catkins caress the fields of sunflowers

Weeping willow, why do your catkins caress the fields of sunflowers
when they themselves are hallucinogenic dreams dancing in the secret wind?
Why do your cold and rigid branches yearn for warmth when a smoldering fire burns within you,
between your wooden ribs, embracing you with its hidden and fiery flames?
Weeping willow, why do you let your branches be broken by the cruel gusts of the storm,
don't you know that the core of your heart is made of a strong alloy, like a shining armor?
Why do you let the rain-soaked leaves suffocate you under the angry and dark skies,
don't you know they only embrace you tenderly, not to choke you, but to offer you shelter?
Weeping willow, I look at you in the broken mirror, the crack suggesting the forgetting of truth,
that the glass is not half empty, but full of promises and unfulfilled dreams.
Yellow mushroom, don't you know it's madness to chase after ephemeral and illusory butterflies,
don't you know that your efforts to catch the sunlight are as futile as a broken dream?
Yellow mushroom, you thought you'd become a star on which people would wish,
or perhaps a poem people would read with open and dreaming hearts.
Don't you know you are the clear night sky, a crooked line in a stanza singing eternities?
Yellow mushroom, you didn't become a star, nor an astrologer, nor a dreamer of distant worlds,
you became a fool counting stars, like a pauper counting his copper coins,
you didn't become a poem, nor the poet who knows how to capture words in their free flight,
you became a fool with a pen, trying to capture a world too vast for coarse paper.
Yellow mushroom, I look at you in the old photograph with its dusty and time-forgotten frame,
the knot in my heart suggests I am envious of your carefree and boundless freedom,
while I am not, but the rot seeping through the soil makes the most vigorous willows weep,
but I, I do not weep, for the rot is enough to make the most robust mushrooms wither,
but the yellow mushrooms, the yellow mushrooms, live on in drawings put away in boxes,
hidden behind closed doors, where dreams and memories meet in eternal silence.

I Am Daniel

I am Daniel

The king named Darius was not happy but he listened to the astrologer just one
too many times and finally agreed this Daniel is just not doing the kingdoms
business. Take him and lower him away into the lion's den he gave much
thought to this it seemed so wrong to him his conscience finally cried and the
good KING Darius almost died oh what is wrong with me and then HE ventured
near the cave and cried “Daniel has your GOD saved you from the lions.”
I am Daniel
I sit in utter darkenness no food or rest no help it seems the lions do not utter a
sound it's so quiet in this cave no sounds no roars no hate inside these beasts.
My lord the GOD has made them shut up all their want. I sit upon this rock and
kneel beside this rock I pray and wait upon my GOD to save.
The silence is so strong the smell of cat is strong around me I felt them strain
and halt in strang perplexity of need they seem so different now.
Darius was at the entrance to the cave waiting just to hear a word from Daniel
mouth. My heart so troubled earlier and earnestly seeking deliverance is now at
rest and I can be blessed in every circumstance because I kept the faith of GOD
a test but not from him to us this test is testing no one least of all this Daniel. The
lions do not roar. Daniel Spoke.
“Darius be of good cheer I am Daniel my GOD is a deliverer.” Darius Spoke.
“Bring the astrologers here to this cave and get Daniel out of there.” This was the
Kings decree he was quite gleeful and happy about it and then command was
given in a hard hard voice he cried
“Throw the worthless men in where Daniel lay.” This order carried out may seem
so harsh but without Judgment come to them what would they learn.
Now they are waiting somewhere else for GOD to come.
And life for DANIEL still goes on.

Premium Member horoscopes and hot air

My Astrologer, ‘Sex and Love’ horoscope, for Halloween, is grim and on-trend for me.
(Libra) “Get ready to take some chill-time - give yourself the space to recover. People pleasing is out, boundaries are in!” Yeah, I’m like Texas, I have unsecure boundaries.

Sure, I KNOW horoscopes are horoscopes but while other signs get unicorns & puppies:
Aries: “Use your deepest desires to please yourself, step into your power.”
Gemini: “Your curious and bubbly nature shines, shoot your shot for that special someone!”
Cancer: “Be at home in your feels, your needs & emotional expressions are valued, go deeper.”

I’m getting “Suck it up buttercup,” thanks universe - what did I ever do to you?

We’ve been scanning the teen magazine fall looks, “We’re living in a bold era, a time of expression!” They declare, which means dramatic-metallic eyeliners, goth grunge, bold reds and Beyoncé’s “Renaissance silvers.” Luckily, Yale’s pretty low fashion environment, because seasonal changes are a lot to keep up with.

I love Autumn, with its colorful leaves, pumpkin lattes and colder nights, but coming from the south (in ‘21), I had no idea how badly heated air could dry out my skin and hair (freshie year, my thumb literally started to crack, like a plastic Barbie).

In the spirit of fall fashion and maintenance, my entire crew made an Ulta store run this morning for hair masks, detox tonics and skin moisturizers - we’re ready, bring on the cold.

The best smelling places on earth are Ulta and Yankee Candle stores. In my religion, heaven smells like Starbucks in the morning, Chick-fil-A around noon and Ulta stores as the sun goes down and things turn dreamy and romantic.

Premium Member Atheists Vs Christians

Tonight's the big night folks, take potty breaks early,
There's been lots of hype, but this fight's to the death!
The Atheists' tired of smug Christian "God loves me!"
And Christians' loathe Lost's sainted Lady Macbeth.

The venue was sold out for months as foretold by
Sad Reagan's wife Nancy's astrologer friend,
With billionaires buying all seats in first rows
The middle class never had chance to attend.

With Christian God missing, the "Lost" predict short fight
While "Saved" folk say, God, this time, won't let them down
The betting is bloody and oddsmakers nervous
And Donald Trump has been seen wearing a frown.

Look! Scarecrow of Billy Graham with his Entourage,
And Machiavellian robot have climbed into ring,
The Mormon Choir screaming Hymns out to Elijah,
Androgynous homophobes 'om' name of "Sting."

Three witches stir pot in the "godless" one's corner,
His circuit boards frequently seem to glow red,
While smoking hot preachers fan scarecrow with tea leaves
Wow! Zealots have burst into flame: all are dead!

It seems that the meek have inherited earth
And "faithful" hit squarely for sure on the chin.
The faithful, so sure that they understood Bible,
The faithful, who knew that the "Good" never win!

So Atheists sure that we’re all self-created
And Christians with faith that some god did the deed,
With both clinging firmly to what can't be proven,
This fight to be right's simply personal greed.

I’m thinking the concept of faith's so abused here
As faith that can't question is already dead,
For questioning: always the way of the wise man,
And certainty: great plan for losing your head.

King I Was

Had been to an astrologer
To know about my future
But he got hooked up on my past

King I was, he said with reverence
Reveled in all materialistic pleasures
Have enjoyed life to fullest

I reflected awhile
Yeah, have no temporal cravings
Feel no sense of deprivation

I gave a consenting nod
He added, I was known for justice
Subject hailed impartiality

I reflected awhile
Yeah, am living by hardcore honesty
Have never indulged in manipulation

I gave a consenting nod
He went on, said I was good leader
Subject appreciated decisions

I reflected awhile
Yeah, am at top executive position
Am known for judicious approach

I gave a consenting nod
He went on, said I was spiritual
Respected divine Values

I reflected awhile
Yeah, mysticism fascinates me
Working on mind-body-soul quest

I gave consenting nod
Forgot questions on future
Felt no need to know future

Thought foundation is great
Why worry about superstructure
Signed off as a King, astrologer saluting

I Find You Completely Different

Lovers now are not understanding glory of love,
its been like a fashion or just show off.
These days break up and patch up are so easy,
the feeling is now polluted and made it messy.

I find you completely different from those stupid lovers,
having beautiful heart and deep respect for others.
Feelings from your heart are pure and true,
people like you are very rare and few.

You are somehow like me, I am so impressed by your personality,
such a kind hearted person with so much understanding ability.
I still can't believe someone like you exists in this selfish world,
you truly are like an angel with the heart of gold.

Oh my god you are simply amazing in every ways,
We can share our dreams together in coming days.
Every night you are the one I have always dream of,
I would be blessed if you trust me with your love.

I respect your feelings and I want to let you know that I am so in love with you,
and I also don't want to live my whole life with a regret of not telling you.
I don't know what's your feeling for me,
none are born perfect but I will try to be.

I am not an astrologer yet I can predict our future,
you just need to hold my hand and walk together.
Like other lovers we are not going to repeat history,
Forget about romio-juliet, we will create our own story.

Does God Exist

As I sat at my window, gazing at the night sky,
All alone enjoying the scented breeze,
The darkness of night struck my vision,
My mind, heart and soul moved to a dream land,
I started feeling the lonely diadem,
Suddenly someone dropped a question into my mind,
Does God exist? If so where is he?
My thoughts rolled back to this world,
My mind started to map the answer,
Some believe their senses – that is science,
Some believe their conscience – that is faith,
A battle between science and faith,
My mind was blank,
I was desperate,
I need the answer,
Who can give me an answer?
May be an astronaut or a cosmonaut or an Astrologer,
Whom shall I seek?
My mind was in a fix,
I looked at the mystique sky,
Oh God please give me an answer for this?
A deep silence prevailed,
A twinkling thought touched my mind,
My doubt was cleared in a split second,
The great black stretch and the lonely shiny moon,
Struck me as a beauty,
I thought for a moment,
My god! who could have created this – My God
With a sigh of relief I smiled,
It was a smile of pride,
Only a mind more intelligent than human race could have designed this,
And my designer sustains his creation till today,
The answer is revealed,
God exists though unseen
And
As you read this he is seen.
